Typical liar....can not keep his stories straight. It is why I just do not lie (tried it when young, did not pay off).

Holy crap. If I had seen that before I forgot about it. One day I'm going to go through this thing and count how many lies he told. That's a big one.
I think I may have confused things by posting the screenshot about the “ chipmunk gun”. I know he didn’t use tranquilizer on chipmunks. Sorry.
But fact remains that he definitely lied and changed his story about using tranquilizer on deer to explain evidence of tranquilizer dart material , BIG TIME.

That's what I was referring to. He said in one of your screenshots that he had not used tranquilizer in Colorado, then ultimately made up that tranquilizing 2 deer thing that he told Grusing.

Interior door frames are generally made from a softer wood. The don't need to secure the home and usually get painted to hide the grain.

What I know about wood is that it will split to relieve pressure. I have seen that exact split type from a kicked in door.

As far as the scratches they are fingernail gouges, I just can't figure out a hold/position that aligns the bicep and fingers in the correct orientation. I'm close to building 3D models to work out the poses. If anybody has a couple of the artist mannequins, maybe see if you can get the angles right.

Suppose your fingernails and/ or your digits were in a “drunken” or sedated state. You wouldn’t necessarily need your thumb or pinky finger to latch on to to someone’s arm or anything else in an effort to save yourself from being thrown or worse. You would likely use an index finger and the middle and ring finger to grasp or hold on for dear life. IMO I believe the spaces of the scratches and they’re not quite symmetrical positions are indicative of a desperate attempt to either stop an assault, document evidence of an assault or Suzanne giving her best last ditch effort to save her own life. If she was tranquilized she was fighting for her life either while being disposed of or secondary to an additional assault. If she was falling she would have used her palms and not her fingers IMO

Whoa.
Those scratches.
I'd say THOSE were the last messages Suzanne ever sent.
She couldn't stop it but she could identify her killer. With all the strength she had left.

You can almost hear her say, "Please stop."

JMO
That was really hard to press like
Thanks, I see the crack in the door now. I don't think the scratches are from fingernails. They are way too narrow, like scratches from a tree branch.
True, but know one really knows what scratch marks can entail...

He may not have. He may have retrieved it from the garage and ambushed her from the breezeway.
Hence his haste in leaving the truck door open upon his arrival. Again he was in rage for reasons we will hopefully learn but may never understand. IMO

Those "scratches" that look like fingernail gouges...
For them to be where they are and the position they are in, wouldn't he have to be standing behind Suzanne with his left arm wrapped round the front of her or across the front of her as if to restrain her - and it would be her right hand fingernails digging into him?

Jmo
Or...in a running attack, she manages to end up behind him, and used her left hand to grab/gouge his right arm with all her force. Maybe he had control of her right hand. MOO

Yes....excellent analogy...

It makes me hurt to think how she may have died but no doubt about it she knew he did it

My problem with the tranquilizer not being a part of the prosecutions theory is the way Barry tells a story. As you have pointed out consistently, each question they ask him comes with his version of a new story, always involving an animal of some sort. We have deer, chimpmunks, elk, turkey. I know I left out several. And the story of tranquilizing big game for the antlers is important to him. And why dispose of tranquilizer materials in Broomfield?

RBBM

Because he's not the brightest bulb . . .

Anyone else talking back to their television ?
I see they have chosen some pretty menacing pictures of Barry for tv. I’m curious to know what people who have no knowledge of the case will think after this.

I've probably yelled "bull$h*t" at least 4 times and "ha ha liar" at least 4.
Oh and at least one, "yeah right those dang chipmunks.."

I’m in Colorado Springs and only have antenna TV so anxiously awaiting 48 Hours starting in 20 minutes.
Don’t forget that there are hearings coming up on Monday!
Anyone else making Homicide Lasagna tomorrow?
