She deleted everything to do with Chris from her phone before meeting with investigators and was not completely forthcoming, and was immediately searching Amber Frey net worth and how much her book deal was right after the murders. I can absolutely see why investigators would be a little biased against her.

She was even searching for his and Shananns FB profiles as far as back as Sep 2017. I have very little sympathy for her after this.

Can someone explain to me their theory of why SW was positioned like she was in the grave (kneeling position, feet curled under with hands stretched forward)? Was it because the sun was rising and CW need to dig the smallest
area to put her in Nico in? I'm assuming that the pressure from the post mortem gases pushed Nico out part way. Or, do you think this happened
at the moment life was strangled out of Sw in the bed/bedroom?

How could anyone witness that and not be barfing instead of smirking during a TV interview just a short time later?

Nup. I think he found reasons to resent Shanann after he shacked up with Nichol. But prior to that he seemed to just let it slide that Cindy was a cow. MOO (lol)

I do not believe they were already dead. Since SW was found in what appeared to be either night clothes or stage of undress, I believe the kids were alive when she got home. She was so concerned about them while she was gone (checking in regularly) that I can't imagine she didn't go in and peek at them as soon as she got home. If they'd been dead at that point, then I think she would've put up a fight right then and there and we'd have seen signs of a struggle. If she'd been attacked soon upon entering the home, same thing. There probably would've been more signs of a struggle and she'd have been found in her travel clothes.

I agree. He's too weak, passive, and non-confrontational and would rather pray on the indefensible. When he talks of feeling rage, I'm sure that is his built up internal rage he's had for years (mummy and now SW) that drove him to commit the murders and dispose of their bodies.

As for the actual murders, he would have been calm, callous, and cold and meticulous. Which makes him all the more sociopathic

Discovery page 2119 states there was no movement detected on the main floor of the home, as per Vivint video monitor, between 1.48am and 4.23am on the 13th. Wonder what the movement at 4.23am was?
I’m starting to think he killed them all at roughly the same time around 4.30am.

Do you find it odd that he didn’t have that monitor turned off too? It was a video monitor? Like, it records actual video inside the home? If so, don’t they have video of him carrying the bodies down the stairs? Or it only detects movement (like for an alarm?).

NICHOL and I discussed her employment and she sated she was fired on August 22, 2018 from Tasman Geosciences. She reported she was a contract employee with Anadarko Petroleum through Tasman and Anadarko had cancelled her contract so Tasman in turn fired her. - Discovery Page 697

CW's mom is vocal in her criticism of her son's legal team for having CW cop the plea. But she hadn't read the evidence that DA had and we just saw some of it last night. How could anyone think Chris was innocent after reading
the pdf? Chris is lucky he had such a great team from the public defender's office. Death Penalty executions can start happening again in one election cycle.

CW's uses the same canned responses over and over to describe his kids (they're my whole world. I just want them to give me a bear hug.) But he actually makes several negative comments about them over the course of this. Calls them "bossy", says they scream a lot, and more.

It paints a disturbing picture of how he really felt about them.

I don’t know what their code of ethics says. But the company talked to their legal department, and LE, and fired her. They don’t fire you unless there is good cause to.

Well, it is a large company and probably one of the biggest job providers in the area.

The affair was not the company's fault, but their bad luck, and what company likes bad publicity?

We know SW (or CW using her phone?—probably SW though) tried to buy hair stuff online around 2:30am Monday, and the credit card was declined. So...There must have been movement upstairs after 1:48am when she got home. Sounds like she went right upstairs upon getting home. But why was the credit card declined? Hit their limit?

I do not believe NK when she says in her Denver Post interview that CW told her he was finishing his divorce, and then that it was completed when he went to NC. Her interviews with LE/CBI do not reflect this. Moreover, her searches for marrying your mistress do not reflect this, either, IMO. I believe she was fully aware CW was still married but possibly separated within the same home and likely did not know his wife was pregnant until later. However, her searches of SW on Facebook in late July would have revealed the fact that she was pregnant, so I also believe she found this out before the family went missing, as she claimed to LE/CBI and the Denver Post. I found her lies to LE/CBI to be of poor character...it is serious and illegal to willfully lie to CBI particularly if she had nothing to do with the crimes CW perpetrated (which I believe she did not). Given that, I have no problem with the fact that details of her personal life have been exposed. IMO

I thought it was interesting that investigators used psych ops against Chris in the interrogation. One investigator mentioned that Alexa Echo starts up when she hears tension.

As someone who has spent the last 2 days trying to get Alexa Echo setup for a blind friend, Alexa may record her own pummeling if she keeps hiding her setup navigation bar in her app from me. I tried to get Siri to help from his iPhone but apparently Siri and Alexa do not speak to each other.

The statement on page 2119 says the monitor captured NU dropping Shanann home and Shanann walking up and entering the home. Then it says no movement was detected between 1.48 and 4.23. (Maybe it alerts to inside movement??)

Comments saying he didn't have to force the girls into the tanks, and that he buried Shanann as she would not fit:

Don't you just love his moral compass. He was fine with killing his kids, fine with watching Bella fight back, fine dumping his babies in oil wells to decompose.. But not okay with them going in alive.

What a hero. Deserves an award for that.

I saw on the news Co. Has some of the top public defenders in the USA.

CW certainly got lucky in that regard.

And it didnt escape my notice CW brought up the death penalty during the FBI interrogation . No doubt he looked into those laws at some point.

This makes sense. On page 680 Shanann’s father said he FaceTimed with the kids on Sunday evening.

He estimated it to be around 1700, which jibes with the 1707 (actual) time.

Then, later that night 7:00 Mr Watts asked by text if he could facetime w/the girls. That never happened (alledgedly because Bella might tell SW and she would go ballistic). That was around the same time SW asked Chris to send her pictures of the girls and he sent her pictures from earlier in the day.

I too go back and forth on who he snuffed out first, but still lean towards kids first.

On the other hand,

I don’t believe SW wore a bra to bed in PHX, NUA tells me the shirt she was found in is the one she was wearing on the plane ride home and SW never removed her makeup. If she was awake enough to order hair products as OCD as she was it’s unlikely she’d abandon her pre-bed routine. Which IMO points to her being awake when she was killed. I hate the thought, but perhaps CW acted like he that to make love, got her in bed w/her pants off then straddled her and strangled her. For him to have killed the girls first in that scenario she would have bad to have limited her check on the girls to peeking in their room and looking at the baby monitor.

There’s also the report that SW’s credit card was declined when she tried to order hair products online after 2:00 in the morning. Could have caused her to challenge him about his recent credit card charges— and he decided ok, tonight is the night.

And I’m right back on the other side of the fence again. Can’t explain why, but I really want to know the order and hate that we probably never will.
