The anonymous psychic friend from Massachusetts had eerily accurate insights.

Yes! I was going to comment on that, beat me to the punch. They were facebook friends, never met, so it gives a little tiny bit of insight...maybe but still a huge reach. Facebook is usually a highlight reel of your life so I doubt being FB friends did a thing other than supply her with names.

I don't know how I feel about psychics but reading her anonymous tip, I'm a believer in her, at least. You can't guess at everything she did and get that much right. Pretty much everything right! Not going to lie, I had to read it twice, just amazing.

WOW. That's eerily accurate except he did intend to harm after all.

She may have an innate talent for forensic profiling.

Why would NK tell him to pawn the wedding ring if she didn’t know she was dead?? At this point, she is only supposed to believe SW was missing. She would come back and even if they were separated, that’s her ring and something she would want Bella or CeeCEe to have.
I can’t shake the feeling she knew more.
I think she was mean. At this point, I think she believed the story that SW took off....and she was "supporting" CW with the attitude of : "If she doesn't want her ring, you might as well pawn it."

Mean-spirited, imo. It's one thing to have an affair with a married man, but don't egg him on with comments disparaging the wife. Incredibly not cool (understatement!).

Does he make house calls to do this work? Send him over to my place. ;)
All those expensive tuition paid for computer science major was worth it. But I don't think a computer science degree is necessary to know how to break up the ginormous file. It took him only 5 min or so. I provided him with page numbers.:)

That particular anecdote makes me feel like NK said it in jest. It's not that I am giving her a pass for anything, but that may sound worse than it was, especially since we have so much more information now. He had told NK that SW had left and he wasn't acting particularly worried about it. At that point, he was still acting like she just got mad and was either trying to get back at him for something or wanted to "decompress." I took NK's comment about pawning the ring as kind of a snide remark. "Well if she's going to run off on you then just sell her ring, ha ha." That kind of thing. My parents are divorced. I don't want my mom's wedding ring with my dad. It's meant to be a symbol of love and commitment. There are other pieces of jewelry I'd like to have of hers, but not her wedding ring from a failed marriage. On the other hand, if it's a family heirloom, then that's a different story.

I am sure someone will read this and think I am defending NK, but I'm not. I still think she did a lot of heinous things. THIS story, however, is something I can find a little more reasonable. NK reacted to the things that CW told her about the situation. She didn't know SW was dead, that he'd killed her and removed the rings from her dead body.

It was mean spirited, but I don't think it implies that she knew more about THAT situation than she claimed.

Possibly, but maybe she looked at it as Shan'ann left it behind because she walked out on her marriage for good.
I'm not much of a NK fan, but in this case I could see it as a joke. But in retrospect she couldn't say it was a joke.

Because she wanted that marriage over. If it was a dramatic gesture from SW, NK wanted CW's counter response to be one of finality. AKA "You left the ring, well I pawned it. We are done."

Great minds think alike. I just posted basically the same.

BUT, wasn’t that a comp that the realtor was looking at to determine a possible sale price for their (CW & SW) home? NOT a house he (CW) was looking at buying?
Had to be a suggested comp because it was the same builder and floor plan, except the basement for that home was finished, so it had more overall square footage.
However, the Watts' home had a more upgraded kitchen with nicer counters and cabinets.

No I meant before he killed his whole family as if he had dug the grave beforehand. He had been thinking about this for awhile I do believe.
My guess is that LE or DA's office would have had a man of CW's shape and size and age try digging a grave as quickly as he said he did to see if it was possible. Since it does not appear to be in the documents, they probably had not yet done so...thinking they had time to do this experiment before trial. IMO

An insecure woman who craved attention. Easy to manipulate.
.......or, a manipulative woman who faked being easy to manipulate.

I agree. And I do not care for NK and her lies at all. But I do think she was led to believe at that point that SW had left on her own accord to "punish" CW.

They didn't say the texts were standard practice. They said occasionally they would text over the weekend. Almost never on Sunday.

And no one ever wanted to go to the site he dumped the bodies at because it was so far. Yet he eagerly volunteered in a somewhat unusual call before the murders. Suddenly volunteering to go alone to the very place he coincidentally dumped the bodies at the next day.

To me there's no way that's not connected.

Especially when you add on his contact with colleagues the morning he arrived at the site with their bodies. He clearly wanted to ensure no one would show up.

It paints a very clear picture to me that he had this planned.

I believe somewhere in the documents he talks about his children only wanting their mum in recent weeks before he murdered them. Others on here mentioned that this was likely due to the fact he had been away.

I don't quite buy that. Children pick up vibes. Kids are usually excited to see the parent they have missed. I'm totally guessing here but from the sounds of it he became incredibly detached in the weeks leading up to their murders. He was distracted and the undertone in his comments to LE etc was he was growing resentful of them..

Children are intuitive. They would sense that a mile off. I feel incredibly sad for them as my bet was he wasnt acting that nice towards them and they probably sensed something wasn't right.. Hence why they supposedly kept asking when their mum was coming back.

All theories that we discussed, though.
If one were to pick and choose these particular details out of all the hundreds or even thousands of various theories that were discussed here, it would be pretty impressive to get so many details right out of other people's theories. There was not one theory I saw on here that had so many details that were congruent with what LE found.
In one of the documents, a person LE interviewed mentioned this psychic felt SW was "gone" as her spirit had "come" to her . LE encouraged the interviewer to have the psychic contact LE, with the understanding that tips would be accepted, but no contract for LE to work with the psychic would be made.

TG! I am too old to text! I can't believe that LEO can get texts, of conversations and publish them. Never write anything down...NK better change her name, get out of town, get a new identity...I am embarrassed for her! Seriously, how could she go to work? Wondering who has read every single detail regarding the relationship between her and CW!
I was thinking she lost her job, through the contractor then Anadarko. Could be wrong, I'm rereading it all and taking page notes.

Did she advise him to pawn the rings before or after she googled amber frey’s net worth. Can’t remember.
She was interested in money as much as anal.
