ETA - I am not sure how to plot a route on your G-earth to get the distance info but it does not look far to where the bike was dumped. Could he have ridden the bike down there and walked back?

Correct. One of the rare cases where I would bet my life on someone's guilt. No one will convince me otherwise because the evidence is absolutely overwhelming.

And as I’m remembering the moneymoneymoney: When SM went “missing,” she and BM were to soon finalize the sale of the Indiana house (in escrow for a year, presumably so buyers could work on adequate funding), and be paid in full. I believe, just IMO, there was an agreement between SM and BM that when the Indiana house closed, SUZANNE would be reimbursed some or all of her inheritance monies they used to help buy the Puma Path house.

The clock was a’ticking.

(I almost said they had a gentleman’s agreement to reimburse SUZANNE, but that term doesn’t apply here. For obvious reasons.)

I'm just sick to death of Suzanne being out in the frozen elements ,alone broken and hidden while the caveman is snuggled up with his NOT Suzanne lookalike gf.

I know in soul & spirit, Suzanne is in a much, much better place. But, still...

Barry's goose is cooked, so to speak & I just cant wait until his funds run dry and he is behind bars in a cold & dismal place, not much unlike where Suzanne is right now.

He just irks me! He is the Least self aware human on earth. I'll be really glad when his luck runs dry.

I've often wondered if that wasn't something Suzanne and JL discussed and Barry mentioned, having heard it by tap.

But in the context of MDW, I think Barry went from feigning despair to feigning civility. He'd move to Arizona, let her have the house, the girls, the money. Easy to offer when he'd have no such intention. But it would give Suzanne's a (false) sense of relief. Hence her willingness to work together on the household (get the spa stuff), do his invoices going forward, share a pizza, etc.

IMO she was playing nice because she wanted out; he was playing nice because he was planning her end.

I don’t think that is entirely factual. Barry said somewhere in the AA conversation snippets when they had an argument he said he would reimburse her if that was what she wanted but I did not think that conversation was attributed two years back. Otherwise for the most part the money they each contributed comingled. But the concept of being “paid back” by a spouse was clearly a sign the marriage was deteriorating.

I was watching a PE interview with Suzanne’s brother and something he said has bothered me. The brother asked BM if anyone had an issue with him and Barry talks about some guy he had to let go from work. Barry then states how he hooked this guy up with helping maintenance some of the AirBnbs around them. Immediately I thought about SD and how she cleaned those Airbnb’s. IMO I find this very interesting and very suspicious. IMO Barry most likely knew SD way before October 2020.

I am finding it helpful to go back and listen to all these videos after having read the AA. IMO it solidifies the fact that from the beginning Barry was acting suspicious.

I hope the land around the airbnbs has been searched especially as they were apparently not occupied when Suzanne went missing.

The fellow Barry hooked up was the one who supposedly messed up the wall. SD's fiancé never worked for Barry. In fact I am curious why he (Frances Bach) is on the witness list for the Prosecution. Defense I could understand for the very reason Puzzles8 stated above but unless his testimony is that SD told him about the suspicious vehicle and asked him to please call it in as she was too busy, something along those lines, I'm not sure why the Prosecution wants him. That would also be a "Go directly to jail" card for Barry and possibly SD, IMO. Why else if he on the witness list?

If Barry is consistent in anything, it's in his inconsistency.

Barry suggests multiple times that Suzanne may have taken off, at one point mentioning missing money, and Mexico.

Grusing then shows him items that she would need if she was going to disappear, to which Barry responds "...and I've never thought that."

I think the prosecution put everyone that was interviewed on that list regardless of the conversation. I have seen no anecdotal reports of people who talked to le saying they are not on the list. We will see things tighten up closer to trial I am sure.

Exactly. The argument being made is basically: "there are too many events, therefore it's wrong and there are no events."

One event is one too many, and Barry's phone corroborates this.

What I really would like to know more about is:
1. what was his usual activity like with his truck? When he gets home or just in the evening, maybe even loading for a job site work the following day, how many door events are typical? Is there usually 10 or 20? Was 80 really out of the normal range for say the previous 2 months?

2. What was his usual cell data like? Did he often use airplane mode? If so how often did he put it off and on a lot? Daily? Weekly?

3. How often did he decide to get a job going the day before by telling his workers last minute like this? When did he find out he had this job to do in the first place?

4. If they have cell movement data from the previous month or two, how often did he arrive home and start running around (shooting chipmunks/looking for turkeys, etc.), how often did he leave for work and turn the wrong way to go look for elk or whatever he said he did.. Even a month or two back, if he has NEVER done those things.. leaves and goes right toward town or does he often just drive around at 4 or 5am looking for animals?

We can tell a lot about someone in these circumstanital cases if what they say they did isn't normal or typical of their previous behavior. If he is always just aimlessly wandering around after animals, opening and shutting his truck or causing "events" nearly 100 times in an hour or so and his cell is always in airplane mode.. maybe his stories is odd, but true. (personally, I think it's a crock of crapola) But, if this day all the sudden everything he says he did is so out of the norm from what he has done every day for the last few months, then that really would say a lot I think to proove he's just telling a story to fit what he knows he already did and needs to cover up.
