Barry was shown a picture of the locations around the Morphew House of Suzanne's phone activity at 4.10 and 4.15am on May 10 2020

More location points to indicate where Barry was, as Suzanne was most likely deceased by that time.

Agree, she was most likely deceased by then. But I still think it's possible she is located on the property, so I'd like a look at the all of that location data at the residence. By the 4:00 AM hour he seemed to be just taking care of loose ends (like bike and SM's phone.)

I would also REALLY like to see an animation of this location data showing his footsteps for each night, sped up of course. Where exactly on the property was he, and for how long? Do they provide such animations in court ever?

But the series of still pix (which iiuc, @sk716 assembled, Thank you very much) are very helpful in understanding the sequence.

They are bird's eye/overhead still photos of PP house, w some of the rooms marked. And the time stamps/marks and locations of the phone pings/movement. And captions.

And quotes of convo's btwn. S.A Grusing & BM.

That would help the jury to understand the tech data.

At the Prelim, the Defense tried to say that it looked like Barry’s phone was moving through walls in the afternoon. Too bad Barry pretty much corroborated those movements when he “confessed” to shooting chipmunks.

I had taken one my kid’s phones when they were doing wrong-then found out it was no big deal to them as long as they had their iPod. You can text other Apple devices using wifi-Barry’s truck may have wifi. I also assume the HIE had wifi.

They "ALLOW" it but you can vote in person, which is the only honest way to vote IMO, with an ID.

@genuineusa77 Colorado is still in part of the US, and afaik no current threats to secede from the union.
Unlike some other states, say, California,* for ex.

Was the photo she sent to Jeff taken that day or at that time? I wonder if they have the geo info on that photo? Could Barry have been communicating with Jeff? I am thinking no if her phone was at home and his was not. ugh something just feels off about it all. He had all that increased activity Friday night also. Then acting weird Saturday. Why would Suzanne text him about hiking?

Is it possible he sent texts that seemed to come from Suzanne, but were really from that other device mentioned in the AA? Barry didn't even know about Suzanne's linked in account though so maybe I'm just reading too much into things. I just think Friday somehow comes into play as well. Sending the photo of Barry to the girls seems odd. Being out with him seems odd when she just said she was done a couple days before.

But the DISHONEST ballot that BM mailed in was flagged by the system and never went through the next steps of being accepted, opened and counted and put through a machine to cast a vote.
So I would say that voting by mail or Dropbox works very well in Colorado and prevents illegal voting from happening.

I’ve had the same thoughts. The texts about “ wanna hike?” seem really off. And when was it that MM1 sent a text saying “ Got the job!” to both parents and neither one responded to it ? That seems very odd for SM not to respond to.

I don’t think so because JL could also confirm through his records their Saturday “talking” sessions. That added to Suzanne’s other texts is solid enough for me to agree with investigators of the time window of Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

I'm hoping we get to see the 210 locations night of/early hour may 9th - 10th, presented like @sk716 did for the chipmunk shooting (insert air quotes).
Slightly OT can't believe someone would just stand in their garden shooting at tiny animals, yes I understand they may be considered a pest but isn't there a humane way to pest control?

The actual question in the OP was about the arrival time Sunday and I believe the MSM link confirmed the arrival time at HIE via the Colorado Springs route.

Nonetheless, thank you @Tumbleweed for the AA citation that CC was already in Colorado Springs (and for whatever reason ended up) joining the crew in Denver [Broomfield] on Monday morning.

Going back to the MSM, I also think was reasonable to conclude that MG set out to collect CC in Colorado Springs when somewhere along the way, CC (or MG) changed their mind, where CC instead met up with the crew on Monday morning.

Perhaps CC learned after the fact that JF had been added to the crew (true), resulting in him wanting to drive up by himself in the morning. I can see this being the case-- especially if CC suddenly realized he was probably expected to share a room with JP. JMO.
