Is there another link for the items that Lauren tweeted about?

It says access denied
I've not seen another network share the docs. If you're outside of the US and your access denied to Fox21, LS is usually good about providing information on her YT channel for her International followers.

Also, it's possible that the Co Court site will upload the docs today.

First takeaways from reading the 2 most recent dumps that LS posted:
  • The defense subpoenaed Jeff Lindsey to testify at the hearing on discovery violations/pre-trial publicity and the DA tried to quash the subpoena. Don't know if there's been a ruling on that, the hearing is today I believe.
  • The defense thinks the DA has deputized someone from the Colorado Attorney General's office to take over the case. (p. 9 of #4) I'm not entirely clear why they think that though. It still looks like it's only Linda Stanley and Dan Edwards on the filings.
  • From the filings, it looks like the security fence/gate in question wasn't for the Ritters' property, it was for the entrance to the PP neighborhood itself and had been planned for a while. But the entrance is within 100 yards of the Cushmans' house and the Ritters (presidents of the HOA) were working on the installation. So the DA requested that Barry stay elsewhere for 3 days while the gate was being installed (p. 63 of #3). The defense says that the whole reason the gate was being installed in the first place was because Barry had requested it following Suzanne's disappearance. (p. 73-74 of #3)
  • The defense says that LE has installed a game camera near the Cushmans' house to monitor anyone coming or going. (p. 72 of #3) I guess turnabout is fair play.
  • The defense says that the Ritters were supporters of BM until sometime in September when LE/DA went to meet with them. (p. 93 of #3)
  • The defense has also moved to hold the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office in contempt for contacting witnesses in alleged violation of the court's order to limit pre-trial publicity. They say LE has discussed non-public test results/etc with those witnesses in an attempt to turn them against Barry. I'm assuming this includes the Ritters. (p. 114-117 of #3)

The only other thing that I saw it a cursory glance was that defense has asked for any recordings or transcripts of the LE conversations with the witnesses in September. I also saw that their complaint about the game camera LE put up was there was no warrant requested.

You make good points here, @Tumbleweed. I’ve often wondered if that Bobcat played a role in this case. The FBI said that BM’s Bobcat was ruled out as having anything to do with SM’s disappearance. However, they never said no other Bobcat or piece of machinery was involved. Interestingly, Jones Ave is also only 3 minutes from the Salida job dig/beach site. I always wonder what the elderly neighbor heard that night….
I guess either theory is plausible at this point. If BM did borrow the backhoe, I would imagine he would use the old RR to get there, but I’m sure LE pored over every bit of footage they could get their hands on to see if he was driving around on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
If he went by to just “look” at the backhoe on Saturday afternoon, it’s possible he also stopped at SS&S within that 20 minute timeframe.
I’m of the opinion like many others here that BM disposed of SM somewhere up the mountain off that back road between Puma Path and and Monarch Spur RV park. He couldn’t risk getting caught on camera somewhere in town. He was smart enough to put his phone on airplane mode for many hours that evening.
I guess we wait til trial.

Following your lead, I was thinking about what MB heard that night along with what MG heard. We don't know where MG lived at the time, but we do know that Barry picked her up and dropped her off at the Anytime Fitness in Poncha Springs a couple of times. The AF is real close to the Tailwinds property, btw. If we can infer that MG probably lived in the near vicinity of the AF, and plot that with what MB heard.

Well, you get 20 minutes of travel time. I think it's possible, but we gotta look at the timeline and LE didn't find anything at the site.

I notice BM couldn't be bothered to put on a suit for court today.

Is the hearing on Judge Murphy’s WebEx? It says I’m waiting for host admittance.

I don't believe so. The public is allowed, which typically means no Webex.

Witness lists for Morphew trial
Something FOX31 also uncovered while reading the documents is the very long list of witnesses, potentially hundreds, for the prosecution.

Many of the addresses have been redacted, but the first two names on this list are clear: Mallory and Macy Morphew, the daughters of both Suzanne and Barry Morphew.

Other witnesses include officials with the FBI, cell phone companies, banks and even Facebook security.
