Welcome!! Great post!

I would love to know and understand more about how someone can see someone else's phone and/or text as if they are using that phone when on another device. We know Barry had a second device and started using it in Nov 2019.. it's mentioned in the AA with times it was "connected" to his phone. We have discussed what it could be. I am not at all tech savvy so it's fascinating to me that he could have used another device to somehow maybe hack her phone and send messages from it. I have long wondered about the "wanna hike" texts that morning. I don't believe for a second that Suzanne wanted to hike with Barry. She didn't want to be alone with him so why would she suggest hiking TWICE? I would also be interested in the hot tub chemicals text.. she wanted him to grab chemicals, but they were found in her car?

On the second point about him resetting the FB password, I really do believe that she noticed something that morning. My FB sends an email when someone accepts a friend request. Maybe she received an email notification that so and so accepted a friend request and then she went to get on FB and couldn't so she reset her PW and he knew she knew.

Am I remembering correctly that Suzanne told Mrs. R not to come over? Was that by text?

I am still hung up on Barry’s random offering up of the bleach and ammonia incident where he alleged Suzanne was made anxious because it was interfering with her chemo. She was not undergoing chemo and this incident was supposedly in Indiana in 2015. Did he attempt an accidental previous death that didn’t happen and if so wouldn’t there be medical records of Paramedics/EMTs/ER? Is this Barry’s way of intertwining the bleach odor into the landscape? I would be interested in @mrjitty and what he thinks of this with his interest in staging and how it may relate. IMO
As far as Barry bathing in the hot tub, if you were trying to eliminate cadaverine or traces of any kind of evidence wouldn’t a shower serve better? Hot tubs are full of skin, dna, chemicals and more. I don’t discount that he showered at some point but likely not PP where the drains and more were checked for evidence. IMO He may however have placed Suzanne in the hot tub or river necessitating his use of the swim trunks to retrieve her and obviously they went with him rather than landing in the laundry. Those trunks were taken away from the house for a reason. Why he didn’t discard them with the boot laces is beyond me.
As much as I would love to find Suzanne’s remains Barry seems pretty confident she will never be found. He could have drained the hot tub while shopping in Salida, returned and placed a sedated Suzanne in the hot tub and doused her with a mix of bleach and ammonia or even bleach and hand sanitizer. She would have literally dissolved and he then drained the hot tub. No cadaverine and no evidence. He could have placed her there and allowed her to drown. I know it seems far fetched but she wasn’t abducted by an alien and how do we account for no cadaverine in the home? He could have cleaned the hot tub again and maybe took a dip himself because you know it’s relaxing like multiple showers a day.

The hot tub dunk would actually prevent him from having to enter the house and spreading smell and evidence that could have been detected by dogs later. I'm not sure any scent would survive a bath in such harsh chemicals, especially if BM ramped it up to near toxic levels.

After reading the facts about bromine from another user here, I'm convinced the hot tub is a HUGE key to this case. I hope to God LE tested the "reddish brown substance" found inside the closet, at the corner of the garage and in the helmet further than just testing for blood. Right now I believe, as another user posited, that Barry may have used bromine as the sedative in his tranq darts (more easily explained to LE later if traces are found b/c "hot tub") and that he used the hot tub to cleanse himself prior to entering the home after disposing of Suzanne. I'm also wondering if he mopped up hot tub water spillage with those wet towels MG saw at the hotel room later. I remember she and Jeff both saying they were "soaking wet" and there was a harsh harsh chlorine smell. If BM put the towels in those garbage bags he could have transported them wet from the house to avoid any water around the hot tub drawing the attention of LE. The chemical bottles in SM's car are suspect and out of place considering she asked HIM to pick them up. I think he poured the bromine or whatever combo he utilized in the darts at his workbench, in the garage. I also remembered Suzanne's grievance list mentioning that BM didn't want her in the garage and acted annoyed at her disturbing him there. I'm picturing a situation where she interrupts him making darts and he quickly hides the bottles in her car to prevent her from seeing what he's doing.

The story about SM and the chemical mixing is the truth seeping out. BM tends to do this when he lies, I've noticed. I also remembered MG's description of BM's voice sounding winded and fatigued and strange on the phone May 10. Inhalation of bromine in large quantities harms the respiratory tract so this fits also.

