"that girl lived on her phone!" NK talking about Shanann's phone left at home the day they were missing. Very cold and cocky! She owned this interview, wow!
Wait? How would she know that? I thought she had not even looked her up on Facebook! And she already said CW lied about EVERYTHING. So how the heck does she know SWs phone habits?(insert sarcastic eyeroll)

When u think the shock and awe of this case has settled.........it comes flooding back.

Oh she lied. At least partially. People found her archived social media a long time ago.

But I'm sure she deleted all that at the same time she deleted evidence of her relationship. So technically she was telling the truth that she doesn't "maintain" social media.

But it was misleading.
Why do you think there was no mention of NK’s social media searches in the discovery documents if there were, in fact searches?

It's like he needs someone to be personality for both of them. And to make decisions and tell him how to act.

It's so weird how he really had no friends. People tried to say he did but in the end it's sort of clear he didn't.

Nick Thayer said they never talked about anything more than surface level. Guys at work who liked him asked him numerous times to hang out and he declined.

I can't wait to watch his videos.

Apparently, he had to have sex 3-4 times a day. I don't think he had time for friends, JMO

Still on NK"s interview but picked up on a big lie.
She said at the beginning of the interview the first time they hung out was around the first of July at the park. Halfway through the interview she stated that even when his wife was in town CW was able to see her as often as he liked. If they started hanging out at the beginning of july then his wife would have been gone the ENTIRE relationship as she left for AZ the day after she returned to NC.

She then states that she did plenty of things without him (trying to show that she didn't revolve around him.) She states i even took a week vacation toward the end of June and stated where she went.
We heard at first that the romance started mid June, but in the interview she says June, might have been May.

She does say she made it clear she had no intention of hanging out with him when he would have his kids during his 50% post divorce. I do not fault her for that at all, but I can see how he came to see they were a liability. She may have also (completely innocently) said that she had seen herself with someone who did not have a prior family. Again, I would not fault her at all for this. I am beginning to think it was less financial for him and more about freedom, pursuit of NK (his new toy), and the fact that the kids were far more attached to their mother than they were to him. MOO.
Sort of like the Susan Smith situation where her side man didn't want anything to do with her kids...

What are you using to download these things exactly?
MassGuy I have the same question.
Any luck which direction to point me towards.

it is disturbing the terms feminist being thrown around here in supporting NK.
since when has helping yourself to another womans husband been a part of the feminist movement??
this immoral behaviour does not constitute feminism and if one thinks so maybe should google what womens libs actually are through time.
And even more disturbing being labelled a misogynist for disapproving immoral behaviour.
as a woman I find these terms in this case offensive and desperately inaccurate

Yes!!!

CW was having an affair with NK. NK deleted everything related to CW from her phone prior to giving it to LE. There’s no indication she knew about or told CW to get rid of his family. I don’t understand why NK is being discussed over and over again there is so much more to discuss.
jmo

At that point in time, when he decided to do the evil deed, what was a bigger motivator for him, other than NK?

I'm still reeling from CW assuring them with "no no no" when asked if the girls were alive when put in the tanks. He seemed to react. That act would have been horrifying!!!!
More like that would have been too much of a struggle. Much easier to on him to overpower their little bodies at home.

I hate this guy

They have been taken down. Too much traffic. They are reposting in a different manner tomorrow.

OMG I will never understand how these investigators do it and how they can keep their cool and be so nice.
Here, let me draw you a picture!!!! UGH!
I was thinking the same thing about the detectives. And a true narcissist is never to blame so it makes sense for him to think his manipulation would work and he would be off the hook. Thanks for posting this. Wow.

I thought in one of the docs she stated they hadn’t been intimate since May?
I didn't see that. I only saw the text messages between Shanann and friends. That's weird. Where did it say she said that? Was it in a message?

She was careful. She said something to the effect of “right now.”

There is just no way she did not check SW’s FB page

I’ve found a couple deleted accounts, Facebook and Google.[/QUOTE

do you really think she would not access SM to check on the story he was telling her? She had previously searched for Shan’ann. She could have used friends SM. She was very interested in his 401K and any baggage he might have. I just find it very unlikely she didn’t. It doesn’t really matter other than she tried to portray herself as being played.

I find it disturbing as well, but maybe they had reasonable cause?! We don’t know everything they do and likely never will.

But doesn't discovery always include all the information they have? I think she was the author of her own misfortune.

I’m just the type of person who needs facts before I accuse.

Question: is it customary to have a suspect sitting facing AWAY from the camera during an interrogation? I am surprised to see this in the snippets shown on the news of CW's confession. That is unfortunate. I would think this would be less valuable for the jury in the future.
I’ve never seen it done like that before either. I wanted to see his lying face.

OMG. I am listening to NK's interview. In MY OPINION she is so evasive. As if this was a casual little quickie fling.
ALL of this after, she knew that Shannan and the girls were dead.
How can anyone even talk like this? Act like this? Wow.
One thing I know for sure.... she is not Amber Frye!
Really, I am blown away.
