I used to work in a school attendance office. Stuff like that gets around because when a child drops out, a child on the waiting list moves up. And word like that travels.

You can't really keep things like that quiet. Two children got to take their place at the preschool and the parents were likely contacted before the school even knew the true circumstances.
I have thought of their little friends and playmates, like their Thayer's, and it's sad for them to have to experience something like this so very young.

Still makes me wonder what CW plan actually was..... I always assumed it was to murder his family sunday. Go to work monday and come home and dispose of any evidence and make it appear as though SW took off with the kids to start a new life. SW friend smashed those plans by alerting LE. But that leads me to the obvious? Why did CW call the school and pull Bella? Was he trying to make it look like SW pulled Bella? Did he text or email the school pretending to be SW? things i wish we knew!

All I can figure is that he was trying to make it look like she left, angry, because they were separating. He apparently told the school that they were separating. So maybe he thought it would be some kind of evidence that they were fighting that morning?

Chris used to post on Facebook how proud he was of Shanann and the kids. Cindy said Shanann was pregnant with a boy but they had cancelled the gender reveal party
because the energy wasn't right.

Just noting it was a friend named Cindy who said this to the investigator, not CW's mother.

Sorry for the confusion. I was told on Monday the 13th that he had been fired the prior thursday and was given a time to turn in work truck, tools etc. It obviously was not truth. I should have realized that when the DA stated he texted another worker. Sorry, this is all still a bit much.

Don’t be sorry, there does seem to be confusion over the work thing and when he was fired. There’s a YouTuber who was adamant he had been fired because he was constantly late and unreliable. I don’t think we actually know for sure! Do they usually give notice when you’re fired in Colorado? Like say you have two weeks left? But then, you would think the DA might mention he’d been fired before the murders.

I agree for the most part, but...we can help people be more aware. Mainly, women. I've read about, and known, too many women who (probably due to their co-dependent nature) hve suffered horribly due to a lack of knowledge. My own personal experience has been long, thankfully not physically damaging from abuse, but long. Knowledge is power. Wish I'd known long ago, what I know now.

I’ve thought long and hard about this concept for years, and have come to the conclusion that you can’t teach the young these difficult life lessons. It’s the human condition. They have to learn them on their own. If only...but the young won’t listen. I didn’t when I was a kid. I thought I knew everything, and I was determined to get what I thought I wanted, no matter what anyone said. History repeats itself over and over again. Each of us is a given a life journey to navigate on our own. Part of being young is not listening, forging your own path. It’s your life, and you’re determined to do it your way. One thing for sure is you don’t want to repeat what you perceive to be your parents’ mistakes, so you sure don’t want to listen to them. It takes years for wisdom to seep in. If I had a nickel for every friend who said to me, “But I love him,” when her boyfriend acted like a jerk, I’d be rich!

He has no conscience, like Frank Rzucek said not a monster, an EVIL MONSTER! And I can't help remembering those interviews and thinking that he was guarding his words in case somebody else (NK) was watching, obviously a very disturbed human being and they should definitely test him because he is an example of a dr. Jekyll mr. Hyde personality and somebody that we would all want ourselves/ loved ones to stay far away from!!

I think the HIPAA was for the alcohol in Shanann's spleen. The DA explained in the presser that it was from decompisation and I think he knew that people would turn it in to something it wasn't and make Shanann look bad. Thoughts?

Why would CW need to invoke HIPAA in order to seal a motion about the alcohol content?

None of that fits IMO. He would have no motive to seal that info. And his attorneys would not be violating HIS rights by filing a motion with that info in it.
