Thinking about the afternoon of May 9th and how it may have progressed...

We know she suspected Barry of planting spy cameras in the house.

When he returned home didn't he park his noisy, trailer hitched truck at the parking area just outside the master bedroom wall?

I think she may have heard his truck pull-in and become suspicious that he returned home so soon after "veggie soup."

Then knowing her w/a session with JL
may have been intercepted by Barry, she panicked!

She'd know he'd be furious so she set in motion a plan for protection - lock bedroom door and retrieve gun just in case he came at her. Live round dropped on floor at this time.

His phone tracking showed him outside the house for a very brief time so I think she was inside the house when he arrived home.

His purpose for returning home was confrontation regarding spy cam info and he went straight to tranquilizer material in garage then headed to bedroom.

The door was locked, arguing ensued then he kicked door open.

I don't think he woke-up that morning with a plan to kill her. He was however extremely unsettled by what transpired earlier in the week...

IMO there was some premeditation but very little.

He had to use supplies and resources immediately available and acted alone in transporting and hiding her body.

Then he implemented the lame alibi and bike staging.

This is purely speculation

I noticed that too. It's as if he accepted that a mountain lion got her and (my opinion only) thought LE would just go with that and quit looking or questioning anything else.

I guess we never really know what we would do or say until this happens, but I like to think I'd want to know if they were searching, where have they looked, I would likely want to go search right then a well.. more people looking the better. I'd want to assume the best possible scenario because in order to comprehend what is happening I think we often decide it must be X vs the worst case that a mountain lion got her.. I'd be saying okay if she wrecked maybe she walked off.. let's search xyz.. he knows that land better than most after all..

Absoutely! I agree with you and @sk176 how his behavior was almost laughable. Anyone who watched that video had to be wide-eyed in complete amazement. And within a matter of minutes, instead of asking every pertinent question, going over and touching the bike? WTAF?
His were the unmistakable actions of a guilty man. GD should've known better. Barry should've known better. I 100% believe they did know better. His plan didn't work out... what went wrong? Why didn't they just believe it like they were supposed to?

Maybe, I can get my bike out of the back of my vehicle, but if I can ask my husband to do so much the better Our bike rack is on my husband's vehicle so I sometimes put mine in the back of my car if it's going to the repair shop or I'm going riding with a GF.... but it's a PIA. So she could have asked him, I don't recall the day she asked him...

You reminded me how M2's boyfriend said how Suzanne would throw it in her car when she went biking - reason being, she didn't ride where the bike was found but much further away from a trafficked roadway.

There are a lot of people on that witness list for the prosecution.

Question about this list. Are we allowed to discuss who is on it? Meaning the people listed and how they are connected to this case? I see a lot of names that have redacted personal info, which I assume is a private person vs a business or a person associated with a business or LE, etc. Many I recognize as people we have discussed before being friends of the family or people that worked for Barry or he did business with, etc. Many I have no clue who they are. Are we allowed to discuss how they could be used in the case?

I believe you can report your own post to ask a moderator. I would like to know also.

Oh, in a Dollar Store there are many things to buy, which a husband could have needed for disappearing his wife - AND super cheap. Makes sense, if BM made a visit. Hopefully there is a checkout slip or a very good memory of the employee!

I’ve always been curious why GD would cover for Barry or help him in any way if he knew or suspected the truth. He had only known him two years. Did he know about Barry and SD? Is he that dark of a character? Even if Barry told GD he suspected SM of infidelity, you would think GD would try to talk to his friend about divorce. Maybe he did, to no avail. I’m interested to hear what GD knows.

I’m still thinking Barry was ticked that she wouldn’t have sex that night so he took off to find someone who would or just to leave as he sometimes did. I figure he was still upset at work Saturday with MG and that’s why he left work was to confront Suzanne and tell her she wasn’t getting a divorce and maybe he somehow saw her communicating with JL.

I think Suzanne was ready on wa but JL may not have joined her. She probably waited a bit, then figured he was busy with his kids.

2:10ish. Where was Barry? Perhaps Suzanne was underdressed for a wa conversation that never happened and moved into the range of the mini camera...

And what device did Suzanne use for wa? The proof of life photo was with her phone, right? "Loading up wa" -- doesn't that sound like "on another device"?

I really think she was away from her phone beyond 2:11...

Did Barry think he was going to catch Suzanne at home with someone? Or was he "seeing" her setting up a device and he wasn't happy with what she wasn't wearing?

After 2:11... how long would she wait for JL, before hanging up her bikini, perhaps showering?

Was her bedroom door locked, just as a modesty/privacy habit or was it locked in panic? Was she in the shower when he barreled through the door? Or in the closet?

It's the stuff of nightmares. Only scarier.

A witness on page 19 is 400 tours GI George, but on page 25 there is a George, Jr. Is this 400 tours son?

Seems as though the Prosecution has nailed down every single witness and have left no one for the Defense to call. IANAL so I am not sure how Prosecution/Defense witnesses work insofar as which side some witnesses are on like family, for example.

In my opinion, George Jr is 400 tours, and George Sr is his father. (But I'm not 100 on that).

Yes, he did in a roundabout way answer with the first vision his brain recalled. Nude. He couldn't get past that vision. Just my opinion.
