Oh true! Hadn't thought about the defense!

In the civil suit, BM is now the plaintiff and everybody he's named in his complaint are defendants-- including J Grushing.

Me thinks someone doth protest too much.

Make of it what you will. But we see you BM and associated players in this Shakespearean play. Good luck getting rid of the "spot".

It never goes away.

Should we be worried about you @Momofthreeboys? This allegation especially was too important to miss:

Even if, sadly, Barry gets away with murder, Grusing will be free to tell the story of those interrogations, and the corroborating evidence, from his side. Barry will have have to at least sit for deposition on his side. But one can't image IE won't be able to plead her case without him as a witness

Oh dear. One can't imagine IE really wants to go to trial on this.

Payback will be hell.
They're vexatious complaints at best.
Pathethic.
Linda Stanley called her 'disappointing' which is a far greater insult, I think.

The snake will unfurl fast when it does is my hope and prayer.

They have had months to think about it since the warn letter. If their "A" strategy was to settle prior to trial, then I hope they thought through the B plan if it goes to trial.

SALIDA, Colo. (KKTV) - Wednesday marks three years since Suzanne Morphew, a Colorado mother, disappeared.

[…]

It is important to note the old tip line of 719-312-7530 is no longer the original “FBI” tip line that was set up. KKTV 11 News called the tip line on Wednesday and we were forwarded to the desk of an investigator with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI). CBI officials said they were unsure of when this change occurred, but the number is still the best point of contact regarding the case. Anyone with information on her location can still call the Tip Line at 719-312-7530.

A spokesperson for the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office said they could not offer comment on pending or active litigation for ongoing investigations.

A representative for CBI said they also could not comment, as the case is still under investigation. They did note, however, that per Colorado state statute, CBI considers a case to be cold after three years have passed from the date the person was last seen.

I cannot believe it’s been 3 years since Barry killed his wife in cold blood. The timing of the lawsuit didn’t strike me until now, as it serves as a great distraction.

Smart Play Iris, and despite doing your job, and doing it well, I hope, years from now, on your deathbed, you look back and have just a little bit of regret for what you did in the name of justice.

Imagine this was your daughter. Imagine this was your niece. Imagine this was your sister. Imagine it was your mother.

The legal system is one thing, but selling your soul to the devil is another.

Amazing attorney. Amazing record. Just doing her job.

But know you helped a killer go free. I hope the high turns into sadness. I just don’t see it though.

You just don’t have it in you; just like Barry.

Money, money, money.

Pathological lying — also known as pseudologia fantastica, mythomania, and morbid lying — is a compulsive pattern of telling people things you know aren’t true.

Rhetorical question, but who are the liars in this case…Barry, LS, Iris, people who knew them…this case makes me stop and wonder. Is it who is lying the least or the most or that there are so many lies spread through the case by all kinds of people…

You’d think they’d be grateful the murderer is still walking free.

I mean. Barry told dozens of proven lies, so there’s that.

In a statement, Barry and his two daughters, Mallory and Macy Morphew, said, “We have heavy hearts today. We have missed our mom and wife, Suzanne Morphew, every single day for the last three years. We keep hoping that DA Stanley and Law Enforcement will use every resource to find her.”

Jonny Grusing helped bury Patrick Frazee (baseball bat fiancé killer. Buried Mark Redwine (son killer). Buried Harold Henthorn (double wife killer). Buried Letecia Stauch (stepson killer). He knows his killers, and knows what he is doing.

It’s almost as if he’s one of the greatest FBI agents in Colorado history.

His best work, by far, was Barry Morphew. Some killers get away with murder, as Barry seems likely to pull off, but to attempt to impeach Grusing, is insane beyond belief.

This man is smarter than all of us combined. He knows the law, and knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s brilliant.

Bring it Iris.
But, but, but he trusted them! Poor Barry.

Suzanne Morphew still missing three years later

5/10/23

Nearly a year after the dismissal, Barry’s defense attorney, Iris Eytan, detailed dozens of violations for court and attorney rules by DA Linda Stanley and her office, including failure to uphold victim rights, dishonest and unethical practices, and the repeated failure to turn over evidence.

In one instance, the prosecution failed to turn over evidence to the defense showing Suzanne Morphew’s missing phone was initiating and receiving calls after the time that the prosecution theorized she was murdered.

DNA of an unknown man was also found in Suzanne’s car. That DNA was later matched to three unsolved sexual assault cases in Arizona and Illinois. However, none of that information was shared with the defense.

I call rubbish on KRDO when they report directly from BM's civil suit as if true!
