If ever there was a murder case that needed to go to trial, this was it. People are going to argue this case in the court of public opinion for the next one hundred years because there is too much/not enough info on what may or may not have happened. Basically lies and gossip. No facts or evidence to convince a jury to convict or acquit. Just back and forth and the words of more than one liar. If and until he goes on trial, there is nothing really more to say that will give anyone a definitive conclusion.

Huh? He took a plea deal. There will be no trial.

I agree. I absolutely believe this was cold-blooded premeditation. His porch interviews alone are proof of that to me, and his interrogation backed that up as far as I've been concerned. There were no signs of any remorse. Just lies and attempts to con. Like a machine.

JMO, he laughed his a** off when he took and sent Shanann the doll picture. I also believe he derived much pleasure out of emotionally devastating Shanann in the weeks before he murdered her.

Has there been an official statement that LE believes the new details he provided are truthful? JMO, I'm having a hard time believing the girls were alive when they left the house.

All JMO.

BBM: I do believe the girls were alive when CW transported their dead, pregnant mommy wrapped in a sheet to the shallow gravesite she was left in for wild animals to predate upon..

Furthermore, I do believe that baby Bella, just 4 yrs old and very intelligent, (from what we have seen in Shanann's videos) witnessed the worst thing any child could see: her father killing her mother. She KNEW it was wrong but he tried to manipulate her into thinking mommy was sick. Little Bella was a darn sight more intelligent and intuitive than stupid CW thought she was.

Why would CW lie about such a vile thing?

IMHO, he had already planned a life without the girls and Shanann, but he didn't kill Cece and Bella until he got to the oil tank site and then decided C&B were liabilities, and Bella MIGHT tell about what she saw him do to her mommy. Thereby justifying his evil actions.

The toddlers were disposable things he didn't want in his new, buff life with NK, his dream of an Audi Q7 and big biceps.

MOO.

Actually in my worst scenario of what could have happened it was, I can't believe I'm saying this, better than what he is saying actually happened and when I say he I mean the spawn of the devil because I cannot believe that anybody that walks this Earth and had been blessed with those beautiful babies could do what he has done regardless of his relationship with his wife or his lover ...that is just a coward in my book and a coward to the devil because you know what, none of us have it incredibly easy but we make choices everyday based on our new gifts and challenges and the love we have for what we have been given, I feel like did this guy ever see a commercial for St Jude's Hospital and I don't even want to go any further because you know what I'm saying here and he should be granted no mercy no benefits in prison nothing because even if what he is saying is lies as long as it makes Shanann"s family feel better which makes me feel better if it does ...but even at that he is one of the worst possible spawns of the devil that I would actually congratulate an inmate that did him in and I am saying that publicly..
he threw everything away he's a selfish coward total C u Next Tuesday , and anyone that had affair w him should be embarrassed and get help because he is Devil Incarnate!!

This simply isn’t true.

There is no doubt as to his guilt.

He has confessed to the murders, pleaded guilty, and been sentenced to life in prison.

This was all laid out in the discovery documents.

They had him absolutely dead to rights. This was a slam dunk.

Are you sure you’re talking about the right case?

There are loads of facts for a jury to have found CW guilty.
Its all laid out in the Discovery. Have you read it? Is the DA and CBI lying and gossiping?

People, do I really have to go into detail about the oil tanks? They were NOT put in easily; he broke their bones to get them in. The rest you may read up on as I can't bring myself to go into further detail. They came out easily because they were in a gloved state. I'm seeing a lot of talk based on emotion, not fact or constructive conjecture.

The size of the thief hatch is something that has been discussed in much detail here. Broken bones were not noted in the autopsy reports. If there had been any broken bones, the DA most certainly would have included this with the other injuries he outlined during the sentencing hearing.

Dr. Phil is the one who said bones were broken, as if that was a fact. It is not a fact. The autopsy reports are fact.

