I finished the document and I no longer have sympathy for the AP You Know Who.
D0622018CR002003 DISCOVERY PAGE 2096:

"1644 hours: Kessinger called Watts and left a voice mail. lntermixed with her creepy giggles she asked Watts to call her back [41 - TL: 6703, Audio: 249.amr]"

Quoted by me.

NK's "creepy giggles" are quoted twice in this document.

There was mention a couple of times about the creepy giggles. I have to say that whoever wrote that report was very biased against Nk. Lots of barbs thrown out not only about the giggles but that she plenty of experiences accessing biracial pornsites (paraphrasing).

If we are to believe Nk, CW told her he was in the final stages of a divorce.
There are millions of couples in that position.

Oh, yeah --- and NK finally had a BF who liked to perform oral sex unlike previous BF Sean (another thing that should have been redacted).

25 and 30 July prior to the murders.

Quote by me: 25 July:
During that conversation Kessinger called Watts and left a voicemail. Following an eerily disconcerting childlike giggle she told Watts, "l miss your face. I was just calling to say hi. Call me back, bye." [41. - TL: 6513 - 5514. Audio: 250.amr]

I see no links to hear actual audio, but this quote is directly from the pdf drop. There are a few photos in the pdf as well.

As always I am here to provide guidance and answers

Welcome to Websleuths Larry.

If his parents wish to visit him, does Chris need to give his consent?

If he denies consent, does the prison reply WTTE "He does not wish to see you at this time" or a more general "He does not wish to see any visitors at this time"?

Discovery page 826 also seems to suggest that the fetus was still at least partially inside Shanann:

The autopsy of S. Watts was conducted first. I photographed the victim before and after cleaning. S. Watts’ body was in an advanced state of decomposition. She was dressed in a t-shirt, bra and panties. A large protrusion was evident near her vaginal area. The remains of a fetus were visible.

I am sure in their minds that if Chris had never been seduced by her, their grandchildren would still be alive and Chris and Shannan would be happy. In their mind this will alk be the homewrecker's fault.

I dunno. I think in her mind, ultimately, this is all still Shanann's fault. MOO

These poor people. Had to recover these bodies, perform autopsies, listen to all the lies and toxicity, and then go home to their own families.

Its unimaginable.

NK is a rich girl. Her dad was their boss at Anadarko . Unless her dad cuts her
off, she shouldn't be hurting for money.

Possibly ex boss? Is that actually confirmed as I heard it was a rumour

You get fired when ... you do something wrong / violate the code of ethics. So ... why didn’t they see her as a “victim” and keep her employed?

Did their contracts say no work relationships?

What is so evident after speeding through the pdf last night is that
the Watts and the Ruzak families are like many of us. They are flawed in some ways but really great in others. We all get our feelings hurt. We all want to be loved.

But Chris is an anomoly. Yes, CW and SW faced a monumentally stressful, expensive, painful situation but there were other solutions than quadruple murder. It solved nothing except CW doesn't have to go to work, babysit or do housework. It wasn't worth the lives of his family or his freedom.

I felt a lot of respect for the medical examiner. I'm not sure that I've ever read
comments like his that said something like, "Sadly, her life was cut short..."
or "Sadly, she didn't live..."

I actually don't think it was wrong for Amber Frey to profit and I kind of enjoyed her book. ;) Amber's experience with that whole mess was quite unusual and very interesting. Her story wasn't so much about Laci's death, but Amber's own peripheral part in the story. In that way, it was autobiographical. And while Amber may have benefited financially, I think she earned it. She, too, was a victim of Scott Peterson and her life was never the same.

NK, on the other hand...She'll do what she wants to do regardless of what anyone thinks. And if she writes a book, or hires someone to write it, there will be those who will want to read it. There always are.

Yes, surely. Her choice.

There is a danger, however - being the butt of jokes after the book is published. Monica Lewinsky, a much nicer person, never had a normal life after that affair got public. No husband, no kids, no job. All because people around her were afraid of negative publicity. And the media was brutal.

NK might be thinking she has lost it all already, though. Then a book is a choice.

The guys who pulled out the bodies from the tanks showed tremendous courage. They put themselves at risk to toxic exposure from the gas tanks to retrieve little CeCe and Bella from the bowels of those stinky, dark tanks.

Discovery page 2119 states there was no movement detected on the main floor of the home, as per Vivint video monitor, between 1.48am and 4.23am on the 13th. Wonder what the movement at 4.23am was?
I’m starting to think he killed them all at roughly the same time around 4.30am.

Christopher Watts murder case file: Read all 1,960 pages

Sandra Rzucek, Shanann Watts’ mother, immediately suspected that her son-in-law was involved in the disappearance of her daughter and granddaughters. The day after they were reported missing Rzucek called police to tell them she suspected foul play and that her son-in-law was acting strange.

“She stated that Christopher is acting, ‘Weird,’ and out of the ordinary. She said that Christopher is telling people, ‘He has to go to work,’ and that just doesn’t seem right. She felt that he is going out to pour oil on the bodies to dispose of them somewhere,” a Frederick Police Department supplemental report said.

Lengthy documents detail marital problems, affair in Chris Watts murder case
“Chris told me last night he’s scared to death about this third baby,” Shanann Watts wrote to a friend on Aug. 7. “And he’s happy with just Bella and Celeste and doesn’t want another baby.”

“He has changed,” she wrote in a follow-up message. “I don’t know who he is.”

The next day, Shanann Watts wrote another text message to the same friend: “He said we are not compatible anymore! He refused to hug me after he said he will try to ‘work’ it out! Said he thought another baby would fix his feelings. Said, he refused couples counseling!”

At the same time, Chris Watts was documenting his blossoming affair with Nichol Kessinger, a contractor at Anadarko he met in June. On Chris Watts’ phone, investigators found evidence of their relationship – secreted photos of them together, of a trip they took to the Great Sand Dunes National Park in Southern Colorado over the July Fourth holiday, of a necklace he bought for her.

In early August, Kessinger told an FBI agent, Chris Watts told her he loved her.
He spun an elaborate story – that he was looking for a two-bedroom apartment to move into now that his marriage was ending, that he hoped to list the couple’s home on the market. They traded intimate pictures.

But she alternately said she had difficulty reconciling the idea that Chris Watts could simply pass things off as, “Hey, my family just disappeared, and I am not going to question that.”

All of it, she said, made her believe that he had problems that predated their relationship: “I legitimately think his cheese was sliding off his cracker long before he met me.”

Can someone explain to me their theory of why SW was positioned like she was in the grave (kneeling position, feet curled under with hands stretched forward)? Was it because the sun was rising and CW need to dig the smallest
area to put her in Nico in? I'm assuming that the pressure from the post mortem gases pushed Nico out part way. Or, do you think this happened
at the moment life was strangled out of Sw in the bed/bedroom?

How could anyone witness that and not be barfing instead of smirking during a TV interview just a short time later?

I thought it was hogwash too. But for the fact that this guy came and was interviewed about a quadruple murder investigation. Would he make up a totally false story about an affair, and tell it to the FBI while being formally interviewed?

The FBI would have done some basic checks, on the specifics, where , when etc. And this guy wouldn't know if CW was even in town or not, on the dates he described, if they didn't really know each other.

And the FBI could easily check the texts and communications they guy put forward. So I think it is probably true.

Also because it was quite awhile ago, this did not contribute towards CW's murders.

I don’t know what their code of ethics says. But the company talked to their legal department, and LE, and fired her. They don’t fire you unless there is good cause to.
