Likely after IMO hence the uber early departure. She may have even been cleaning sheets she dirtied. IMO Barry had never done laundry before that particular day. Maybe Barry never did any laundry. After all he was accustomed to the women in his life cleaning up after him, covering for him, excusing him. I previously suggested while Suzanne was enduring her second cancer sentence that she may have needed help in the laundry and cleaning areas. I doubt they initially met in October 2020. IMO

If Suzanne was found in the first days (could it be she was staged for the narrative), mauled, I wonder if BAM or another sedative would have been found (tested) in her system. Would the dart entry point be discoverable? Automatic autopsy? Surely they'd discover that her wounds were post mortem, assuming.

Of course the bizarre bike position threw the whole disappearance into doubt from the get go.

I mean, what're the odds a mountain lion would maul a wife and a husband would be tossing a bike into the ravine?

Maybe the bear, the chipmunks, the coyotes, along with angry elk and deer took revenge on Suzanne on Saturday, and left home alone, Barry made dinner and did laundry.

This just isn't hard.

Whoever was angry enough to burn a journal, whoever prevented Suzanne from accessing her phone, whoever staged a bike ride when there was no bike ride... and whoever claims to have seen her last is my #1 for whodunit.

Unless he had help. And the only way he could point that finger would swing that finger right back to him.

His phone. Didn't it register like 200 points, compared to like 2 on previous nights? Doesn't that mean he HAD to be home for all that? Did he strap his phone to a chipmunk? No, really, all that activity must mean he was home. When was his last and his longest airplane mode? 2:47 until....?

5:30 pm until? (Was his phone on airplane mode or off when he was reseting the system on his truck?)

By 5:30, I bet it was plenty dark already, in the shadow of the mountain.

The Bobcat is a conundrum.

(Bobcat SIM removal)
On May 28, 2020, Deputy Randy Carricato with the assistance of FBI SA David Donati removed the SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module) from the Call Amp device. This is the device Agent Graham learned about that Barry had on his Bobcat Skid Steer. This device utilizes Verizonconnect services and is a GPS tracking device. SA Hoyland spoke with SA Donati and requested a search warrant be applied for to obtain what data this SIM card may contain. At present, Barry’s use of the Bobcat does not appear to be connected to Suzanne’s disappearance.

(K-9 search on May 23, 2020)
On May 23, 2020, search teams along with K-9s and K-9 handlers (Blood Hound Man Trackers NecroSearch) searched the 19507 Puma Path property. During this search, three different K-9s were used. Each of the three K-9s were ran blindly and individually during the search. On the west area of the driveway/parking area, where a flatbed trailer and Bobcat Skid Steer are parked, all three K-9s “trained final response” alerted (the K-9s used have been trained in a specific way to alert their handlers when they detect possible human decamp/remains) on the top of the trailer. It should be noted, on the bed of the trailer there is gravel and dirt. This is an area the K-9s alerted. All three K-9s again alerted on the Bobcat, and one of the K-9s jumped into the Bobcat and tried to lay down on the driver’s seat. The Bobcat located on the Morphew’s property is identified as a 2018 Bobcat Compact Skid Steer, Model# S590 and product identification number AR9Rl8813. The flatbed trailer and Bobcat Skid Steer are parked directly next to each other.​

As of the date of the AA, the Bobcat data either hadn't come back or the SIM was blank.

I also feel the need to add that the Bobcat was parked as if he just used it to unhook the trailer from his truck. Where ever he had her on that trailer, he parked the Bobcat when he parked the trailer. Meaning he didn't use the Bobcat alone to remove Suzanne from the property.

Like I said, it's a conundrum.

At present, Barry’s use of the Bobcat does not appear to be connected to Suzanne’s disappearance.

The key words to me in the above statement are "at present".

Fingers crossed more data from the Bobcat is forthcoming, and not the kind of data that will help the defense.

Coupled with knowing Barry's inhumane reaction to her 'let's do this civilly', as he displays his narcissist selfishness. He thought he was superior to Suzanne. He would kill then cleverly hide her. What a mega dose of ego he possesses to murder; only then to pretend he didn't.

The confident FBI Agent Grusing in an interview, up onto that point in time, stated the only truly evil person he'd ever met was serial killer, Scott Kimball (release date 1/7/2082.) In 23 years of dealing with violent crime, Kimball was the evil one. I disagree because I feel Barry is an evil person for premeditating the death of his wife.

There's an interesting interview with Grusing, posted YT OCT 2021 ... I think we'll be thrilled when he testifies for the Prosecution in Barry's Murder 1 trial.

I randomly went down a rabbit hole on the McStay case again yesterday and standing back from it now a couple of years later, i was struck by how difficult it was to find any acceptable explanation for all the circumstantial evidence in the case.

This is what I love about circumstantial evidence, it creates a powerful net, where you would need numerous coincidences and oddities in order to find an innocent explanation. i.e guilt is obvious.

I feel the same way with this case.

Even if you could accept the possibility she was abducted that day, it sure is odd she never used her phone to contact her affair partner on saturday and sunday. Maybe she reconciled with barry because they had such a great day together! Damn that guy has bad luck!
