GOBliaison, I must agree that in the picture of Suzanne’s Rover below, both the spa bottles/packet on the floor (if that’s what they all are) and her camel back, snacks, shades, and purse(?) on the seat seem as though they were tossed rather than placed (or as you suggest, were chucked pigily). One wonders if they were pulled out of a pack or bag in which she kept her biking stuff.

Don’t know if there is any connection, but the LE log of Mr. Morphew’s first interview on May 13 notes (Arrest Affidavit p. 19): “Barry stated that some time on Saturday, Suzanne asked him to take her mountain bike and helmet out of her vehicle, which he did.” One might logically wonder why he would be needed to remove her helmet from the vehicle (other than to account for why it wasn’t in there with her other biking accouterments).
Also, as you note, this seems to bear the hallmark of Mr. Morphew’s organizational style, as reflected in the photos below of his truck and gun safe.

I’m no clean freak myself, but good Lord, for a man who apparently had a better relationship with his guns than his wife, that safe is a desecration.
One additional observation: having a modicum of experience with hot tub chemicals, it has been my custom and practice to place the empty containers in the trash or recycling bin (not on the floor of my recently deceased wife's car).
