There is something in my gut that is telling me that Bolte is a crock. Right from the beginning when we knew nothing I just had that feeling. And still do whether his mother backs him up or not.
Initially I thought “no way.” Reading the discovery, I’m “on the fence.” I wouldn’t be surprised either way.

Hopefully these supposed text messages are in the data release. CW has a particular way of communicating, and those screenshots may provide an indication as to if he wrote them.

“Like, do you like, want to like, hookup?”

Well it reminds me of that saying “there’s no smoke without fire” I have questioned why a random stranger would make up a story like that. Maybe there is some truth to it. I couldn’t access the screenshots either.
I'm looking forward to seeing the text screenshots in the upcoming data release.
If he is telling the truth, TB was brave in coming forward because he has gotten nothing but grief for doing so.
It makes me want to buy TB a Sephora gift certificate for Christmas.

And if being known for paying for his male escort's lip injections, makes that evil family annihilator's life in prison even more miserable, then all the better. JMO

If her own husband said she made as much as he did, why is it disputed?

It is just my opinion. Many here keep saying that CW lied all the time so we can't believe anything he says. So we can pick and choose what to believe that he said; or we can think that everything he said was a lie. I am in the middle. With liars there is usually a small grain of truth that the lie grows from.

If their combined income was 140,000.00-150,000.00 I can't see worrying about spending 125.00 on parking at the airport etc. Which upset SW enough for her to text that that was 125.00 that they now couldn't spend at the beach. Or having a credit card declined over a hair care purchase.

I think there is more going on with the Watts and I’m hoping this 2nd discovery goes into it. I believe their true colors are really showing. According to the MRS host, Jamie and Cindy told her they are the ones who encouraged Chris to write that crazy letter. They gave to defense and it was unsealed after the plea deal.

If he was being truthful I don't see why he would refuse a polygraph. They made it clear they knew he wasn't involved. What harm would it do him? Unless it would prove he was lying and he would be charged with something, I would expect him to want to do anything that would help the investigation. Imo

When CW said Shanann made $65,000 - $70,000, what was he referring to? Her gross income probably, taken from 1099 that Shanann would receive at the end of the year from Le-Vel, like she had mentioned in one of her videos.

I'm pretty sure (not 100%) that her 1099 consists of:
-Commission income
-$800 per month Lexus payment
-Total value of their fancy trips- airfare, hotel, meals included.

If that's the case, her 'take home' pay is considerably less than $65-70,000, especially after income taxes.

I thought in the docs is said that Nicole's son found the phone in the couch?

Nicole's son found the phone.
It did not have its attachment.
Then when CW handed the phone to LE, the attachment had been added.o_O

I've wondered this, too. Where is the white bag with pink flowers?? Could his father have disposed of it?

Ugh....I am picturing this. Do you know how long scent would remain in the beds, even after sheets were washed? I'm thinking if he committed the murders but then quickly removed the bodies, washed the sheets the following day as he did, that is why the dogs didn't alert there?
I think the odor doesn't just cling to fabrics, it collects in corners, spaces and gaps where the walls meet the flooring that can't be cleaned out, close to where the cadaver was stored. And even if sheets were washed there would be the mattress, the pillows, and the spaces underneath the beds. They are trained to detect the death scent even if the body was only there for minutes, but the longer it was there the stronger the alert.

Cause he's a prolific liar lol.

I don't doubt she made good money because of her hard work, but I also think he may have given NK a much larger amount as SW's salary when he told her that, because then it would come across as SW having her own money and not needing alimony if he left her to be with NK.

In general I just don't believe anything he says unless there's independent corroboration.

Well if it is in the data release that will put my gut at rest.....lol Something just seems weird about it and also as I have said before where did he find time to go up to the cabin in Wyoming for these encounters?
It did not say how far into WY or where the cabin was but to the line from Frederick area I would say maybe 1 1/2 hours? It is a straight drive all the way right up Rte 25.
So that time up there, romp around in bed for awhile or whatever they did, then the ride back and that is if it was close to the state line. Can't wait for the next release to put some of these questions to rest. And that is only some because there are many questions that we just will never have the answers to.

Previous post from Tricia regarding the MLM aspect:
CO - Shanann Watts (34), Celeste"Cece" (3) and Bella (4), Frederick, 13 Aug 2018 *Arrest* #12

Hey Everyone,
A bit of clarification.

Please, no more discussion on the viability of Shanann's company or whether her company was or wasn't a pyramid scheme. No more digging up documents or complaints or anything to do with the function of the company. The fact is Shanann's company is not what we are discussing.

If want to discuss if job stress may have contributed to Shanann and Chris' relationship problems please make sure it is in the realm of reality and not the Twilight Zone.

Thank you,
Tricia

Idk, maybe because TB knew his story was inconsistent and prostitution is illegal, which is why he said those payments were gifts.