One question I had was about the dart cap: I have hardly any knowledge of guns and how they work but if one were to load a dart into a tranq gun, I would assume the cap would be removed before loading? I guess what I'm suggesting is that maybe BM went ahead and loaded the gun with the filled dart ahead of time, sticking the cap in his pocket and forgetting about it. SM puts his shorts in the wash with the sheets. I think BM has listened to enough Forensic Files to avoid putting anything incriminating in the washing machine, especially to leave it there for LE to find so I tend to see the shorts in the wash as being SM doing rather than his.

I can't find it, but yes. Didn't Suzanne have coffee with her 6th May? And she said then for her not to come over?

Moo and likely wrong/confused

Au contraire, I think the presence of the syringe cap in the laundry speaks to Barry's involvement in the process. I believe he added his clothes to Suzanne's load.

I would bet Suzanne had a habit of checking pockets before washing, especially Barry's, both for practicality and suspicion.

I think cheap Barry didn't want to part with Saturday's shorts and shirt. I wonder if it was his beloved blue FF shirt.

You know, if Barry had waited until after bedtime to subdue and murder Suzanne, and then left at 4:30 in the morning, for Broomfield, and took that whole wall apart by hand, there might've been a place for reasonable doubt.

But Suzanne's digital footprint died midday on Saturday, he stages a ridiculous bike ride, and he wasn't doing anything in Broomfield besides waiting!

I think Barry had to accelerate his plan. He couldn't wait until dark -- why?

Judge Lama wrote in his order his concerns that the 129 page arrest affidavit, which has been out since September, was prejudicial in particular to one of the Morphew's neighbors. Martin Ritter said he became suspicious of #Morphew once he read it.

Totally agree about the "wanna hike" texts, they have always seemed out of character to me also. And the fact that he throws "hiking or biking with the wife" around several times to MG, LE, etc. Seems like that was part of a made up alibi. Had BM EVER biked with Suzanne, ever? Did he even own a bike?

But yes, to answer your question, he could totally have texted from another device to make it look like it was SM. All you need is someone's iCloud password to do such a thing. I think he was keeping said device somewhere down by the river, perhaps in an outbuilding or something and he would go out there to spy. Problem is that even though an iCloud password allows you to see texts and email, it doesn't let you see things like browser history or app use. Only the phone itself allows for that. So he wasn't really able to find anything that way.

Why are they smiling. This disturbs me.

I hate that Barry seems to be getting every privilege of the privileged, but whatever it takes to secure a fair trial.

May he ultimately be held fully accountable for his actions.

How long till his attorneys ask for him to be able to move? You know, for his convenience preparing for trial.

Time might march on but we won't forget Suzanne or why we're here.

He must have thrown away his suit trousers as he is back in jeans again.

Thank you for that info Megnut.

I looked at pics of his trailer and it looks like he doesn't have ramps but probably doesn't need them either. Once he loosens the trailer hitch from his truck, the motion of driving forward with his bobcat would be enough to tilt the trailer.

On another topic, these are interesting photos from the AA of BM and his trailered bobcat. Notice the 2nd photo of him getting in to his cat. If Barry was in the hot tub and then (without putting on shoes because he didn't want to leave cadaver smells) moved his bobcat off the trailer, these photos show how a bare foot print could end up in the bucket.
Wish I could get zoom in and gain enough detail to discern whether those boots he is wearing as he climbs on that bucket in those photographs taken around 2 pm Saturday (45 minutes before SM seemed to disappear from social, electronic, and possibly, physical existence) are the SAME boots he was carrying in the Broomfield hotel early Sunday morning.

I think he was on her iCloud and was seeing those texts from May 8-9th where she was spilling a lot of his dirty laundry and saw that she was set on leaving him and getting the divorce. Depending on her location when he arrived, he MAY have gotten into her phone and found the LinkedIn through her browser history.

One thing is for sure, the way he jumps out of that truck, leaving the door open and running around the house....something had him upset. Otherwise, I think we would see much more calculated, slow movements.

Every other ad on my WS feed is for Men's Wearhouse.

Hey, maybe he wasn't throwing anything else away at MW. Maybe he was shopping in their dumpster for his replacement clothing. We know he shops at dumpsters. That's how he found his current eye licorice.

He could have multiple pairs of the same workboots. Sometimes guys like a particular boot and they buy the same ones again and again. If he had multiple pairs of the same brand and style boot or multiple pairs of the same khaki shorts etc. it's is probably known to the legal teams by now.

It's as if:

Oh, Suzanne, do you know how much good stuff I had to throw away because of you....

Is anything his fault?
