Thoughts about the evidence dump today:

- Oh man...Reading these texts with her friend it's ALL right there. She says flat out multiple times that:

" I wouldn't feel safe alone with him ".

" Once Macy is gone, I won't feel safe."

- Multiple mentions of a restraining order.

- There's a pattern with barry turning his phone off all the time. He masks his movements A LOT!

- Her statements about barry turning the daughters against him explains a lot of why they are supporting him now, but I really can't see how they can read that exchange and not feel horrible about barry.

- The dart cap is seen sticking up out of the lint trap. So it was not inside. It very well could have got stuck there when other items were removed from the drier. Could explain why it was not found the 1st time it was searched!

- No way no how was the inside of barry's truck cleaned. Too messy.

- It doesn't look like a woman took the bed sheets off that bed IMO. That's how a guy would leave the bed after he took the sheets off. That's how I would leave a bed if I was doing laundry or doing something in a hurry. A woman would have folded the cover or left it in better condition, not just thrown haphazardly like that. Look at the condition of his precious gun collection. Look how he is carrying his notebook and other things. Look at the condition his truck is in. That bedroom is consistent with the hurricane barry's way of living!!! HE slept in that spare bedroom that night.

Is there a direct link to this evidence and is there more or did the new station put it all in their article?

So Barry worked overnight until past 1 in the morning, 5/8-9, if I'm reading the Bobcat data correctly. Presumably at the beach site.

Was that because he knew he wouldn't be able to complete it on 5/9 because he was forming other plans?

Did he somehow make it back there under cover of night on Saturday into Sunday?

Or does it just lend to possible premeditation?

The glimpse into his truck, his garage and his safe leave me feeling kind of sick. No deep reason, it just does.

I can't stop wondering if Suzanne's last thoughts sounded something like this:

How could you do this to me? I trusted you.

He never said they were missing. How would he know what was missing if he left at 5:00 a.m. and she was still sleeping?
On May 12th he was at the Poncha Market allegedly digging in the trash can and then wrote the note about what she ‘might” have been wearing.

‘People don’t know the truth’: Suzanne Morphew’s husband breaks silence after three months | FOX21 News Colorado

Butala is a store manager at the market and watched Barry on May 12th around 8 p.m. write the note on the back of a receipt.

“He went to write down a description of maybe what she was wearing,” Butala said. “I just thought it was weird because he didn’t explain the color of her eyes were or her hair or anything about her like how tall she was or anything.”
This was the Tuesday after she was missing! Barry and the girls must have looked for the missing items and came up with the list Barry gave to the store.

The house was sealed. How could they check?

Ha ha in all honestly, I toss the stuffed duvet, pillows, extra blanket and the one bed decor pillow into a big heap on the floor off to the side of the bed and shove the sheets and the pillow cases into the washer with some bleach and detergent (they are white sheets) and let her go and I'm female. Why pick it up an put it on the bed if you just have to take them off the bed when you make it. Efficiency.

I'm suspect of the dart still.

I think Barry's truck was always a mess and I suspect Barry dumped stuff all over the place...doesn't mean he didn't dump evidence...just means he dumps stuff in public and others trash cans. People do it all the time - gas stations, dumpsters...in my area you can get a fine. Ugh no wonder Suzanne made him drive alone to Colorado when they moved that truck would make me afraid I'd get a disease.

I think we're all convinced Suzanne wanted a divorce and that she and Barry were at odds.

Barry's not as stupid as he sounds. I'm pretty sure he does it on purpose, he probably thinks it's disarming. He's a moron compared to Grusing, but not the dumb redneck he wants LE to think he is.
I’m pretty sure Barry doesn’t use poor grammar on purpose. His family was one of many, many who came north from the south to work in the General Motors factories. You tend to talk the way you hear it every day from the day you are born until you leave home. It takes conscious effort and desire to change your grammatical patterns; not easy to do.

I don’t know, I might leave the pillows stacked that way if I was washing the sheets. I certainly would notice the shell on the bedroom floor-is that “supposed” to be left by the real killer? What a mess in that safe. As far as trash runs-why multiple ones? Just dump all your garbage in one spot if you are cleaning out your truck. It wasn’t like he was hiding at the hotel when he used the dumpster. All of his actions lead to one conclusion. There is no other explanation.

I'm sad for Suzanne. She seems to waffle about her marriage. Her "new squeeze" seems like a loser, but I think she would have been fine on her own. Her daughters were almost grown and they seemed to know she would be happier with a divorce and on surface seemed supportive of the idea. But man, I've never gone through a divorce but that was a long marriage so that probably makes it even tougher at her age. People do it everyday, but it has to be a tough, tough decision to make and prepare for. It must be really heartbreaking for her family and people that knew her that she was somewhat secretive. Even reading her texts to her alleged best friend she complains but it's clear she's still struggling and isn't really asking for help or really support, more venting or fishing perhaps for advice. Ugh.

I am looking at this also. Nothing making sense to me regarding location at the times shown. But I think we need to convert from UTC to local times. But even so, the last data for the 9th shows it at DSI I believe. When did it get brought to the house? I need to dig in some more.

Where is that bike image taken? It's upside down with handlebars and seat on the ground in a garage it looks like. Let's hope it got swabbed for Fingerprints before this image was taken LOL or defense will have another fit. The tire hub looks different than LE's body cam of it down in the ravine but I do recall this was the brand bike she had.

I see that the bobcat data is marked "Defendant Exhibit D." Does that mean this is evidence introduced by BM's team with the intent to exonerate him and his personally owned Bobcat?

If so, I'm thinking... was there any similar data gathered on the other skid steer on that construction site? Say, by LE and for the prosecution team? If so, is it still being analyzed?

The text messages are heartbreaking-and completely insightful. We are going to be spending time discussing them. And Sal.
The texts just confirm what many of us already suspected. There was no way that Suzanne was ever going to get her money back and be able to move on with her life. Barry considered that money his...and now it is...She is gone. As far as Barry is concerned, she got what she deserved.

I know we've heard the name Sal before. Can someone give a refresher on Sal? Some kind of financial dealings/business together?

No surprise that Suzanne found the finances sketchy. Be surprising if they weren't. Interested in the silver fallout.
