My like button is acting up tonight. So a "like" here for now.

I am not sure when she tells or indicates she has deleted messages. It has been stated and I did read it in document dump.
But she states in the interview several (to some such effect) - "I don't know, well, you can see it on the texts/calls". (again, paraphrasing). But she does this several times. How would she expect it to be seen since she had deleted? MOO

Also, it creeps me out when during the LE interview with CW when RW (father) is in the room, RW states several times (to some effect), "Well, I will find/see you tomorrow wherever you are.".

EEK. If my kid, friend, loved one, etc were in trouble and I KNEW they were being held - okay- I would leave and state I would contact them however I could. But CW hadn't yet been arrested and RW from out of town was, (paraphrasing) "eh..okay..looks like you will be here awhile..I am gonna go..see you tomorrow..wherever you are". If I was from out of town and waiting...wouldn't I wait until I was told they were being arrested? Then leave? Or get an exact plan for meeting up? If I am from out of town I don't have a car/place to stay..but..eh..son..maybe I will catch up with you tomorrow?

Creepy. MOO and paraphrased from released video of CW and audio from NK.

Perhaps her willingness to participate in some "risky" "kinky" sex with him sealed the deal for him.
I am stopping myself from saying more about their sexual escapades.
I will say. Poor Shanann.
She married a monster, who pretended to be a loving man and father for 8 years.
I am sicker at heart then before.

CW & NK are peas in pods

Seeing/hearing all this, everything makes sense now.

Agreed. I can’t believe that at one point I actually used the words “she is just like Amber Frey.”

I’m not using those words now.

Not after the discovery document became available, and not after hearing her actual words.

Shameful.
Yep, remember when Amber did that sudden press conference, she was scared but she knew she had to be brave and do it, in shock and trying very hard to keep her composure. You could almost feel it just by watching her. It was genuine. This NK person was prepared, rehearsed, and in control. A big difference.

I am hoping there was a second video camera in the room and we do not have that video yet. Surely...those rooms have more than one video camera.
Crosses fingers.
I wouldn’t hold your breath. On page 134 of discovery, the LE officer discusses how the camera (implying one) wasn’t working in interview room #1.

Sounds like each room only has one.

Agreed.

You could clearly see the terror on her face. She was white as a ghost.

Huge difference.

If we are talking about NK, I don't think she has any reason to be in touch with CW anymore.

She was looking for fun, good sex and maybe a wedding. Obviously none of that is going to happen anymore. JMO

I think if she thinks she can squeeze a tell-all book deal from this she'll stay in contact with him.

The techniques the investigators use, you are a good father, you pack their bags, holding this in makes you sick, you want to take care of your family, so interesting.

She thought she had convinced him to try to fix it with SW while they were in NC.

OK, this is kind of big, I think.

She said she could talk to him pretty much any time she wanted except when the kids were around. She was frustrated sometimes after work when he had to deal with the kids, but once they went to bed she could talk to him freely. He was in the basement and SW was upstairs.

My thoughts: If their relationship didn't start until SW went to NC, then what time period was she talking about that SW would have been in the house?

This is the beginning of the truth: when NK talks to CW, while SW is in the house.
Would it ONLY be the weekend before SW's last trip, away from home, OR prior to the NC trip.o_Oo_O

it is disturbing the terms feminist being thrown around here in supporting NK.
since when has helping yourself to another womans husband been a part of the feminist movement??
this immoral behaviour does not constitute feminism and if one thinks so maybe should google what womens libs actually are through time.
And even more disturbing being labelled a misogynist for disapproving immoral behaviour.
as a woman I find these terms in this case offensive and desperately inaccurate

Thank you! It needed said!

That wouldn’t surprise me.

We heard at first that the romance started mid June, but in the interview she says June, might have been May.

In the beginning of the interview she said they started talking the end of May or first of June. Then at the 8 minute mark she says their first time they hung out was first of July.

Good catch. Someone's playing games here...

No. Not at all. Not from these brief videos from today's doc dump, not from last week's doc dump, not from previous evidence. Not coerced.

So......anyone else taking off from work tomorrow to catch up on all this? I am so overwhelmed.

I can't believe how aggressive NK sounds. She is REALLY into where he is going to live and how much he should spend and if he should rent a house and what the housing market is like and what he should do with his money. This isn't some passive little wallflower. You would think if he was going to have an affair because his wife was such a controlling, bossy nag he would pick someone sweet and laidback. Does this chic even remotely sound like she would let him choose and hang a picture on the wall without permission??

This one is pretty clear so far.
Cliffhanger! It ends with the female investigator asking him, "Chris, did Shanann do something to them?" Dang it, where is the confession?! MOO

They need to invest in more. It might have been important to see his face if this had gone to trial.

"that girl lived on her phone!" NK talking about Shanann's phone left at home the day they were missing. Very cold and cocky! She owned this interview, wow!

She is definitely a know-it-all. I feel like she wasn't trying to help at all but to tell them how smart she was!

It’s brilliant police work. They knew right away what they had to do to get him to talk and it worked like a charm.
