I think it might be the modern day version of ripping up all pictures with the two of you in it. When she realized he had been telling her lies all along...there were no photos to rip up like in the "good ole days", LOL. She just deleted all his texts. MOO

CLOTHING: The decedent is received in a sealed body bag (seal# 0420295) and clad in the following clothing items:

• A purple t-shirt
• A pair of blue underwear
• A black bra
• A white metal piercing in the left naris
• Paper bags are around each hand

If she was fully dressed there certainly was no "emotional conversation" in the early morning hours. He killed her shortly after she came home.

ETA: Not fully dressed. It looks like she was getting undressed for bed when he attacked.

After reading the autopsy reports, I found nothing surprising in them.

The DA made us aware beforehand of the injuries to Bella, to include the mouth wound and scape on her backside.

Shanann died from strangulation. The kids died from asphyxiation. The bodies of the children were saturated in oil, to include their clothing.

The clothing is the most important part to me. It appears that all the victims were dressed for bed.

Thanks! Shanann was dressed for bed? So he didn’t ambush her when she came home.

I just want to visualize the position of the hands on the neck.

I have a pretty solid knowledge of musculature, but very little of the mechanics of strangulation, so please take this with a grain of salt, but -
in my opinion, what I think most would imagine as the 'standard' method of stangulation, where the heels of the hands are centered at the front of the throat, fingers wrapped towards the back of the neck/behind the ears, would produce both the bilateral strap bruising as well as the superior sternocleidomastoid bruising noted in the report. I think it's more than likely that he was facing her. Again, grains of salt, please.

It’s been mentioned upthread, but it’s standard practice for crime scene techs to bag the hands to preserve evidence.
