I don’t agree. Tech savvy or not, there was no reason for her to think her search history or texts would be made public on such a scale. She wasn’t dating a famous person. She didn’t know this was going to happen. She absolutely should not have gotten involved with a married man. But I don’t agree that she deserves to be “humiliated, embarrassed, and hated” because the married man she picked turned out to be a murderer. She made a mistake, but she didn’t know it was going to be put on an international scale.

I agree, she has been selfish, shallow and even immoral but no one who has been selfish, shallow and immoral deserves this. She will have all kinds of weirdos stalking her.

I don’t know if I would call her innocent, though she is innocent in relation to the murders themselves. Her behavior was morally questionable, and I absolutely understand why people are upset with her. But I also understand why she did it, and I think it was motivated by fear.

I agree. She has questionable ethics but we all make mistakes.

I fell into that same trap when I was 19 and had an affair with my married boss. I believed all the obvious bull that he told me. I was so gullible.

And my parents divorced because my Dad had an affair and I knew how heartbroken my Mom was. So looking back, I cant believe I had an affair like that. But he was slick and believable. And I wanted and needed the attention.

There are always layers and sublayers in these kinds of relationships. Things that play into it and create the situation. It is not as simple as she was a horrible person and is the one to blame. JMO IMO

looks like I have that backwards, unless you mean it was only emails and not cellphone texts? I thought i read that work texts were not recoverable. Ie they had personal and also work cell phones.

Somewhere in those 1960 pages of discovery, there is a LE report stating that someone from Anadarko emailed LE stating they had found evidence of an affair between CW and NK in their work emails. And the emails were forwarded to LE. Am hoping those emails are in the next discovery dump

Lying to LE is not a mistake. That's intentional. And it is a crime.

I just found something interesting:

Page 2215: On August 12, at 0957, Shanann asked CW if he could get the girl’s backpacks ready for tomorrow, with blankets and spare clothes. He said he would.

Well did he?

If he didn’t, he could of course claim that he forgot.

Otherwise, he may not have done it because he knew they wouldn’t be needing them.

If those bags were packed however, it would be indicative that he perhaps wasn’t planning on killing that night.

CW also used this account to a 'T' with the FBI when asked to describe a typical day in the life of CW being a Dad!

Her story changed more than once regarding how many times she'd been to the Watts home.

She told LE she was telling him she wanted him to work on his marriage, but really she was sending him nudes and planning vacations with him.

Pretty sure there were other things.

She had to have immediately known he was married with 2 small children and a baby on the way. SW’s social media was open to ALL I’m sure she didnt know her search history or texts were going to be made public. I think that was a final F’U to CW and NK for all that they did to SW. This isnt a case of oh, he told me he was separated and almost divorced like she claimed..she knew from SW’s huge FB presence that SW loved her family and marriage and wasnt planning on that changing... this wasnt your typical affair because of the way SW put their life on social media.

You know that is not even a sure thing. There were quite a few typos of dates in that doc dump.

But the Sept 2017 date for her search of Chris Watts is followed by a January 2018 search for SW , hard to imagine both dates are typos. IMO

I get that, and I acknowledge that she should not have gotten involved with someone she knew was married and had kids, but this isn’t a typical affair because CW murdered his family. No matter what she saw on social media, she couldn’t have known he was going to murder them all.

Wasn't it stated in the dailymail article that he finally decided to kill them later while they were attending the birthday party? Writing his co worker in the evening that he would make a trip to an "distant oil field" or something like that? After the party he fed them cold pizza, gave them a shower (whatever reason was behind this) and put them to bed. That sounded like he planed to realize his plan (which he for sure acted out already a few times in his head) at least earlier on sunday. But I would think he already knew for longer that he was definitively going to kill them, but was not sure, when he finally could put this into practice. So maybe, if something went wrong, he would have even packed their backpacks.

She deserves to be humiliated,embarrassed and “hated”... she is 30 years old, I’m sure she is technically savvy and yet she’s old enough to know better...the day she met him she went home and googled him and checked him and his wife out on social media. it should have ended there...it takes two to tango ...but she should not have gotten involved with a married man with two kids and a pregnant wife.

I dont wish the woman hate or harm.
however her behaviour does deserve scrutiny because at the end of the day she did lie at more opportunities than I care for and her influence and affection /relationship with CW was the catalyst for 4 murders that her lover committed to be with her.

I did give her cudos in the beginning when she came forward and the benefit of the doubt of her intentions the whole way along but too much points to unsavoury colluding to get what she wanted.
I don't actually think CW would have told her what he was going to do. how could he??

she jumped a sinking ship just like rats do....that is all the grace she brought to the table.

Every single one of CW'S coworkers knew he was married. They all were aware of the pregnancy. Most of them had met SW at least once.

Coworkers chat with each other.

I don't believe she didn't know any of the things she claimed to not know.

Respectfully, how does this relate to Chris Watts strangling his pregnant wife to death.... shoveling dirt over her and Nico, so much so that they didn't even recognize him as a fetus.

Putting his man hands over Bella's face.... smothering her... I've already said and we know that she fought. And heard her splash in that oil.
