A link to the version of the timeline you're working from would be helpful. Thanks.

It's here: Timeline of Events – Find Suzanne Morphew
I'm going to make it a really nice pretty easy to read timeline, but at the moment I'm still working out how to present it with the most ease so excuse the mess.

ETA: I haven't had a chance yet to go through @NoSI 's notes and the PH Tweets and get that info filled out.

Yes, we forgot MG! She heard him or at least his truck, when he was allegedly - where exactly?? (I believe her absolutely.)

Outside of her house along US 50. He picked her up and dropped her off at the Anytime Fitness near the Tailwinds property so I think she lived on that side of Poncha Springs.

Right but as I mentioned 4 AM doesn’t fit the time of the known data and locations. She either has the time wrong or it wasn’t Barry’s truck. But I don’t think her claim of possibly hearing his truck is beneficial at that time claimed.

I think there was a good reason why Barry sent his boys to intimidate MG into not talking to LE.

Or it was the right truck with it's distinctive sound, but NOT Barry?
As she thought, she had to get up from bed, she heard the vehicle sound coming, contrary to going. So the direction might be clear to someone with knowledge about the different locations.
sk716:
Around the 4:00 am hour, Morgan Gentile was confident she heard Barry’s Ford F-350 drive eastbound past her house on HWY 50. Gentile stated she did not see the truck but that his truck has a very distinctive exhaust.

DNA dashboard, it could come from many sources. Was the car detailed? Did a mechanic work on it? Did SM have a passenger in the car?

DNA was in the glove box. We don't know those answers with a certainty.

The year of Suzanne's Range Rover was a 2015. While I could not locate a video about the glove box for that year, I did find one for 2017.

There are actually two boxes. The bottom one is referred to as the normal glove box in this video. Is it the bottom glove box that contains the partial DNA? It looks like it's the bottom one where the owner's manual would be kept.

This host explains how one can lock the RR glove boxes which also protects the owner against others from accessing the owner's contact list and other wifi data on the navigation screen.

Further research revealed there may be a monthly fee to use the wifi in the RR each month, depending upon one's own cellular phone plan. Do we know whether or not Suzanne utilized the wifi feature in her RR?

Wi-Fi Hotspot - InControl - Land Rover

It may be interesting to learn if Suzanne used the valet lock option bc if she did, then it cuts down significantly on the amount of people who could open the glove box(es) in order to leave the partial DNA.

Side Note: When the Usry guy was questioned in the Angie Dodge murder bc his father deposited his own DNA into Ancestry, the real killer turned out to be the Usry guy's 6th cousin.

There is so much from so many sources. I just want to make sure Suzanne doesn't get lost in Barry's BS, again.

MOO a familial work up of the DNA from the dash would have been worth it on such a high profile case.

MOO, the truth is the detectives had a liar right in front of them, lying away, and lies are a form of confession.
BM's skills at concealment are mainly of physical evidence.

MOO if the folks at Salida Spa gave BM a false alibi, I hope they get the full extent of the law for it.

There injustice to a murdered woman, but also the cost to the citizens of the search, the ongoing investigation and the trial.

If per the timeline he did the left turn/helmet toss at 3:58am, I think he could have been at MG's house by 4:10 or 4:15 without even driving too fast. I think that would be close enough for her having reported hearing it "sometime around 4am".

Beautiful job. I am totally confused and it's not your write up which is great. Up until now I always understood that Barry was with Morgan Saturday morning. Now it's says Barry and Morgan worked Friday morning. She is quoted by Fox news, Lauren etc. over and over describing Barry's attitude on Saturday. Noted even the AA has the date bolded.

Per the AA page 47
Morgan stated on May 8, 2020, Barry picked her up from Anytime Fitness, 9985 HWY 50, Poncha Springs, CO. They traveled to ajobsite at 6962 County Road (CR) 105, Salida. They arrived at around 8:00 AM, completed a "rock beach" project and le ft. At around 11:00 AM, Barry took her back to her vehicle by Anytime Fitness, paid her in cash for the job, and left. Morgan stated that Barry mentioned he was going to go hiking or biking .

On the news stories...tons of sources.
On May 9, the day before Suzanne went missing, Gentile was working on a riverside area near Salida with Barry, 52.

“Barry had worked on the beach site Friday evening,” Gentile said. “Saturday, he had asked me to clean it up and rake it out, because we were going to bring it out to level – so it would be a beach sand and not muck.”

He was acting really weird about [the beach area], I was like Barry what’s up,” Gentile said. “He seemed stressed. He definitely seemed weird on Saturday.”

Unfortunately, the defense is hoping Suzanne is lost in the noise. That’s why all the ballyhoo about the “exculpatory” partial DNA that could possibly “match” a sex offender. It could also possibly “match” a few thousand (my own unscientific, estimated and probably inaccurate number) other males. They don’t have enough alleles to match to anyone with any legal certainty.

IF the prosecution withheld actual exculpatory evidence, that’s a different story, but IMO it’s all defense spaghetti at the wall.

According to the news articles and known info the defense argument was the information on the dna was not given to them until after the preliminary but was known and discussed in August. This is information that is additional to arrest affidavit. There are definitely a few circumstantial claims that have changed between arrest affidavit and the preliminary and perhaps continue to change. We don’t know much about the dna or if it is significant to the case. We only know the claim that prosecution had a name of a person with a prior record. The late delivery is significant for the prosecution from a conduct perspective.

These are the same people who insisted that they couldn't get at the files on the hard drives even though it was the exact same files the prosecution was using with no problem.

Yeah, MG's statements for Saturday aren't in the AA. I cleared out anything I knew wasn't precisely correct and in some cases I ended up leaving holes in the timeline until I find all of NoSIs notes and the PH tweets.

I'm pretty pleased with how the AA has turned out, I still need to get the wiki elements of it filled in but it's certainly less intimidating now. Find Suzanne Morphew – #JusticeForSuzanne

This is an important discrepancy that I too didn't realize previously, Good Sleuthing! If I had to believe one of the sources, it would information in the AA.

I have always wondered if BM intentionally kept MG from seeing/using the Bobcat after the morning of 5/8.
I've also wondered if MG backs up BM's story about a known damaged Bobcat attachment, prior to 5/9.

IMO, that's part of the reason BM sent his thugs to visit MG.

IMO, JMO

MG wasn't the subject of the investigation and I think she was interviewed primarily to corroborate BM's timeline.

We already know from multiple MSM sources that according to MG, BM and MG worked at the riverfront build site on Saturday morning, May 9, and that BM surprised MG by ending the shift early -- allegedly to go biking and/or hiking with SM -- "make the wife happy."

If I recall correctly, in BM's interview with investigators on June 3, he actually stuck to this script! (AA pg 25/129). It seems to me that by the time BM was arrested, he'd in fact told authorities several versions of what he did on May 9.

Does that mean there is inconsistent information within the AA with regarding to the day MG raked out the beach site? 5/8 or 5/9?

I would pay real money for satellite imagery on 5/9.

Dirt and gravel on the trailer. What kind of gravel?

He's an earth mover.

With about 12 hours on site, what landscape project could be tackle, finishing it in such a way no one would notice?

Could Suzanne be closer than we think?
I think those images are out there. Need credentials to get them.

For those interested in this detail, I believe the description stated in the AA on how LE found the Bobcat and trailer can be seen in the helicopter footage video of the Morphew residence by 9News. I don’t know what date this footage was taken but it shows the Bobcat and trailer as described in the AA. The best visual is at the 3:15 min mark if you pause the video.

And it shows someone in the cab of the black truck. Never noticed that before...
