There was quite abit with the snippets of data we saw that bothered me from the first time we saw it. The biggie is there is nothing that showed he turned left in the early AM onto Hwy. 50...the elk story was something he claimed when Grusing said he had data that showed he turned left but we didn't see that left turn in the defense data exhibits. So is it there or not there? I was bothered by doors that seemed to indicate they shut but nothing that said they opened...little things. I was looking forward to at least the trial which might have had more comprehensive data. If that is everything defense got...then I suspect something was held back by prosecuction in discovery...BUT I believe defense had more than what they used in the preliminary and probably had everything. The motions mostly related to not receiving the Range Rover data and not that they were missing data from Barry's vehicle.
You might not get anything if there is no logged event.
In other words the GPS is tracked continuously, but only saved into a specific logged event or perhaps into a route mapping application. As there has been no mention of route mapping, either the truck didn't support this, or BM was not using the function somehow.
There is something very off about the defence exhibit the more I look at it.