I think CW first found the wedding ring on the night stand and gave it to the cop.

And then the phone.

But I don't know for sure.

That's what he now states.
Could he have removed it from Shan'ann's finger?
Then when LE start questioning CW, now produces it.
There was a discussion with NK to have the ring pawned.
MOO.

@gitana1 I have one more question (at the moment) if you please. Now that it’s over, are the Defense Attorneys permitted to speak freely about the case? To reveal private conversations they had with CW? Including the decision making processes that led to the Plea Deal? What CW said? If he ever actually confessed? If he gave a detailed description of everything that happened as it went down?

My apologies if @gitana1 has already answered this, cause it'll be repetitive, but no!!! They can never divulge anything they spoke about with him, and plea negotiations are covered under attorney client privilege as well.

That's a good point. I also feel like a lot of what we hear from him is kind of cliched things he's heard elsewhere or been repeating over and over. Like if her spiel to advertise the product is that she's making that, I think he might just repeat it. This is not a diss on her it's on MLM's in general, like I think they may have creative ways of phrasing how much you sell vs. how much you earn in "bonuses" such as group vacations that you can't really choose how your spending and just count as whatever value they say it is -- if that makes sense?

Maybe he just needed more sex than the 3 times a day he was getting at home! There has to be something pathological in that.

If this is correct, would he be classified as a 'sex addict'?
Wouldn't SW want CW to have treatment?
Perhaps this addiction, was only with NK.
MOO.

I keep going back and forth on whether or not I think he killed the kids first. It was mentioned multiple times in the doc dump that the girls were light sleepers and, as a mom of light sleepers, I reconsidered my original position that there's no way she wouldn't have peeked in on them when she got home. Maybe she settled for peeking at the monitor, in which case she wouldn't have really been able to tell if something was wrong depending on how he had positioned them. It's the only way that I could see her going down without a fight if they were, indeed, killed first. She just didn't know and trusted that they were safely tucked in and asleep for the night.
I think even if he didn’t kill the girls first, he was definitely planning it before SW got home. Somewhere in the docs it says he called or text his work Colleague to say that he would go out to the oil field first thing in the morning and that there was no point then both going out there. This was way before SW was due home, if I’m correct.

BBM Initally, I thought he had killed the girls first and then had overtaken Shannon at the top of the stairs/loft area/sofa where her phone was found. However, after reading the document dump, the scenario you described makes the most sense to me. It connects some crucial dots, imo. Im still wondering if Shannan was on the sofa when he strangled her, though. He states that he put her "back in bed" - who knows if that's truth or fiction. I can see her laying down, not wanting to disturb anyone, taking off her watch, the pants she was wearing, laying her phone next to her on the sofa and falling asleep. If she was lying on one side, the sofa ( and a blanket if one was used) would limit any movement she could make. After killing her, he takes her "back to bed" and rolls her up in a sheet. I just don't think he was thinking about her phone or watch and hiding them.( He left everything else(suitcase, purse, keys, shoes) out and the beds messy and unmade). I also feel, that if he did kill the girls after Shannon, that Bella may have heard some grunting or commotion and walked out into the loft and saw what was going on. Just thinking outloud- I waffle back and forth on the different scenarios and premeditation factors coming into play. Brain freeze! MOO

Edited to follow up on the quote: I DO think he killed them all around the same time if the dogs were correct. They would have alerted elsewhere in the house (their beds) if they had been dead a while.

Which would also explain why her phone was found in that couch. Was her watch found there as well? I can't recall.

On an aside - color me (even more) impressed that NUA thought to have her son draw a diagram showing where the phone was and sign it. Girl friend knows how to document, document, document!

JWW was the rebel, the troublemaker, and they probably had to devote much of their attention to her. Possibly CW sort of fell by the wayside in that regard, as they didn't have to pay him much mind. I bet they're wishing they had

It really is fascinating. I was the youngest in my family and my older siblings found themselves getting in trouble more than once and incurring family drama. As a result, I was definitely the "easygoing" child. I did my best to avoid conflicts and tried my best in school, quiet etc. Much the way Chris is described. Keeping the peace in my family was a constant goal.

However, I did receive plenty of nurturing and praise so maybe that helped to offset any dysfunction in my family. I have heard Cindy was quite cold so perhaps that's part of the issue. Plenty of people have domineering moms or drug abusing dads or some other family drama. They don't kill anyone though because they still learned and experienced love and were taught empathy along the way.

To me, this also explains how her phone got under the pillow of the couch. I have fallen asleep on the couch before and tucked the phone under the pillow I'm laying on, rather than putting on the floor. What I don't know, though, is how her phone got turned off. At first I thought maybe the battery had died but there was no mention in Discovery of LE needing to charge it before turning it back on ; seems they were able to power it up as soon as CW handed it over.

Oh @LovesChocolate already said that. Thanks!
