It's dumpsterversary today - 25th October, a whole year since BM and SD met in person.
Wonder if they have plans for the special day.

Makes me sick, Suzanne had plans too. :(

Moo

Actually makes me downright ANGRY, and SAD for all those moments that have been stolen from her, and continue to be with the farce that is BM and his ridiculousness. Ugh, SMH

We should all buy them one of these: Mini Desktop Dumpster

Oh and we should send it to the PP address and see if they go get it LOL

Barry supporters are usually a bit ashamed and sort of hem and haw with their thin logic and justifications at being supportive of a murderer, but they now have this little shred upon which to hang their support for him.

It must be satisfying for them. Ya know, to now have an actual reason that they can point to as for why they favor a murderer.
Do we have family members and friends on here? I haven't seen much support for Barry as an individual person here.

Morphew’s attorneys contend after a year of having obtained the DNA evidence, Chafee County Deputy DA Jeff Lindsey followed up on an individual in Phoenix who appears to match the DNA profile found on Suzanne’s glovebox. But the Arizona individual refused to cooperate and retained a lawyer, according to the documents.

"Appears to match" and "is a partial match" are not the same.

Just saying.

Trial should clear that up nicely.

I think it will be cleared up before the trial. I think prosecution would want it cleared up even if there are sanctions against them and they aren't able to use it in trial because of the late delivery to defense. I've seen "appears to match", "partial match" and "partial profile" used. I think we don't know. My guess is like many have pointed out it isn't significant...but that could be totally wrong.

BM's defense seems to be all over the place with this allegation. An individual or multiple individuals across the country. Talk about trying to cover your bases! But you can't have it both ways just to suit your rhetoric!
From the link:

Attorneys claim investigators omitted crucial evidence in the case, including DNA evidence from an alleged sex offender, and engaged in “extreme and outrageous conduct.”

[..]

In the notice of claim filed by Morphew’s attorneys, they allege DNA evidence found in the glovebox of Suzanne’s car matches “the same profile as a single or multiple individuals across the country involved in sexual assault cases,” attorneys wrote in the letter.

I always thought Barry had used the Bobcat to transport or dig a hole to put Suzanne in. The other possibilities were a mine shaft or abandoned well.

In this murder case in Alberta, the suspect took two undercover policemen who he thought were going to help him, to a wooded area west of Calgary. When they stopped they didn’t see anything but the suspect moved away some branches and mulch and they could see part of a blanket. That is where the two bodies were.

Could Barry have done something similar and carried Suzanne into the trees? He could have covered her with branches and rocks so it fit into the surrounding landscape.

Perhaps he is renting in the area so he can keep an eye on where he put her. He might drive around every day to keep an eye on things. He would want to know if it looked like someone was getting close to his evidence. JMO

I am leaning towards that he buried her, given his comment to his friend that ‘I could bury a body and no one would ever find it’

What a dreamy milestone event.

The first time their eyes locked, him, charged with his wife's murder and her, about to answer charges for stalking... across the length of the rancid, putrid smell of the neighborhood dumpster, filled with rotting covid-cancellation food from surrounding vacay rentals.

Pretty sure there aren't any greeting cards for that one. o_O

Bury is a very broad term. Any sealed shaft in a mountain side, for instance. Did I mention there are two for sure behind the Puma Path property? I think there is a third one based on the geological survey maps.

Something has bothered me for a little while.
If I'm not mistaken, the housekeeper who encountered BM and SM taking a walk (or so she assumed was SM, which I doubt) is not Shoshona but another housekeeper who works in the area, please correct me if I've screwed that up.
Maybe BM decided to make that excuse as to how he met Shoshona as it was already in the media about the other one who'd previously stated that she'd run into 'them'.
Sounds somewhat reasonable, right? It seems that's where cleaning ladies coincidentally meet up with locals, or was it a convenient excuse?
I'm not buying that that's how they met. Matter of fact, and I'm sure I've said this before somewhere, I'll bet they knew each other before her boyfriend asked her to get out and could've even been the reason. I'll also bet that they were seeing each other before Suzanne disappeared - possibly WAY before.
I've always had a suspicion that BM had an accomplice, or at least one - before, during and/or after the fact.
Makes for interesting bedfellows.

eta: IMO

If the woman at the Wednesday-dumpster-meeting was someone other and wasn't Suzanne, then where was Suzanne at that time? Of course, if the cleaning lady didn't know Suzanne and her face/hair colour, she could have thought of BM with woman at his side, it was BM and his wife. On the other hand, the cleaning lady certainly later saw news and the many pictures of Suzanne and would have noticed at a certain point, that her Wednesday encounter wasn't the wife at BM's side. Maybe, meanwhile LE know?
In any case, the evening walk on Wednesday right to the dumpster and there allegedly asking the unknown cleaning lady, why she was dumping things (as if she did it the first time!), is somehow ominous, IMO. Wednesday a peaceful little walk and Friday already a BM in trouble?? Do I remember well, that MG said something about him, how he acted and so on?

Did she mark her "new love relationship" on her Fb?

I understood that the person Barry and Suzanne encountered at the dumpster was a woman who managed properties (not a house cleaner) in the area and was tossing food from said properties, due to covid cancellations. I have no doubt that woman correctly identified Suzanne and Barry both. I mean... I think we'd know long before now if she was shown Suzanne's pic and she said no, that wasn't her.
