She's likely amending the Civil Complaint with her latest rant! The fact that SM was located in an area where LE allegedly never searched or considered searching is being used to fuel her claim of how BM's civil rights were repeatedly violated when LE focused on BM. Poor, poor, BM.

And now she gets to distort the missing persons cases in Saguache County and how SM met a similar fate at the hands of these offenders still on the loose! IMO, the civil suit is all about $$$ where she expects the government to settle and this suit will never go to court. MOO
BBM

The word Rant best describes Iris's statement.

CBS News Colorado reporter Gabriela Vidal gives the full break of how Suzanne Morphew remains were found in search for a different missing woman and chats with that missing woman's sister who hopes can find closure. Video:

This evening I watched a YouTube video uploaded by a retired Law Enforcement Officer. He stated that he believed that the location of Suzanne's remains was provided to LE by a confidential informant. It makes a lot of sense.
Boy, that would make IE go ballistic. The hamster wheel would spin off its axle.

So I was just watching this as well. Confirming 2 bodies ?

also I checked flight radar for Saturday and don’t see anything that resembles grid patterns. Not much flies over in general. Maybe wrong day idk.

Is it too much to hope Suzanne's hands are in tact and Barry's skin is located under her fingernails? He was scratched deep enough to break his skin.

most likely it is too late.. her remains were scattered over a huge circumference according to one of the people nG had on her programme just now.. that means exposure ..
I'm really not at all sure about how much of her was in any one place..
miniscule quantities if what he said is accurate.. but i don't know that it was.

I agree it's not an area LE would randomly search.

In the McStay case, it was eventually revealed a dirt biker had come across one of the children's skulls, the graves had been disturbed by animals.

The area where SM was found looks perfect for dirt biking. Or maybe someone's dog running around.

It's not the kind of detail LE like to reveal right off, out of respect to the family and the memory of the deceased.

And LE who arrived on site to search were probably expecting to find the remains of the local woman.

He disconnected the battery on his truck that night.

Might be the second time he did that to a vehicle.

Not a commom thing to do.

Or pulled the fuse to the telematics - i remember we looked in to all this in great detail

My belief is the truck was in the driveway for those 5 hours - it basically became part of his alibi

If he wants to be viewed as devoted, religious, etc, doesn't he have to provide a nice ceremony and burial?

Maybe, but he hasn't appeared to be either of those things up to this point, but that's just moo

Her money was important to him though - got that all sorted really quick didn't he, was very devoted to that.

I hope more than anything she has a nice ceremony/burial where its based on her wishes. Just feel he will be spiteful in this and do the opposite of what she'd like.

What Barry does is not what I know as hunting. Barry enjoys killing.

Maybe it is my personal pet peeve, but I don't like taxidermy. All these deer heads in BM's house/garage looked scary.

A comment to Twitter/X (by Lauren Scharf) says, BM owns the land, where Suzanne was found.

Have you all heard something about it also?

She did have previous treatments, cannot remember how many or when though.
As far as I remember, Suzanne celebrated the end of her cancer treatment already. So it may have been something like aftercare from the Monday on or a special program for ex-cancer patients. MOO

"It's very hurtful to lose your reputation and your integrity," Barry said.
Barry, you can't lose your integrity by other peoples' doings. Many many people have clung on to their integrity when they have lost everything else. I suppose you mean "perceived integrity". You not only don't know the meaning of the word, you also have no relationship with it whatsoever.

Blah, blah, blah! Iris just can't do enough for men who mistreat women and murder their wives. I wonder how many inmate canteen funds she funds on a monthly basis.
Not all are rich enough to have her engaged. Only those, who stole their wives' inheritance perhaps. ;)

Wasn't Suzanne's last selfie taken the day before on Saturday? Do we have any proof at all she was even alive on Sunday?

I ask because I find it interesting that some, including Barry's defense attorney claim this exonerates him because he went north that Sunday for his "job". So how could he have had time to go south that far. I believe his attorney said no one has ever claimed Barry went south.

But the truth of it is, we really don't know where Barry went that Saturday and I don't think we know if Suzanne was even alive on Sunday or not.

This is not gonna be fast..

Anne Kelly, district attorney for the 12th Judicial District, where Morphew’s remains were found, told CNN, “The case is still under active investigation. For that reason, I am unable to comment on the investigation until more information is known.”

She said her office will have an update in the coming weeks.

“The 12th Judicial District Attorney’s Office expresses our condolences to Suzanne’s family,” Kelly added.

We seem to have two versions of the mile marker (113 near the Landfill and 103). Both similar kinds of terrain (and not at all the kind of terrain where the searchers actually looked - so maybe Ole Beary isn't so stupid, hard to say).

Took 3.5 years. Way better than 3.5 days or 35 days (for Barry, not okay for Justice).
I even had the number 13 as a mile marker from the news and googled it, resulting in a nice red point on the map. But then I didn't know, how to check this point further. Was perplexed, when I read another number later on.
