He'd have to leave way too early and I won't make him do all that. lol But it is a quick trip if I take him. I can stop at Starbucks after I drop him and check on things before I drive home.

It's decision day in the case of #barryMorphew - sitting in court waiting for Judge Murphy & Morphew to arrive. If Murphy decides there's not enough evidence, the case will not head to trial. Court officials say unless DA refiles, that means it's over.

There is more Security today than the previous 4-day preliminary hearing. It is taking people a lot longer to get into the Chaffee County Courthouse. There are about 8 seats available for the public.
