My heart breaks for NUA too. She told Shanann she complained understood if she didn't want to talk to her, see her, or be around anyone that day but she just wanted to know she was safe. Truly a wonderful friend.

This does not sound like someone who wouldn't have landed on her feet after a divorce or separation. She would have been fine. She could have taken her girls (and the boy he clearly didn't want) and made a good life for them without him. I can't even call him a "monster" anymore, because I feel like that's an insult to Frankenstein, the Wolfman, and other horror icons who have more principles and morals than CW.

He couldn't break her spirit. She was a capable, hardworking woman that knew she could make it on her own with the kids. She knew her great family and close friends would also be there to support her in whatever way possible. I was just dicussing this release of information on a phone call. I absolutely agree he's worse than those characters and much more in line with her father's assessment of an "evil monster," keyword being evil. He's just a dreadful excuse for a human being.
