I am watching CM Live video and he showed us a picture of BM & SM trailer when they were moving to CO.

Wow. He wasn't exaggerating!!

I also think that it is a family holiday where people are busy with their own families. I think that he also thought that would be a good time to act. He wasn't banking on Covid and the collapse of his alibi amongst other things.

For all we know, Barry may have arranged for someone to sign him in at the FF training course. However, when it was totally canceled due to Covid, that blew that plan. He had to scramble for another alibi. So, he then was forced to throw together the urgent repair of the wall...without the permit being pulled among other things...

If Barr was ALREADY using ff training as an general alibi for MDW, HE may have been surprised to learn right then that ff training was cancelled! Busted if he arrived near the bike explaining he'd been in Denver for training if ffs were on scene saying, 'whoa bro, that got canceled.'

But how can they object to it being released? Does that ever happen? Aren't citizens of Colorado entitled to see what defendants are charged with? (Not challenging you, just kind of challenging the system....how can they keep it hidden?)

If Barr was ALREADY using ff training as an general alibi for MDW, HE may have been surprised to learn right then that ff training was cancelled! Busted if he arrived near the bike explaining he'd been in Denver for training if ffs were on scene saying, 'whoa bro, that got canceled.'

I actually thought that he initially had told people that he was in Denver for FF training. If he hadn't, why did we the public even know about it? It's always been confusing to me.

Could it be that the FF course was going to be his alibi for that weekend and then someone told him at the last minute that the training was canceled? An innocent person would have known and would have spent the day with his wife; however, Barry needed an alibi to be out of town that weekend. Hence, he had to scramble for his second alibi.

It's going to prove to be a major flaw because he didn't have a permit to repair the wall. He went a day early. He rented the hotel room (a few hours away). It smelled like chlorine. He leaves wet towels all over the place. He didn't even leave the tools to get the wall properly repaired.

So, anyone with any common sense is going to see through this "alibi" as his excuse to distance himself from the crime scene.

Um, wow. That trailer looks like items were just tossed on, landed wherever, and sorta strapped down. Doesn’t look like everything would make it safely from Indiana to Colorado.

“this is no Tetris!” That was a hilarious comment. On the other side, if BM was so obsessed with the antlers, maybe whatever chemical he used to clean them off tissue should be looked into? (Sorry, I hope I make myself clear as I am not a hunter. I assume when deers shed the antlers, there is some tissue from their heads attached to them, and before the antlers are sold, they have to be cleansed off it? I am interested in what is used in the process as BM apparently was into the business).

The article (link in a previous post) that I posted lists someone who has been mentioned as being close to him in the past.

I wonder if this person was supposed to say that he was at the training or sign his name as being there before the entire training event got canceled. If so, this could be another possibility for the charge of "attempting to influence a public servant."

He also mentioned how embarrassed Suzanne was. You mean to tell me that they couldn't hire a moving company or at least rent a truck and pack it themselves to move across the country??

@Seattle1 On the issue of whether or not we will see the AA Thursday or Friday dependent on whether the defense agrees to unseal it, what kind of time frame would we be looking at? Later this week, month or further down the road?
Also interested in your thoughts regarding whether defense will want the AA to remain sealed and what reasons would likely win them extra time? TIA!

On the "It's a Crime" Y/T segment the other night, CM mentions that the trailer looked like Jed Clampett's trailer when he moved to Beverly Hills. He wasn't kidding! He also mentioned how embarrassed Suzanne was. You mean to tell me that they couldn't hire a moving company or at least rent a truck and pack it themselves to move across the country??

My first thought was the trailer looks like it was packed in a heck of a hurry.... It is a disaster waiting to happen on the highway.
Are there no U-Hauls in Indiana?

I thought this was extremely well-articulated. He is appreciative toward law enforcement, doesn't believe BM will confess (though asks/hopes that he will), and makes a plea to the daughters.
