PPP Loan. Enforcers?
Is the IRS doing the clean-up on that money or Treasury ....
@sk716 sbm for focus.
Briefly: Primarily DoJ, IRA, SBA, iirc.
In table linked below, I noticed charges filed for a $20,000 PPP loan, which is on the lowish end for enforcement actions imo. Iirc, BM's loan was in ~$ 50,000's. Will BM's circle of;) inquisitive acquaintances :) widen further?

Not so briefly: DoJ media releases on some cases show multiple agencies. BTW in US, IRS is part of the Dept. of Treasury. List of cases filed, as of Aug. 2021. Fraud Section Enforcement Related to the CARES Act.
But CARES Act violators may face other agencies as well, per a law firm website, whose atty's have "extensive experience in investigations, defense, regulatory and compliance matters involving the various CARES Act programs, including on matters before the Department of Justice, SBA-OIG, state attorneys general, OCC, FDIC, and Federal Reserve Board." This site has table of (~400? by my SWAG) CARES Act violation cases, but not all of them PPP.

Hi friends, I was unfortunately not able to go up to Salida today to help decorate the tree as I picked up this weekend at work on short notice (for a good reason... a brand new baby in my friend/coworker's family). :-) :-) Anyway, my friends did decorate the tree today and I will get some pics later that I will post here. Thank you so much to everyone that is following Suzanne's case and to those that mailed an ornament. I hope to have pics for you soon!

His is one he will need to pay back some amount if not all I am assuming. I don’t see any legal action unless he defaults which doesn’t Appear to be his nature. These loans have been discussed in depth in earlier threads for those new who are interested.

Some Salida ladies decorated a tree at Holiday Park in memory of #SuzanneMorphew Many of the 125+ ornaments were donated. Holiday Park is a community annual tradition allowing anyone who wants to adopt a Christmas tree at Riverside Park. Proceeds will fund scholarships.

@Momofthreeboys Sorry if my post gave impression that I have any information about BM's PPP loan, such as repayment status or any possible violations of loan agreement terms. I have no idea, just responding to a question about enforcement agencies. my2ct.

A while ago I watched a Plunder episode following the release of the AA. Although I know it is not an approved source here and after reading through the entire AA myself I noticed that Barry volunteered that Suzanne once mixed bleach with hydrogen peroxide while cleaning a bathroom and that it made her ill and put her in an anxious state per Barry in 2015. Did he try to poison her then unsuccessfully in 2015? IMO

This has nagged at me incessantly since learning that the HIE hotel room smelled like bleach as confirmed by both MG and JP. We also have the (as yet) unconfirmed account of Andy stating that LE told him the PP home had a strong odor of bleach as well. Did he kill her away from the home with a combination of bleach and something else maybe even hot tub something? IMO He could have taken her anywhere and performed the deed making certain to prevent any cadaverine at the PP home. What one would mix a deadly combo of those chemicals inside of IDK.
From the Casey Anthony case, I always believed the gas can in the trunk was filled with chloroform and that is how she dosed Caylee with in. Maybe put her in the trunk and opened the can just enough to release some of the toxic fumes. Did Barry do something similar? Surely he owned lots of gas cans and had easy access. Perhaps even a cooler?
Also if Barry had concocted such a potion might he have needed to rinse himself off in the river especially during and after disposing of the toxic mix? Maybe he even dumped it in the river the day TD saw him the second day in a row? Surely someone who would tranq deer for their horns illegally wouldn’t dare dump toxic something into the Arkansas River. Or would he? IMO Thoughts please?
Also it should be noted that Barry said the fumes interacted with her chemo in 2015. Suzanne was not undergoing chemo in 2015 and afaik was cancer free unless the date is a typo. He stated it interacted with chemo drugs and made her anxious. Liar. Stands to reason that if Suzanne was washing MM1’s sheets before her return she likely was also cleaning the bathroom the girls used. IMO What did Suzanne believe she was disinfecting with? Barry knows IMO
Also, the combination of bleach and peroxide in the correct ration could cause an explosion in high enough concentration. If I were gonna play chemist and mix toxic chemicals I would want a source of water nearby. The beach property, the river area behind the home that we know he spent time at earlier before returning home and the area where TD spotted him twice would provide this to him. Also does anyone know if Volunteer Firemen have access to any sort of PPE that would protect him while dispensing it to Suzanne? TIA
Oh Barry! IMO
ETA for spelling and grammar.

Barry lies about everything.

Bleach was unavailable when Suzanne disappeared, it was during COVID lockdown one. The hotel room and house smelled of chlorine. The defense has a long list of refutations all set up over the chlorine which is why I think the State doesn't give a flip about the chlorine smell. Including: Barry called the Spa people, Suzanne asked him to get chemicals, and the hotel room was right under the pool. Per Lauren Scharf, the pool was closed, COVID lockdown.

Thanks for sharing NoSI, it is touching that so many people, including you, have invested their own time and money to keep Suzanne's memory alive.

It's an awesome act of humanity. Thank you all.

P.S. - I would like to hope this rattles BM, but I just don't believe he truly believes he's done anything wrong. He's such a Godly man after all....

Do you ever wonder what the M girls truly think of all of this? Suzanne was such a loving Mother by all accounts. She spoke and posted often of them, and I do believe they were very close.

Made some fresh visual aids today and boy are they damning.

I went through all of the Zillow pics, compared to aerial photography, and used the slab info from Chaffee County. I'm not saying everything is 100% accurate, but it's as close as I can manage without physically being on the property.

I'm calling this one Puma Path #1. It shows the room and door layouts, small green rectangles are exterior doors. The red block is the location of the master bed. The smaller red spot near it is the bedroom door. I didn't put in the closet doors, but I probably should have. There is one on either side of the little hallway into the master bath. Another what I think is a closet door is on the green wall I drew going from the great room to the master bath, it's close to the front door and is probably the closet where the gun and brownish smudge was.

This is Puma Path #2
Barry's chipmunk chase over the easy to see interior doors.

And finally, Puma Path #3 which speaks for itself.

This is amazing!
And heartbreaking at the same time.

Questions about the broken doorframe: What kind of repair would have been necessary to minimize the look of the thing? If the frame cracked as shown in the AA, would that have been sufficient to open the door? Would some other part of the door have been damaged/disoriented (thinking of strike plate or latch)? Is this one of the many clean up tasks BM would have had to accomplish before leaving for Salida?

Has anyone generated a list of possible clean up tasks? Just wondering what was packed in the truck and disposes of in Bloomfield +.

The broken doorframe-is it me or is anyone else having a bit of trouble with the black and white image and exactly how busted it looks? Oh how I wish the AA had been copied in on a color scanner with decent resolution. Some parts of my house are rather rustic with hand hewn beams, and some split on their own in time. If the photo was better I might have an opinion as to whether it was a natural split or the door was forced open.

I am sure forensic officers could tell the difference between a natural split and a door which had been forced.

Original/brightened with the contrast brought down.

Gonna drop a reminder that Barry was a volunteer firefighter.

This is from Lauren’s story on October 25 with the address.

https://www.fox21news.com/news/loca...alida-to-honor-missing-woman-suzanne-morphew/
This year’s decoration theme is Polar Express as well as yellow and teal as a color scheme. If anyone wants to send an ornament in to be hung on the tree, you are asked to do so prior to November 15.

Items should be sent to Wild Horses Salon located at 733 Blake Street, Salida, CO, 81201.

The tree will be decorated on Nov. 21 and lit the Friday after Thanksgiving.

A common reaction to terrible tragedy is disassociation, especially among the young. That means that they are able to compartmentalize and put it out of their mind, more than we'd probably expect.