I missed this, what podcast?
It is not worth watching at all - it had limited information that was more than covered by Dr. Phil's show today. But apparently the story goes that the Watts finally got their son to admit to some of what he told the investigators during his last couple 15 minute phone calls with his parents this week...because they kept asking to know before this all came out. So they told the girls they know who have been doing podcasts to "help clear the Watts name" (to make the Watts family look better than their interviews suggested) what he said and had them go do this podcast at the last second last night so they could put the info out before SW's family could on Dr. Phil's show today. Hope this helps. Truly, it is not worth watching.

Maybe saying that because maybe if we could dig down to the truth and prove it and incarcerate those that are guilty or the one that is guilty but really come out the other end feeling like we found out for sure what happened because this case is so crazy that he pled guilty to everything that he denied in the beginning and now he comes out almost six months to the day with his True Confession it doesn't make sense to anybody especially since he would give up such a beautiful family we just can't soak it in and accept it

Are you sure you are not thinking of another case? There are nearly 2000 pages of facts and evidence in the Discovery Documents!

I don't like what they say about other podcaster websites such as websleuths they're very mean and one-sided and I will say this as a mother I would never want to go through what either family went through ever but if I was the Watts family I would probably bury myself as far deep in the atmosphere as I could to disappear even if it wasn't my fault just that this could happen and maybe there was something I could have done to prevent it because it's just so horrible I can't even understand and I'm no way related or even know anybody in this case. God bless us all!

Anybody see any dirt piles in this video? I think he dug her grave in advance

He pleaded guilty because the case was overwhelming against him.

Anybody think he gave details for a suicide call? Like now they know the worst they will get me for sure? Or does anybody think now that the drive from the thrive helped fuel hormonal imbalances? Just pondering...
According to Watts family friends, Chris is not at all suicidal.

Their lawyers seem to believe it, and their lawyers got it from the Rzucek’s themselves.

The Rzucek’s would only believe it if the investigators did, and if Tammy believes it, hell, I’ll be inclined to believe it myself.

I’m waiting until Thursday to make up my mind, but he did the one thing I never thought he would:

He took off the mask.
Stop!!

I think you're giving CW too much credit.

I believe SW, BW, CcW, and NW have been tugging at the false exterior of CW -- chiseling away the mask-- from the moment he squeezed the life out of each of them.

I hope CW is haunted by their light, laughter, and smiles forever.

Nope.... CW never deserved a family.

It sounds like you may have missed the document dumps. The first one is here (1,960 pg PDF): 18CR2003-Discovery-REDACTED-FINAL.pdf It is chock full of interviews by the FBI, CBI, FPD, phone records, evidence logs, handwritten notes, jail correspondence, maps, emails, letters, etc.

The second release was 3 terabytes of audio, video and photos. FWIW, 3 terabytes is about the equivalent of 654 DVD's. Most of that can be found in our media thread here: MEDIA, MAPS & TIMELINES - NO DISCUSSION - - Shanann Watts (34, dec.), Celeste"Cece" (3) and Bella (4 This is where you will find police body cam footage, audio interviews, video interviews, security camera footage, crime scene photos, disposal site photos, etc.

In the media thread, start somewhere near the end of November 2018 to view the data from the second release. Happy reading! :p

I believe exactly as you do that Bella never said those words. That is not the way a four year old speaks. All we know for sure today is that CW is a monster who lies.
I'm assuming that it wasn't a direct quote from Bella - but perhaps saying in adult words what she said. Perhaps it was something like, "No, Daddy! I don't want to go up there like Cece did! No, don't make me!" or something like that.

Man, that was hard to type.

I'm leaning toward believing him in this new confession....but, in the end, there is no way to know for sure.

I believe that. But then again, they also thought he was no murderer. He is normal. He is not a sociopath. Et al.

You can't know this for a fact; it sounds too easy, too perfect. He should've gone to trial so everything

What about scratching and bruising he surely would've gotten trying to dispose of the girls in a water tank with an 8 in diameter? His hands should've been scratched/cut to pieces. I'm assuming they were made of steel. Even if they were made of plastic, there should've been damaged to his hands/arms.
Undoubtably, he wore his work gloves.
