BREAKING District Attorney Linda Stanley has filed a “Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice” in Barry Morphew’s murder trial. Judge was just made aware of motion and is reviewing it. Morphew’s daughters and attorney’s started hugging and crying when they found out in court

Not unexpected. BM will be arrested again. Hopefully, with no bond allowed!

I do wonder if Judge L will face professional consequences for putting the prosecution in this position.

While the wheels of justice seem off the rails in this case, the circumstantial evidence is brutal and justice for Suzanne will happen.

I think it's gonna be ok, though. I really do. This means the prosecution can re-group and get their mess (!!!!) together.

Maybe Barry will slip, under the guise of his newfound "freedom", and inadvertently "point" LE in the direction of Suzanne's body.

Is it possible that they have a new lead they cannot access because of the cold weather?

I want to go into this thing feeling more confident than I have recently.

We can hope that's what is going on here.

Me too to be honest. If it's true they believe they are close to finding her body....this makes the most sense. Also with the judge not allowing so many expert witnesses/the prosecution making so many mistakes the first time, I've been thinking at this point it might be best to dismiss the charges for the time being.

Also....this will only end up costing Barry more money in the long run LOL. (If charges are refiled of course)

Well trial is supposed to start in 9 days - they potentially could be close, but not 9 days close.

The weather is keeping them from being able to follow the lead and they don't think they'll get it done before the trial starts.

I have never known a case with so many twists and turns. My spirits drop and then I read they could be close to finding Suzanne's body and hope returns.

Think the wine might be opened early tonight.
