All this tends to suggest SM's RR went nowhere in the weekend IMO

But like others, I am wondering why her wallet etc are in the RR. Suggests she came back from somewhere but never got a chance to sort things out?

I also note the general lack of telematics for BM's truck on friday night / saturday am. We see that it is at PP ay 7pm but nothing else, and we don't see it go to tailwinds in the morning. It reappears at 10am near Rob Mizell.

Wasn't it suggested SM picked BM up from tailwinds job site?

I wonder did they have a fight in the car or something on the friday and SM never ended up going back to her RR?

I would assume that most women would carry a purse for their wallet, maybe eyeglasses, phone and documents. If what was found in a RR looks as if it could fit into a bag, but there is no bag, maybe all this stuff was shaken out of the bag and the bag used for something else?

SD is the Dollar Store knock off of Suzanne IMO. Suzanne had a natural beauty and class with a tremendous, happy smile.

Stingy BM, who even saved the shoelaces of his old, disposed of work boots, may have used the Dollar Store specimen to replace Suzanne in situations and in locations. SD looked like Suzanne (from far away perhaps and/or as a silhouette in the dark); she said it herself and to mention it, there would have been an urge to an involuntary statement a la Freud (Lapsus Linguae). She gave herself away with this mention - and probably her plot with her (lover) Bury. He had an interest to avoid divorce and get hold of the money/property; SD thought perhaps, she would be the next Mrs. M with a
million-$-home and other privileges, on top of getting the tough landscaper.
I'm not able because of my memory, which fails sometime. But perhaps we have to list the situations with Suzanne on Friday/Saturday, when she could have been replaced by SD to confirm a certain timeline, which truely never happened.
IF Bury spied on Suzanne and her digital communication, it may be, that SD was very well inaugurated by BM and knew of some important content. So possibly she indeed was able to continue communication with the daughters/SO/JL, after Suzanne was (made) incapable. Who knows, what her talents are, besides being a cleaning lady with military training.

In the pic I remember it was dark outside and as I posted earlier sunset on May 8, 2020 was at 8:28. So I could see it being 9 ish.

One thing to remember about the sunrise/sunset times in the mountains. Many posted times are as if you are in a flat area/sea level, it is possible It can be darker much earlier as the sun disappears behind the mountains earlier than the actual posted sunset time. There is a high concentration of fourteeners in the Salida, Buena Vista area.

Maybe that's who he was planning to build a house for, you know if Suzanne 1.0 didn't work out.

Good points, as usual. It's possible the picture was taken from a car/truck, for sure. It's also possible that Suzanne had gotten into the habit of communicating via LinkedIn chat with JL on a more or less continuous basis. That's what scared women who are checking out of abusive relationships may do (and I suppose, others do it too). Barry admits to LE that he had "clocked" Suzanne "on the nose." (Translation: he hit her in the face).

I thought, when confronted with averments that blood was the result of one marital disagreement, Barry only conceded swinging toward Suzanne, [NB. unlawful offer of force = criminal assault], mistakenly "clipping" her nose. [And here we have that assault consummated by a battery.]

Now, IMO {& from a very personal "blinding-flash" sensation, the result of my unnoted southpaw opponent's leading left during compulsory boxing PE @ USNA}, "clocking" someone is VERY diff from "clipping" one's target.
And were "tho' she be small, she is fierce" Suzanne* actually been "clocked" by our push-up king, she may well have died there and then.

I don't know about the pizza pic and whether it happened or not, but I do assume not everything is in the AA or in the prosecution and defense exhibits from the first trial. And I'm assuming not everything that was used in the first trial would be used in a future trial.

at the dumpster, hmmmm….Was the other cleaning lady absolutely sure she saw SM and not SD at the dumpster? Ya know, “some people think they look alike” and hey, SD and BM met at the dumpster according to SD. Maybe, just maybe they met before SM went “missing.” I just have a hard time wrapping my head around SM going for a walk with the jerk after telling him, “I’m done” and his threats of self harm.
