Who's DNA was found on the bedsheets in the dryer? Was it male and was it compared to any male who visited there, daughter's boyfriend for example? I believe that would have been the only visiting male there in the short time they lived there. If it is not his or Barry's, then WHO?! I should add, did the nephew stay over??
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. But I am wondering why you would think that anyone of us would be aware of who their house guests were, male or female, since they moved in there.

Barry Morphew will sue investigators claiming evidence found on dead wife was omitted from his case | Daily Mail Online

Barry Morphew plans lawsuit against DA, investigators over alleged DNA evidence pointing to sex offender

"The lawyers claim that investigators intentionally omitted evidence of DNA belonging to an alleged sex offender found in Suzanne Morphew's bike, helmet, car and bedsheets."

"The affidavit does not disclose that male DNA not belonging to Barry Morphew was found on Suzanne’s bike, helmet, car, as well as on sheets in the dryer, in one of the bedrooms, the lawyers’ claim.

A DNA sample collected from Suzanne’s glove box came through a database as a partial match for "single or multiple individuals across the country involved in sexual assault cases," attorneys wrote in the letter. In August, investigators allegedly identified an individual living in Phoenix who was a partial match. Court documents claim Chafee County Deputy DA Jeff Lindsey reached out to the Arizona man, but he then refused to cooperate and lawyered up. The issue was never brought up in the preliminary hearing or disclosed in the affidavit. "

We have no direct evidence of DNA except for new reports. All of this could of course be wrong.

The whole article is garbage because they couldn't be a$$ed to see that it was a needle SHEETH in the dryer with unknown DNA on not. Not a sheet. Zero DNA on sheets. Fact checking matters.

Look the Daily Mail is insinuating they have her body! I don't have a good enough expletive for that kind of misinformation and clickbait.

Because, this case has been thoroughly discussed so much for a year and a half.

I can't find the post from Seattle 1 on the blue shirt that was found. It did not have BM's DNA on it, but did it have Suzanne's? I'm guessing it did not or that would have been huge.

blue shirt in creek found in May 2021” – Was submitted for examination, no match to BMs DNA.
^^ rsbm - Notes by @NoSI from the prelim hearing.

While there's no link to @NoSI's notes, I believe this blue shirt was found by volunteers AWAP during their sonar river search and the blue shirt was deemed not related to SM or this case. MOO

TS stayed at the house and visited the family twice after they moved to their Colorado home in Maysville. He described the family as a perfect family. I doubt that was his DNA on sheets.

MH was the boyfriend of MM2, and could have stayed there. He is a possibility, but that could be proven through DNA testing, unless he wasn’t willing, or the sample LE had from the sheets was inconclusive.

…And maybe it was not sheets at all, but sheath?

That's the only one he admits to. You only have to read the AA footnotes to see all of the lies Barry told in his assorted interviews.

No wonder the AA was 130 pages long.

My personal favorite:

I have read the AA with footnotes (twice) and it is riddled with examples of BM's evolving accounts, but my question is: why did he lie about the timing of the Bobcat mechanical thing?

I don't recall that BM lied here. I thought BM omitted this information from his initial timeline -- citing he was overwhelmed and forgot. Do we even know when he hit the pin back into the arm of the Bobcat?

ETA: add link - AA pg 117: "mechanical thing?"

SA Grusing asks if Barry would show agents the pin on his bobcat he was repairing on Saturday. Agents and Barry start to walk back over to his bobcat. While walking, Barry said, "So as of now, I'm not going to get anything of mine back?" SA Grusing said that is not up to agents. SA Grusing asks Barry what's most important. Barry said, "The guns are the most important. And my cameras."

SA Grusing asks about the pin on the bobcat. Barry points to a pin on the back right arm of the bobcat and says that he didn't even realize that the nut has come off of a bolt that is there. Barry states that when the bobcat arm goes up and down the pin works its way out one way or the other and he just has to beat it back in to place, because it holds the cylinder in place.

SA Grusing asks if Barry can do that on his own and doesn't need help. Barry confirms that he can. Barry starts talking about the cutting blade of the bobcat and walks around to show agents as he describes how it has a cutting edge on both sides and can be flipped and that when Crib had to replace his blade, it had already been flipped and both edges were worn out. Barry said he thinks that Trent had that blade and gave it to CBI.

Allegedly Busy B barried all kinds of household goods in the yard before they left Indiana.

As one does.

JMO
"As one does." Hahah!
Why the heck would he do that? Something else to hide? Oh Barry, what have you all been up to?
Could that be the reason for the hasty Clampett packing?

BM's been a digger for 30+ years and good at it! Cheaper and quicker than a run to the dump -- not like he tried to hide it if others know that he opened the earth, tossed in his old couch, and covered it up! :D

Didn’t TS suggest that, as a couple, Barry and Suzanne, “Were like Little House on the Prairie?”

That is, if Charles Ingalls had murdered his wife Caroline...

From page 71 of the AA
Barry stated that after dinner, Suzanne did the dishes and he went back into the garage, fixing the pin on the bobcat.

Mostly, Barry screws up when he talks. It's why he didn't speak to the public at all except for one very fake plea which was savaged immediately (give him props for knowing his audience). He thinks he's freaking brilliant (and I'll give him that he's working at above average) and a great liar (Spoiler: he's not.). Even one of his old buddies said Barry was a terrible liar but nobody called him on it because nobody wanted to deal with him (George Wimmer). Barry is the kind of guy who'll lie when the truth would serve him better.

^^ Correcting AA reference pg.
BM interview on June 3-- at this time, BM was then alleging he'd come home around 11:30 AM, had lunch with SM and they spent the day together. Went hiking and had a wonderful evening where after dinner - he was tinkering in the garage...

Oh, I got the 'Barry'/'bury' the auger but what I don't get is the COUCH! LMAO! :D @Megnut ?
The "couch" was also my problem and I didn't think of a sofa (which I myself as a German would refer to as "couch", haha), as I didn't know at the time, he buried one in Indiana. But finally I understood with the help of fellow members. Btw, I liiike the playing with words or spelling (Barry - bury) and I'm able to follow, except when I can't.

There was nothing to follow up on. These are completely useless partial DNA profiles. There are no "matches". All of the DNA talk is smoke and mirrors from the defense.

In all of the unknown DNA in this case it is a minor partial meaning it shares a few strains with an offender in the CODIS database. It's not even worth investigating because it's not even close enough to qualify as a familial match.
What if BM had help from someone male, who is unknown and this man's DNA is -partial or not- in the database CODIS from 3 unsolved sex assaults in AZ and IL.
BM likes to have shady buddies/associates, it seems.
IF BM had to pay someone for some "service", he just had to dig up his suitcase with cash. ;)
