There are no “good” outcomes for this entire case, imho. The best outcome for the remaining victims, those who loved Suzanne, would be for Inmate Morphew to confess all, saving family the torture of a trial, avoiding all the details coming out in the trial of what the monster did to this beautiful, loved woman, and tell LE where SM is so she is laid to rest as she deserves, not like a pile of trash. Then, maybe healing can begin for the daughters, his mother & sisters, and all the Moorman family, as well as the community of Salida.
Just MOO.

Lauren confirms on Tricia's show. GD and TN approached MG. 30 minute mark.

@Megnut, thank you so much for finding and posting!! I either missed this altogether and/or forgot after watching, reading, and listening to so much this past year.
Good to know.

Disgusting that Barry used so many people, most of whom probably trusted him, as his own personal tools (No pun intended).
Ughhhh.

You’re goin’ down Inmate Morphew.

IMHOO

Listening to Melinda only affirms what I feel about the Suzanne Moorman family... and Suzanne herself. Well-spoken, soft-spoken, gracious, kind... full of goodness....

Being as both family members and LE have been tight-lipped since day 1 (kudos for that) I'm wondering if after their talk on Friday they made arrangements to text/call at a designated time to show Suzanne was ok and when that didn't happen Melinda notified LE and it was around the same time as the 911 call. That might explain why LE acted so quickly and with such certainty that a crime had taken place?
Yes, or it could be that LE reached out and contacted the Moormans that Sunday. LE may have asked the daughters or BM for her IN family contact info, thinking SM may have told them about her whereabouts. JMO.

This would be the right thing for him to do but he will never do the right thing Barry only cares about Barry. I’m sure his daughters and mom want him to fight for his innocence because I think this is what they want to believe even if he admitted it just like Chris Watts mom still thinks he lied to protect Shannan.

In all his early theories, Barry never proffered even once that Suzanne simply left him.

Let that sink in.

As to the question of whether friends and sister would keep texting after Suzanne let them know of her problems and her fear, I'm not so sure.

My controlling ex would have been asking "Why all the texts?" Even if everything was on silent, he'd have wondered why I was looking at my phone (and did in fact wonder that - I saw it in one of his journals after we split up - but by then, I had let a bunch of people know that if anything happened to me, well, I had shown them where I kept the only photographic proof of his abuse and where I kept my own journal).

Controlling husbands often resent any form of communication with someone who is not them - sometimes, even with a woman's own children (my ex resented attention given to our own children, and we had to arrange meal times so he ate before the kids got up or after they were in bed - he got too snippy with them and no one could digest properly, otherwise).

In all his early theories, Barry never proffered even once that Suzanne simply left him.

You are absolutely right.

And that would have been an obvious thing to say and consider. But he couldn't say it out loud, because no one voluntarily leaves Barry (and probably, no one does anything in that family without Barry's approval).

I'm guessing he's stuck with stranger abduction when he lied to the girls (and I bet he didn't bring the situation up very much after the first month of Suzanne's disappearance).

IMO, the daughters of SM & BM or BM’s family have not done anything in my view to even be compared to Chris Watts mom.

Interview with Melinda: (I'm listening now).

LISTEN: Sister of Suzanne Morphew Talks With Heart of the Rockies Radio

When asked if Suzanne had ever raised any concerns before she went missing, she said the relationship had deteriorated over the last several years, and her sister had concerns about her safety. :(

She also said Suzanne embraced Salida, and the people there, and was very much at peace with living in such a beautiful place.

Thank you for sharing. Her sister has such a comforting voice. I can see why Suzanne loved to talk to her.

Understandable. How could she leave such a “loving,” “Christian” man? Unthinkable, right? To admit that she might leave him would shatter the image he has of himself in the eyes of others. Ugh! JMHO

Does anyone remember exactly how Gene found out that Suzanne was missing? I know Gene called Andy on Monday. I’m trying to put together the pieces of how the Moormans were made aware. Was it Barry or LE? I wonder when Melinda found out.

Just as a refresher for who said what I watched this Dr. Phil interview again. AM states that SM and BM were seen in town getting a sandwich at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday the 9th. I do think that it could be the "friend" of BM's and not SM.

At midnight on Saturday friends requests were sent out to several males around AM's age.

EVI information has BM driving around between 12-4 a.m. on the morning of Mother's Day...

Interesting.

Does that mean the LE knows where Barry's truck was driving between 12 and 4 (at odds with where Barry said he was)? Perhaps by the time they had that EVI data back, Suzaane's discarded body was no longer where it had first been.

Please tell me what is EVI is? What is Andy's age?

TD interview video of Inmate Morphew which was approved to discuss, a person took screenshots of BM hand from the video. There were what looked like visible injuries to BMs right hand, swelling & a cut. If someone on WS has the capability to do frame by frame, might see injuries. TD interview was about 3 weeks after Suzanne went missing. Healing would have taken place during 3 weeks. Swelling can be seen. My opinion when viewing video

Thanks @Error505! I'm sure if BM had fresh injuries on 5/10, LE took photos. (Really looking forward to one day seeing the interview recordings. All three - 30 of them.)

Apparently Suzanne's friend tried diligently to contact her after the conversation suddenly ceased on Saturday. I think it was Mike who said she never gave up trying to reach her. I wonder if she finally got in touch with Barry and what his explanation was.

EVI = Electronic Vehicle Information - It is essentially a black box for your vehicle.
AM= I believe is 59

I’m not @swedeheart, but did listen to sisters interview. She did not mention what caused the deterioration in this interview, but in earlier interview mentioned money problems in the marriage, people living above their means. MOO
Thank you for responding.

I'd like to reiterate what I said on my last post. When Barry called the neighbor to check on Suzanne, why did he first ask her to check to see if the cars were there?! If he killed her and did that bike scenario, why would he ask that???
That feels obvious. I think you would ask first if someone’s car were at the home and then ask about the bike. I know I would ask about the car first. If he had not asked if her car were there that would be a red flag to coin the term some use.

Thank you. I did not know vehicles had a black box. I thought it was just planes.
