I disagree. I happen to be someone who thinks the strategy was one of the reasons the preliminary was rocky irrespective of the dna controversy. Perhaps it was because they pulled the trigger on the arrest too early. Hard to say.

Wow that’s some precision packing. He just had to keep and move all his kill trophies though. It does make me wonder if he kept something of hers.

He did. Her money unfortunately.

Look, if you want to provide me with a link, I'll certainly consider it but i genuinely don't know what you mean. Wanna fill me in?

The previous DA didn't pull it at all, btw..
It had been running for quite some time.

There is enough in the AA that I linked.

More than enough for a body-less case...

What exactly could have been achieved by delaying it further?
Without a body, I mean?

Had they not made the grave error on the discovery they wouldn't have been so severely penalized leaving them with no choice but to withdraw (or face acquittal). Stated otherwise, if they were able to proceed, I think he would have been convicted.

How many of you immediately had a gut feeling of Barry’s guilt after viewing his 30 second, facebook plea video? I live in Colorado and the video was shown May 17, 2020 on local tv news stations.

Not one piece of evidence has come to light in the intervening three years to cause me to change my mind.
Everything you said 1000%. Amen! I felt the same way after watching his 27 sec plea for his wife “Oh Suzanne….” After I found out about the girls‘ camping trip during COVID, Suzanne’s cancer, her inheritance, I think it was very premeditated! All MOO

I feel the same way. Had the prosecution been able to proceed, Barry was done. He hung himself in 3 30 :) When I go back and read the AA, I’m left shaking my head, albeit with a big smile on my face. Even with all her clever attempts at twisting the facts, Iris can’t save him.

All moo. The FB plea was the first questionable performance by <Name changes not allowed; edited by Admin to read "Barry"> next was his performance (which i recall we didn't see until after the FB post) when he pulled up where the bike was found/tossed. I'm curious what George whispered to Barry when they hugged, anyways looks like it in the clip to me. Notice <Name changes not allowed; edited by Admin to read "Barry"> hand/s in and out of his pockets. After he hugs George he gives someone else a hug and doesn't take his left hand out of his pocket. Must be cold?

Suzanne Morphew’s sister Melinda issues a NEW statement and wants the public to #Shinebright4EdnaQuintana as they did for #SuzanneMorphew.

Hands in the pockets, covering up scratches! How did GD know to be where the bike was recovered? Who contacted him about SM missing? GD always seemed to be in the wings so to speak. <modsnip: Sleuthing info on non POIs is not allowed>. Makes me curious. MOO

I thought he was wearing a glove in that clip

Wasn't GD also one of the two people that said to Morgan Gentile that she didn't have to hand over her phone to LE?

i don't remember the name but i remember her being approached very clearly. I know there is a link or several here already. I'll have a Google and revert

edit, found it on Fox21 but am geoblocked..
Think several other media had it too, some are no longer supported on this platform but did Nancy Grace run it/ DailyMail?

Found it ....

This is an interview by Lauren Scharf with Morgan Gentile. At the 4.58 mark is where MG speaks about being approached but they don't say who (a friend and a family member). IDK where i read GD was the friend, probably here, will try and find. MOO

Oh, yes, GD was a vol fireman with Barry (Firehouse #5). They worked out at GD's home often and did ether Th or Fr before Suzanne was murdered. [The lady in the video is Macy's BF's mom, iirc.]

How GD found out about the location of the bike [pg 49 -50]:
"George stated on Sunday, May 10, 2020, he was at his residence when he received a phone call from CCFDD Lt. Tim Nelson, who informed him a bike was located over an embankment by Barry's house. George stated he turned on his fire radio and called Barry. Barry stated he was just outside Buena Vista on his way back. George believed he called Barry between 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM. George stated he responded to the area where Suzanne's bike was found. When he arrived, he noted the bike had been moved onto the road near a sheriffs vehicle...."

Pg 50 unredacted AA [I get a little gun shy when I see Cahill conducted interviews.]

Good find. Murphy1950 maintained an excellent website but it went dark, too.

Member Knox wrote this Sept 27, 2020 @Knox

"I've listened to Lauren appear on many shows, she has never hesitated to correct someone if information was repeated incorrectly. Nor has she ever answered a question she did not know the direct answer to.

When Tricia said "so yeah it was TN & GD that met with um MG". If that wasn't factual, Lauren would have corrected her. In addition, someone asked that very question on her Facebook page and she posted a comment confirming that was true. Others can back me up, as multiple people from WS saw the same thing.

I do understand if you require a higher burden of proof, but wanted others reading your post to see another viewpoint."
