The timing doesn't seem to work for her to be a true MT, but I have little doubt she would have been.

She deleted information from her phone, denied an affair that everyone knows occurred, and now this.

Barry doesn't realize this, but she's the most dangerous person on earth. If that relationship goes south, she could really do some damage at trial.

Maybe BM will get the treatment he gave SM. I like to think of him being the one in the chipmunk gun crosshairs, so to speak.

I wonder if the judge will look askance at the guy out on $500,000 bail associating with (or living with?) someone with a criminal charge at the scene of the crime?

It could be as simple as Barry ordered something from Amazon or Cabelas and forgot to change the shipping address? He sends ShoSho over to pick it up, what a nummy for agreeing to do his bidding.

I had a feeling there would be monkey business going on while he's out, just not so soon. Wonder if someone will be in court and we'll get the deets?

If it's something that simple Knox, and it most likely is, they should both be locked up for their own safety and the safety of the public. How incredibly stupid. A child knows better. Can't knock on the door? leave a note?

I thought it would be interesting for someone to let Barry know they have something incriminating on him and we'll be dropping it off.

Did the AA include references to LE Mirandizing BM before/during any of their interviews w him?

Barry was advised of his rights when he was taken into custody, at which point he asked for a lawyer and refused to answer questions.

This is all that's required by Miranda v. Arizona. Previous interviews were not "custodial" - Barry was free to end the conversation and leave at any point. Defense may try to argue otherwise, but they'd really be arguing for a change in the law.

Judge Murphy: per income grid she’s not qualified for public defender. Not by using “points” method - cannot appoint public defender. She can hire attorney or represent herself. Sho will hire attorney. Come back 2 weeks - October 13.

She can appear in person or WebEx. No trespassing allowed at Puma per bond. SD warned and no contact allowed with Emily Love - property owner.

I pulled up the hearing on Webex. Reporters including Ashley Franco and Carol McKinley are viewing. Can't see or hear anything yet.

Also saw someone with the screen name of Dateline Keith. Not sure if the really Keith Morrison or not. She has to hire her own attorney and be back in two weeks.

Barry had to tell her, and then she either volunteered or was asked to go over and ignore the no trespassing signs. I guess Barry didn’t want to be in violation of his bond, but he sure wanted his package. Man I wish he had picked it up himself. He would have been back in the tiger stripes and crocs.

No argument from me ... but as we've seen all along, Barry makes dumb moves and rules don't apply to him. Filling out Suzanne's voter ballot comes to mind.

The bigger thing IMO- she was willing to actually go to Puma Path and fetch the package. What else was she willing to do or cover for?

SD is really going out on a limb for BM. And for what?Whenever I have not received an Amazon package (lost or gone to the wrong address), I have contacted them and they ship a new one. Perhaps this was not an Amazon delivery, but I agree - it sure does seem he wanted that package and didn’t want anyone else to open it.
