We don't know where that was exactly, but no. Barry is a showman, if he's making a scene one way, look the other direction.

The damning thing about that is Barry claiming not to even be aware of it. There's no way he wouldn't notice something like that.

Unless I misread the timeline highlighted....BM would have been outside that master bedroom door for 2 minutes. Wonder what he was doing all that time? Begging SM to open the door? Threatening to break it down if she didn't? Trying to manipulate her with apologies? In context with the rest of the time BM was running around the perimeter of the house and garage....he was as that door for a long time...during which time he eventually broke in down, imo.

#5 doesn't work unless he dumped the coolers in another river on the way up to Broomfield. The South Arkansas is too shallow and rocky and there is a dam just east of the Monarch Spur campground that was dive searched. I believe his route to Broomfield included crossing the Arkansas, but she's still pretty shallow in Colorado. You need to be into Oklahoma before you can dump something into the Arkansas and feel confident it's going to make it down to the Gulf.

The unidentified device texted Barry's phone at 3:43:44 PM MST on May 8th. It connected on several occasions, though. So what was Barry doing at 4pm on Friday?

Honestly, the longer I puzzle over it, the more I think the coolers went to some other purpose. It's Barry so probably nefarious, but ... there's no blood evidence. Anywhere. How could he have chopped her up and put her in coolers if four days of swabbing every inch of the house turned up nothing?

It's like we're stuck watching the worst written episode of Criminal Minds ever where the killer is both a super-genius and a complete moron.

I hear you for sure, the river likely too shallow in Colorado. Yeah the lack of blood anywhere is definitely puzzling head scratcher. As far as coolers, considering Suzanne was so petite, could he have put her ‘whole’ into one of those large sized coolers after tranq’ed and/or strangled, like a ‘big game’ sized cooler?
He may have used a large sized cooler to transport her, and buried her in it and/or dumped down mineshaft whole, inside cooler. Idk, just a thought.

OK - so did some googling (85 threads is too much to read back lol!)

I see @MassGuy has the theory that he disposes of the body at a pre-prepped site - likely in the early evening? But because he has reset the truck telematics somehow - we can't see that trip

She could well have been transported in the tree planter and all the evidence of the digging etc is in the bins

Then he still needs to leave early before SM 'wakes up"

That was my theory, but I think that was before the prelim, when we learned of this 5-6 hour window in which Grusing believes Barry did the disposal.

So I now believe the disposal to have occurred later, and most likely involved a mine. There very well may have been no digging involved.

I was just perusing when it was sunset in Colorado on 5/9/20.....7:59pm. I was curious because I wondered if BM was bold enough to move SM before it got dark? My guess is he waited...utilizing night time hunting skills. I'll bet he even had night vision goggles.
