It just seems to me that he would at least talk to his mother or father considering he literally has no one else left since he slaughtered his immediate family. Then again if he’s got a personality disorder he may not care - it’s clear he has no emotion. If he’s buying things in prison, someone is dumping money in his account. Mom? Dad? Sister?

This whole story has been a rumor since back in August. I thought it was crazy then, and I think it's crazy now. This was not a federal case, but a state one. She was never a witness because there was no trial. NK is average enough in looks that she literally looks like a different person in every single picture. Most of us probably wouldn't know her if we saw her. And then there's the fact that these kinds of things aren't announced since, you know, that contradicts the whole purpose of the program...

In the third round of document dumps, there was a series of texts between NK and a detective.... IIRC, in addition to talk about getting her a therapist (through a victim assistance fund, I think) there was mention of her getting help through the witness protection program. Not aware if it went any further (the detective could have just been appeasing her at the moment) but it was mentioned/texted (IIRC)

Two things spring to mind, NK referring to Shanann, 'that girl was always on her phone!' and CW meticulously vacuuming the house? Did he tell her this or did she witness it when she was at his home supposedly only twice?
She speaks like she knew Shanann, which is worrying to me, was it a hate fest between her and CW against Shanann? I get the whole, 'my wife doesn't understand me or we're not compatible', but if he spent a lot of time bagging out Shanann and the girls and NK helped it along, I can understand the guilt she must be feeling.

She spoke for over 5 hours with CW on the night of August 13 but she won't reveal one thing they spoke about (except the 2min facetime call where she noticed the mattress), anyway, she has to live with this knowledge, I don't envy her. She will survive and everyone will forget her come the new year.

I want to stop talking about NK. I had planned to stop talking about NK. But I keep seeing new things that shock me. Did she really mention CW vacuuming?

That was in the contents of a text CW sent to Shanann and Shanann posted on facebook on June 9, 2018:

I have always thought this was an advertisement for Thrive and probably exaggerated/didn't happen all the time.
But NK mentioned it. So either the vacuuming was happening constantly for 2 months (in which case I'm ordering some of that Thrive for my husband ASAP )
OR maybe NK saw this post on SW's facebook that she never ever looked at.

All NK has to do is change her name to something mundane "Nichole Lee" or "Nichol Smith" and then just lay low for the next few years. Everyone will forget about her.

Screwing around with a married man is bad news, and I'm a millenial so it must be a morality problem. Both this case and the Betty Broderick case have cemented my decision to never screw around with a man who's still attached to his wife. It never leads to anything good.

As I've said before, NK above all, is an opportunist so if she can play the unsuspecting victim, she will.

It’s too bad the house is going to foreclosure auction. I think this must mean it was already 3 months behind when he murdered them. I know some here thought they caught up with the money taken out if his 401k but that must have been a previous time they were late?

I had hoped her parents could sell it and use the money to start a fund in their honor.

man... I'd be interested to see the investor that bought that property. I'd find that a risk. I'm inclined to believe a triple/quad homicide is something required to disclose in a future listing. I'll be checking the CO MLS in the future...

I’ve just started listening and right at the start Dr Phil does say he (CW) had to break their bones to get them in this hole.....
I don’t recall any mention of broken bones on the autopsy report.

Yes he did. I watched a small segment of the show on YouTube and as usual he was inaccurate about a lot of things, starting with the "broken bones". The last time I made the mistake of watching Dr Phil was to see him pandering to Cindy and George Anthony ( and pay them $60k) while they lied. Swore I would never watch him again. Now I am sure I won't.

I wish I could bring this precious family back.
There's no real closure for me when the murderer is given life after taking life from those who loved him most. He still gets to breathe!
I hope SW's family finds healing someday.
I also hope CW's family will reflect on how to be positive examples for the next generation- those who are left. May something good come out of this.

Shanann, Bella, CeCe, Nico... it feels like I know you. Miss you guys.

The Death Penalty is too easy an out for him. His every waking, sleeping, toilet using moment will now be controlled,and monitored by someone else. probably even by strong females. He'll also
live in constant agonizing fear of other inmates.
This is so far from what he planned.
He made his prison bed, now he can lay in it.
