So do I. On a Friday evening the time usually flies by,but waiting for 1:30 (8:30 U.K time) the time is passing very slowly. At least it is time to open the wine .

VRBBM (very respectfully bolded by me)

Darn, didn't know we had to wait :):):)

On another note, grateful beyond words to @OldCop @oviedo @NoSI and all of you people who post and keep this page interesting and moving along. I have learned so much. It's been a while, Hope to see some Justice for Suzanne today!

Or GI George told him even though he knew where it was. His dumb act hasn't gotten him very far at all.
I believe BM heard about the bike being found and where from GD. GD told Lauren S. that he (GD) heard it on the scanner and that he was the 3rd person on scene because he lives so close by.
After at least 2 unanswered calls from LE, they had dispatch call BM and he had apparently worked up enough crocodile tears to answer. IIRC LE told dispatch to ask BM to confirm what color the bike is. So I guess BM will say he learned the location that way. JMO

Defense says #BarryMorphew got to the scene of where #SuzanneMorphew bike found and was very emotional. Undersheriff says he disagrees. Defense says dispatch called him and when they called Barry he was very emotional. Undersheriff agrees. @KKTV11News

58 mins....

I guess I will try to run errands now? I wish they would just broadcast the arguments. It's hard to really grasp how the judge reacts to each side based on the text reporting (which I do appreciate and it's not a criticism of the reporters at all).

I really wish we could see Barry's face when the judge holds him for trial and says no bail . I really hate waiting jmoo

Obviously you need to plop yourself in the front row. Also, I’m going to need you to, with a straight face, ask someone who works there where the concession stand is.

I left Judicial Building and went to fairgrounds. Court clerk came out and said that we only have a "very, very slim" chance of getting in today as a lot of his family is expected and they will get priority. I thought i better head over to get seat at fairgrounds. Everybody else stayed. Hope i made right decision...
Thank you @NoSI for everything!

Bummer Barry won't get to choose where he sits.

That's right! Now I remember. That's why GD was there before BM was

You're right, he did hear it on the scanner. Thanks for reminding me.

Are we sure he didn't carry any tools to the room? What was he washing with chlorine that soaked the bathroom and towels?

I don't think there was ever any chlorine in that hotel room. The email from the hotel manager, six months later (or s0) pretty much squashed that line of reasoning. It was just wet towels. The chlorine smell is still in the room (it sits above an indoor pool - probably the cheapest room in the hotel, perfect for Barry and his crew).

He left the hand tools in the hotel lobby, where MG later retrieved them and took them to the room (and then home with her - per an interview she gave to MSM).

I think we need to give up chlorine as having anything to do with this crime - and no one has mentioned a chlorine or bleach smell at Puma Path, either.

I find it interesting that the judge that is signing the arrest affidavit can also manage the preliminary hearing.
