Not to mention, he absolutely DID have his day in court. Okay, not a whole day, but still. We have thousands of posts here to prove it
Let's file an amicus brief. LOL

After the March prison interview, I wrote a post wondering about his appeal chance. Gitana replied "He has no grounds. It's over." It still would be nice to hear assurance from her one more time.
I recall her saying it several time between his plea and sentencing. It was comforting then, but now there’s that tiny sliver of maybe...just maybe...

After this news, I went and perused the putrid purple cult group to see their reaction. His staunch fans still think Shanann did it:rolleyes:. There was one good comment, though and that was a reminder his parents were supposed to visit him this spring and maybe that's where this came from.
Thanks for taking one for the team, Gardenista.

Maybe he thinks his deranged idiotic fans are representative of the general public and he'll get out with time served. After all, having a bossy wife and being sleep deprived is a reasonable excuse for murdering one's family, according to those lunatics.

I don't think he's upset w/negative publicity. I think he likes the attention and any publicity is good publicity. And something to do with his time. I would love nothing more than for no-one to ever call him, visit him, send him letters or ask him anything about anything ever again.
bbm
Agree -- IMO, it all goes back to his grandiosity, his "I am smarter than they are. I can out-think and out-talk all of 'em." We saw how glibly he talked to the press out on his porch in his new little t-shirt, how he was so talkative and calm when in his house talking to LE. Much like Ted Bundy, playing up to the press -- but Bundy was better at it -- he was truly smarter than that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 (im0) could ever be. But Bundy wasn't qui--i-i-ite good enuff, was he?
And what kind of appeal can he put forward? When you plead, you give up your chances for appeals, but I guess there are some circumstances that would allow some kind of appeal.
Hmmm, we'll see....

Anyone else see Scott Reisch? He gives out about 10 minutes of tempered negativity (re appeal) then, get this......puts out the chum....says to send him 150k and he'll take a look at it. Says it has to be only ineffective counsel to win appeal, but that would mean that the lawyer client privilege would be erased and everything he told the pd's would be open.

I believe she said that. What else would you say if someone says they want a divorce and they found someone else. Of course we weren't there so who's to say.
I don't think they ever had that conversation. I think he strangled her from behind when she was asleep in bed...

I think the same. He probably had that whole fight conversation in his own head.

Still find it interesting that he said, that he wished he'd go to the game that saterday night with his friend instead to diner with NK. Was that decision making night?

This photo...Bella’s hand is blurred - she’s rubbing little CeeCee’s back. They loved each other so much. That beautiful family. Gone, because a sorry excuse for a human decided they were no longer relevant to him. It’s heartbreaking.

We know the tone of what Shannan said to CW about the divorce based on her texts... that lovely lady was trying everything to SAVE her marriage. She wasn't threatening him - she was begging him to work it out and be honest with her. She went so far as to suggest reading material to save the marriage! She had the book delivered to him while she was away. CW says the "you'd never see the kids again" thing was NOT a recent conversation. I told my husband we'd never get a divorce if he cheated on me, they'd just find his bones out behind our shed one day. I said this in jest during one of those hypothetical conversations couples have because we were madly in love at that time - the idea of him cheating was as far fetched as me killing him for cheating.

I imagine they had a hypothetical convo like mine where she said "I'd leave and you'd never see the kids again" and perhaps CW was testing the waters with this hypothetical convo because he had his eye on NK already and took the jest comment a little closer to heart. SW wouldn't have known that - she would have been just like me, making a sarcastic and albeit dark joke.

Even if she said it in the most serious of moments, she meant she'd be taking them to NC if there was a divorce....HE TOOK THEM TO THEIR GRAVES !!! big difference.

When CW said on the March 7 release of his interview, that he always felt nervous around Shan'ann, that was straight out of Mom's mouth to his brain. She said nearly the same thing, that he was always nervous (paraphrased) and immediately jumped up to do whatever SW bossed him to do. There were quite a few other instances in that interview when it was clear he was borrowing vocab and concepts from his visitors. Nutgate, and many more.
Mother. Hush my baby, baby don't you cry.
Pink Floyd.
On steroids.

As I gave my opinion up thread, it's mostly just re-worded carp from Mom so that comment is probably right. I wonder if PEOPLE pays for those articles. I understand noses have been out of joint since Dr. Phil when the actual living victims, IMO, got a helping hand.
I'm not sure I understand the part about getting a helping hand? Who and what got a helping hand? I don't get to read here very often so I may just not be understanding the comment and what it is in reference to.

It is no secret that the Watts were alleged to be jealous about the Rzuceks getting a helping hand from De. Phil. The night before Dr. Phil helped expose that CW actually drove more than an hour with the kids all but sitting on their mom's murdered body, self-proclaimed family insiders got the CW cult site to put the information out first. Like that made it all go down easier. Especially the part where the tiny kid pleaded "No Daddy No" just before he snuffed out her life. And desecrated her body.
You should watch the show to understand how horrible it was. Dr. Phil explains how he was offering to help the family get through it all, which I paraphrased as giving a helping hand.

Oh ok!! Gotcha! I just didn’t understand but yes, I did see the show on Dr. Phil…it was heart wrenching. No family should have to know those horrible details - CW should have kept all that to himself. Thanks for explaining to me.

How much is it allowed to speculate here? Does anyone know?
