"I'm going to have to shut this down," Judge said. "I think this motion was filed in August and it was a lot more general. The witnesses I had to let them speak for a while so I could understand where we were going. We have some rescheduling we will have to do."

In a communication log, according to Eytan, there is a note about a game camera that has been put up near Morphew's house. They don’t know where it has been put up and would like to know any reports about that game camera.

Judge says he wanted to get to the topic of pre-trial publicity but we did not.

Defense filed this and says DA office "crossed the line" when it comes to the gag order. DA office had done several interviews with podcasts and news outlets. KKTV was not one of them.

Judge Patrick Murphy has denied the defense motion about the violation of pretrial publicity saying there needs to be an affidavit. He said there needs to be a lot more detail than one sentence.

Next hearing is scheduled for December 14th at 1pm.

The next time #BarryMorphew will be in court will be Tuesday, December 14 at 1 p.m. to continue this motions hearing about discovery violations. Eytan wishes the remaining witnesses to remain subpoenaed.

Other motions hearings have been set for Jan 24, 25th, Feb. 1. I will have a recap of what happened in the #BarryMorphew case today on @FOX21News at 6:30/9 p.m. tonight.

We know filing the "old" motions were strategic on the part of E&N. IMO, Iris wanted to use the former to emphasize to the court how this very request was 90+ days old, and the court must level sanctions on the prosecutor today!
