Last week, shortly after SM's remains were reported recovered, IE issued two statements to the media on the same day.
In her second statement sent to MSM linked below, not only did IE double down about her innocent, persecuted, client being wrongfully
re-accused, but she also went "classic IE" by intentionally putting out false, self-serving information to the public --alleging a second body was found last weekend in Saguache County, and promising authorities would be issuing details the next day.
IMO, this is a perfect example of IE manipulating the details of an investigation and not unlike what we witnessed IE pull off in Court -- especially with Judge Lama. IMO, it's also what she does in the 185-page Civil Rights Complaint BM filed against 26 defendants who are mostly from Chaffee County.
The law firm representing Barry Morphew released a new statement on his behalf on Thursday after remains belonging to Suzanne Morphew were discovered.

[..]
The statement released on Thursday by EyTan Law Firm on behalf of Barry Morphew :
“The first and most important focus should be that the Morphew’s just learned that they lost their beautiful mother and wife after she disappeared 3 ½ years ago.
What appears to be the overriding focus is a finger pointing right back where it started 3 ½ years ago: a movement to blindly re-accuse Barry for Suzanne’s death.

Here are the facts.

What needs to be done instead of pointing fingers at Barry Morphew, is asking the officials about the number of missing people and number of human remains that have been recovered in or from Saguache County in the recent past.
Whatever happened to Krystal Reisinger, Edna Quintana, Suzanne, the man whose remains were found by Saguache County Sheriff’s office in the foothills on July 26, 2023, or the remains of the person found in another area in Saguache County last weekend (more info to come from authorities tomorrow). What were the circumstances of their disappearances, what is cause and manner of death of the remains found in the area, what happened to them, are they looking for other remains in this area?
The public should demand answers about these five people who suspiciously went missing or were found dead in this area.

To be clear,
there's been no confirmation whatsoever that remains of another person were found last weekend in Saguache County, just as there was NO information the next day from authorities!
Some may recall that on the same day as IE's news releases, the Denver Gazette (Carol McKinley) first reported there was a second body before deleting the statement from their report hours later. And it wouldn't be the first time McKinley didn't fact-check IE as her source!
I dunno.... It just does my head in that this behavior goes unchecked, and that IE is not held accountable. JMO
