Wishing you a speedy recovery @mtnlites

The former sheriff arpaio's way. He made them wear pink underwear too. Oops thought I quoted @MsBetsy

Might as well add this to make it topic related:
I saw a poster mention a while back that CW may have been trying to instigate SW into divorcing him. And I just learned about it being him who told her about the dinner bill. What a jerk. Smh

The ONLY time he was honest since June 10thish or so imo is when he disgustingly and cold-heartedly rejected his pregnant wife of 8 years.

Edited to fix mistakes
Oh, ok, I got it now! I messed up the quote by deleting part of it, sorry! Didn't know how to fix it. Very funny about the pink underwear. That guy has a sense of humor.

Great. So that's what I thought, it's a bit blurry for me but is that an incoming call from CW at 1:51am, 8 minutes lasting until 1:59am? That is the time FPD were trying to call him.

It almost makes one wonder if they knew he was on the phone and had a trap on his phone through a search warrant.

Have you ever done jury duty?? I have, and not to toot my own horn, but the other jurors were utter morons.
I have been called for Jury Duty. It will be interesting.....

IMO, drugs don't cause a person to commit a crime but they can fuel it.
The person still decides to do it.
But some people that are mentally ill can commit a crime because of a psychosis, or a schizophrenic person that hears voices telling them that someone is an enemy that's after them, etc.
And CW as far as we know didn't have a mental break, or he wouldn't of acted so calmly after his heinous crimes of triple murder.

Drugs/alcohol can wreck the brain's wiring and fuel acts of domestic violence. Domestic violence is epidemic in the U.S. and the correlation to drug/alcohol abuse is documented. It is a serious issue that should concern us all.

I think people want to find a 'reason' (drugs, etc.) why CW murdered because they can only see things from their mindset. But CW has a different type of brain and he showed us exactly what he likes- and he enjoyed murdering. He sent the photo of a life sized girl doll wrapped in trash bags to SW before the murder. There was no reason to do that other than he wanted to savor what he was about to do. He lives to trick people and he liked being the one in control of a horrible secret, maybe he laughed at SW trying to figure out the photo of the way he would soon be killing their daughters and putting them in trash bags. He chose a lengthy, deliberate and personal way of killing -he could see and feel the life drain from them and had opportunities to change his mind but he finished. And, of course, consider his extreme display of 'duper's delight' on the front porch. He was enjoying himself. Maybe killing is something he has always wanted to do and he pushed it down until recently.
If drugs made him kill, like some on here are suggesting, once they wore off he would have experienced crushing regret, would have confessed voluntarily, would have been on his knees bawling, etc. But he wasn't - in fact he didn't display any signs of regret and he tried to blame everything on SW. I think he's always suppressed a desire to murder and that's why he overate, didn't let people close to him, etc., but then in 2018 his true self finally won out.

BBM. Drugs/alcohol remove the ability to suppress rage and is why there is such a strong correlation between domestic violence and the use of drugs/alcohol.

I have some tips for that. No matter what it is a day missed.

1. If it is a criminal felony case - You have heard about it previously, and have discussed the case before if your called in for the interview/panel.

This is a little more than domestic violence as we usually know it.

But we have no evidence of drug or alcohol abuse here.

We also have no evidence of prior physical abuse, which has a tendency to coincide with drug and alcohol abuse.

Chris Watts, and Chris Watts alone, is entirely responsible for his actions.

There is absolutely nothing that mitigates what he did.

He is a cold blooded killer, who coldly and methodically, murdered his entire family and dumped them like trash.

I don’t understand the effort to inject drugs into this discussion.

This just my own opinion, but the reason I would question if he abused prescription meds or street drugs, is not to absolve him of his choice to murder his own family. I see it more as another indicator that he makes deviant choices that are contrary to societal norms. If he did begin usuing drugs, it would indicate another way that he selfishly made choices that suited whatever fix he wanted to get with total disregard to what is best for his wife and children.

Does that make any sense?

Anyways...I would have to assume that LE has explored this possibility and tested his blood work for these drugs.

I'm sure I've missed a lot, but have I missed info pertaining to CW and drug use? Is there any source to back up this speculation or is it just someone's theory?

That's why i said drugs and substance abuse fuel violence. It is still an individual choice someone makes to partake in drugs and alcohol abuse.
Without that abuse the violence probably wouldn't happen.
As far as we know CW had none of those substance abuse problems, so i guess it's not an issue in this case.

Absolutely nothing.

Remember how SW had MBP because her kids were often sick?

It’s just like that...

I doubt it. He only posted on one day, July 23rd, for about an hour. Just commented on a bunch of posts. Seems like something he would do.
Maybe. But it just doesn't sound like something he would say, it sounds more like Shanann. I can't remember who said she was the one who wrote all his posts on FB. I remember long ago many posters said it sounded like he was mimicking Shanann on his FB account, so it made sense when it turned out she was actually posting his comments for him. Imo

I've been in the hospital for a week now and am preparing for a heart valve replacement. It might be a while before I am home again and have access to my belongings.

Oh, my. Best of luck and prayers for a speedy recovery.

IMO his media interviews were his own idea. He was doing what he thought an innocent person would do. NK says she got wind of TV people being at his house and asked him what was going on....
I was wondering
Thank you so much scdiv! I was searching and searching for that very video where the letter was first brought up by the two newscasters. In my earlier reply to a poster, all I could link to was the DA's reference to the letter, and he hadn't heard of it, lol. :p
These people turn my stomach. Poor Shannan,Bella, and CeCe. Not only did they get snuffed out by CW, but then they smear the mother of the murdered children. That tells me how much they care of their Grandchildren.
Also they make it all about them. They are suffering.
Well at least they get go see their son still. Who is alive, and breathing.
Shannan's family will never again see her,or their Grandchildren.

Thanks. I had surgery last week and on the day after they released me I wound up with endocarditis (infection around the heart). Antibiotics are finally working but the damage to the valve was already too much. I've been trying to keep up in here, though! I've been happy for the distraction.
I’m so sorry!

Yes, but what does this have to do with CW? He admitted to killing all his family, 1st degree, with deliberation.

Also if drugs had played a role I would think they would have found out about it. Imo

No source and no proof, just pure speculation.

Thank you. In all that info in the document dump, it seems that if drugs (prescription, legal, or otherwise) were suspected or involved then there would have been some kind of mention in the investigation.
