This was poorly stated. Sorry about that.
What I meant to say is that the 'partial DNA' found in the glove box was a familial DNA of someone who committed the sexual crimes in other states - meaning that someone related to the person who committed those crimes left their DNA in the glove box.
That a layman can be led to believe, and that a nationally televised supposed news program would be so remiss to not only not explain what 'partial dna' means, but to allude that another person may may be responsible for Suzanne's disappearance/murder is unconscionable.
The defense had a field day with that bull. The prosecution had better have an expert to squash those blatant lies.

It's quite likely they won't be allowed to make those arguments in front of the jury.

They succeeded in getting their lies on TV which is often the point.

... All that said, this is my favourite neapolitan aspect of the case o_O

Why would a mystery abductor stage the bike and helmet to try and convince everyone SM was abducted away from the house? It would make no difference to the abductor, and just creates work when he needs to get away.

(this is why staging is always a bad idea)

I own a Maytag clothes dryer. This image is from inside the dryer drum showing a panel with holes that leads to the lint screen. The dart cap could definitely flow through the holes of this panel and be found in the screen with one caveat. There isn't much space between the plate with the holes and the lint screen. Maybe an inch at most. The cap, due to its length, would have to fall through a hole at a slight angle in order to be caught in the lint trap.

IF the syringe sheath did in fact make it into the lint trap, that would fully explain the sound upon retrieval by LE. As he pulled out the trap, the syringe would fall out!

Locking that house down immediately was brilliant.

That is correct. 3 more hours to wait . A better time for us than an afternoon hearing, but a little early to open the wine!

RE: DNA by CBI Caitlin Rogers who wrote at least nine reports in the case. Ashley Franco has a Twitter thread from the PH when Rogers testified. This testimony may be a reason for Judge Murphy granting bond for Barry.

Rogers says she tested DNA found in #SuzanneMorphew car and listed it as "foreign" and that she believed the car to be connected to the incident and left from the perpetrator of the crime.
