More on my follow-up on BM bail conditions: Confirmed with Chaffee County
Probation (K. Post) that Inovation, Inc. is the contractor for electronic monitoring services.

Per SR/Crime Talk, Judge Amended Order citing he was previously misinformed about the services and BM will be wearing GPS ankle monitor.

In addition to meeting his lawyers, BM also allowed to leave the county for maintenance of his location tracking device. MOO

SCRAM Provider in Colorado - Intervention, Inc.
I fully expect the BM's lawyers will be petitioning the court for expanding these privileges very soon.

With the hits on the Bobcat, and a brand new bucket/blade, how was it not involved????

Did Barry string up the tape himself? Nothing to see here....

I wonder about the timing of the mechanical thing he did, if he misremembered it as at 4 pm, not 2.

Or April.

Because that would be a significant mismemory.

Kind of suspicious if he tried to put a lot of distance between that mechanical thing and Suzanne's disappearance.

Need to know: was MG operating HIS Bobcat that morning?

Did Barry have time to dig a big hole on Saturday morning? At Tailwinds. Necessitating repair perhaps? And later all he would have to do is hand shovel it and plop in a tree.

If Barry used his Bobcat like I think he did, he must be feeling pretty okay with having gotten away.... with murder. Yes, charges still pending but somehow the Bobcat has been exonerated.
And I'm not ready to put it to bed. I hope LE isn't either.

By the way, if Barry hadn't showered 4 times like I think he did, dogs might've alerted ON HIM.

Please, LE, don't let up on Barry and don't give up on the Bobcat.

Leave no stone unturned. Especially any uninspired clusters of them.

JMO
Running heaving equipment in the middle of the night is not a "nothing to see here" happenstance. If that was Barry.....I have no doubt it is tied to Suzanne's murder. Whether it is the actual burial site...or possibly and decoy...it is connected, imo.

I found the MG "not welcome" in BM's vehicle reference in the AA: (AA: page 23):

When Agents asked Barry why he did not pick up Morgan Gentile, as agreed, on Sunday for the ride to Broomfield, he stated: "I didn't want her to ride with me because she smokes," and, "I told her I wanted her to drive her car," and, "She was just gonna follow me."

So on the Saturday MG was welcome in his truck ... twice - to be picked up & dropped off, but on Sunday she was not.

Thank you to whoever posted the link to the searchable AA, that's brilliant!
Excellent excellent post!!!

I am reading the AA in pieces as I can.....maybe this weekend I can get the rest of it. For those who have read it already....Did LE ask Barry about operating heavy equipment Friday night at the river site as the elderly woman reported?

This equipment haunts my thoughts. I am hoping against hope that LE checked ALL the equipment he had access to, and the backhoe attachment he looked at buying. I am waiting to see if it all comes out at the trial. When I read he used a excavator, it just made me sick. Those things are so efficient. Then with access to at least 2 skid steers. Please let them have checked the equipment.

With BM, lying is like breathing for him. MOO

You guys need to know how my mother raised her four daughters.

She'd remind us of this from time to time, depending on circumstances, from a very early age.

She'd say, "If you'll lie, you'll steal. If you'll steal, you'll kill"

It's too bad for Suzanne that Barry wasn't taught the same morals for living an ethical life.

I think those tree-rock clusters deserve another look. For evidence of decay. For evidence of harmful chemicals (like quikrete and lime). Mushrooms. Dead grass. Dead trees.

We gotta find her.
If he is known for sloppy planting trees, which became ill and dead after a while, even for business (AA), then there is a chance, he was sloppy also with planting a tree for decoy above Suzanne's last place (if he did).
What reason did he have to dump a tree container outside of his hometown (Broomfield hotel)? Just for austerity or was the container for an "unexplained" tree? I wonder.

I would imagine he's tossed alot shrub and tree containers in his career. But I'm sure it was rolling around in the back of the truck.. I don't recall any evidence in testimony that he was a "sloppy" landscaper. Some have described him as a hard worker and detail oriented. There has been conflicting testimony about exactly what needed to happen at the Broomfield wall...I have seen needed another layer and I have seen was poorly constructed and I have seen needed to be moved all mentioned so I'm not sure there is evidence to sustain a characterization that he was sloppy plus I doubt that is of value in a trial.

