Is this Shosho dumpster gal? Darke? Why delete anything? THAT's not suspicious, *cough*. The second number was his burner phone. If this woman knows anything, I hope she pays the piper too.
By adding it was her boyfriend (at the time) who is out there on old video claiming he called not her. My comment may be subject to the admins deleting my post because I can't link his video it's not an approved source. Hard to buy they both called.

So BM admitted that he had the tranq darts and the drugs used for sedation leftover from his IN 'deer farm'.

This is fun. Page 101 Barry claims to have never seen the crack in the doorframe before. It would be one thing if he had previously seen it and just didn't know it's origins, but what person doesn't notice if their bedroom door is cracked?!
Don’t you get the feeling he doesn’t notice anything around him if it’s not related to sex? Of course he knew it was cracked and why. But Barry can’t have a normal discussion. All he relates to is sex and dying. At least that’s what I’m getting out of the AA so far. I think even hunting and killing animals turns him on. Such a dumba—!

Ha ha...that he seems to be the affadavit explains. Me, I've been happily married for a long long time :) and not in the market :)
Rest assured, I don't think anyone gave that the slightest possibility.

Barry Morphew refused polygraph test after wife's disappearance, affidavit says

The investigators’ discussions, which are detailed in the unsealed affidavit, covered topics ranging from Barry Morphew’s sex life to his finances to his faith. Over time, investigators zeroed in on inconsistencies and vague moments in Morphew’s story as evidence of a crime, the affidavit shows.

The extensive document includes new details about tangential parts of the case that were not covered when prosecutors laid out the major pieces of their theory about what happened during a four-day preliminary hearing this summer.

Among those details:

  • Barry Morphew couldn’t describe his last image of his wife until one investigator suggested he may have seen a lump under the covers as he left for work, which he agreed is what he saw
  • Morphew said he and Suzanne ate steaks the night before she disappeared, but he couldn’t describe them and investigators only found one set of dirty dishes
  • He claimed to have awoken to his alarm at 4:30 a.m. on the day she disappeared, but no alarm had been set on his phone
  • He could not explain why he left early for work that day and did not pick up a coworker to carpool as planned, according to the affidavit

yall when did the AA get released? Where can I find it?

It appears that Barry was actually a lousy hard worker. He cut corners, had shady business practices, and duped people out of money. It sounds like Barry burned a lot of bridges in Indiana and was on to Colorado for fresh meat, so to speak. All Barry needs is lawyers guns and cameras.

"Barry finally blamed God for Suzanne's death after being informed of the affair as a form of judgement on her and has stated repeatedly that God allowed this to happen"

I have the same question as others about why some evidentiary items from the arrest affidavit were not brought up in the PH. Is it because the defense took too much time or some other reason?

So, he’s troubled that LE think she’d dead, but he postulates that she’s under the beaver dam?? Alive maybe?? LOL! This man did NOT graduate university. No, not possible.

No, he thinks her bones are there. He thinks somehow she went in the river. He never intimates that she'd still be alive. He says he tried to demolish the dam with his own excavator but the trees were too large and he can't understand why LE didn't try looking there.

And I think it is indeed interesting that none of the log jams or beaver dams were searched by SAR or LE.

Apparently, no further underwater searches were conducted (say, near the dam, by now) since the first couple of weeks.

Could those searches have happened with no one noticing? Obviously, they didn't find anything pertinent to the affidavit or PH, if true.

As to why the AA was withheld, I think it's entirely because one daughter clearly things the marriage is in trouble and says so and then there's that awkward moment at dinner, when Barry makes announcement about virginity.

I agree. But not because the signs were not there -- this was 100% BM's ego not allowing it to enter his mind. He was that out-of-touch with his wife. MOO
Yet he was cheating on her, probably throughout the marriage. Gotta love that double standard.

I hope she realizes all she’s good for in Barry’s estimation is SEX! And all for a bouquet of flowers . Maybe we should forward a copy of the AA for her reading displeasure!?

She probably bought the flowers for him.

I wonder if he got in all his good Google searches before or after that magic love fest.

He is an embarrassment.

Anyone who believes Barry after reading all of this, must be supporting multiple Nigerian Princes.

His lies are remarkable.

Of course he did! That’s not going to work for him in a courtroom. He makes me sick.