I keep thinking of the defiant look of MM1 who herded him to the truck like a Mama Bear. She had her hand on his back like she was the parent.

I think he has convinced those girls that this is all SM's fault. He has them believing that she really did disappear herself perhaps with the help of a friend and that they staged the bike and helmet.

I wonder if they think she walked out and a different boyfriend picked her up and they are in hiding. You know if you have one boyfriend you can have two because JL was not there. Or he had someone pick her up.

He has a story for everything that happened. The lies just roll out of his mouth.

Why would they be so non caring towards their mother if a stranger took her?

That has to be why they never searched for their mom or attended a vigil or anything. I think they are so mad at her and have made this her fault not his.

So now Daddy is all they have left and they will defend him to the bitter end with tooth and nail. Let’s just hope that the bitter end is behind bars. JMO

I agree that he was considered by most to be a hard worker; but I do not recall a single person that referred to him as detail oriented. The closest I was able to find was that Barry was an excellent skid loader operator, page 51, by BO. That was the kindest thing BO had to say, and he is one of the people listed on the restraining order.

Barry could not even recall the name of the GC on the Broomfield wall (pg 19). BH said that Barry was in financial trouble and was involved with shady business dealings (pg 31). CS said that Barry had burnt many bridges, referring to business deals (pg 52). MC, SP, & KC referred to Barry’s worthless business (pg 56). GW told the buyers of Barry’s business that they were dealing with the devil, that he was shady, not on the straight and narrow, too focused on making money and moving on to the next job (pg 57).

Respectfully, I think that Barry worked hard at making money, and was a very capable machine operator. I think he was a shady businessman and I think he had moved on to a new place where his business practices were unknown.

In the early pages of the AA, during one of the interviews with, I believe, Grusling....the issue was the helmet and bike having been found...and Barry asked about Suzanne's phone. When asked where he thought the phone might be...Barry said to paraphrase "in between" the bike and the helmet. I found that to be quite interesting. Why would Barry expect the phone to be in that specific and , frankly... narrow area? Its as if Barry wanted the phone to be found just like he wanted the bike and helmet to be found. Maybe that area between those two items should be searched again?

These two daughters have a life of their own in spite of the grooming and gaslighting....and in spite of their apparent support of Barry. They have friends, which would include potential romantic relationships. The real world will present itself to these girls through those friendships...Barry is and will be the elephant in the room vis a vis these relationships......just because these girls support Dad doesn't mean all of the people in their relationships will. I have no doubt that this will be an obstacle for them "moving on".

BBM - I'm not sure that this is true is it? And they probably didn't know of the affair until after BM did. Seeing as SM didn't share knowledge of the affair with SO, it is doubtful she shared it with her daughters.

I suspect that the HATE poured in their fathers direction and to some extent at the girls directly is more to do with how they are behaving in public than anything else. Behind closed doors, it may be an entirely different story.

I don't disagree...I think characterizing how he takes care of the business/paperwork end of his business is different from being sloppy or shoddy at executing the job so I was referring specifically to the poster's choice of descriptive words. I've often found it interesting that people in certain career positions that are successful have a higher degree of narcissistic traits. I'm just more mentally engrossed now in what a potential trial might be like and there is much that won't make it to trial because it is speculative or not relevant or related to character as opposed to the facts of what happened that can be tied directly to the murder or potentially can backfire under cross examination. https://www.cnbc.com/2019/10/31/study-narcissists-tend-to-be-happier-tougher-and-less-stressed.html

I believe the bike and the helmet were almost a mile apart, so hardly a narrow area.

If you were Barry, what would you do with the phone? Would you try and access the information on it? or would you destroy it immediately? Dispose of the phone with the body? something else?

I imagine Suzanne's phone got itself in the creek.

Did they have a funeral or memorial service for Suzanne at some point? I don't recall reading about it. I know they mentioned that she was presumed dead in her father's obituary. They had to have done something right?! What was bM's behavior like at that?

If I am Barry - I am going to try to access info from the phone, dammit! Even though I have been spying and listening in on almost every movement of Suzanne.
And then I'd shoot it!

Yes, I think he would be curious too. But the thing with that is, the phone would need to be on and the information accessed before the last ping.

I don't think either BM or the girls have attended any public memorial (and quite frankly I don't blame them). That does not mean that they have not arranged a private memorial though. There is this from Lauren -
