I think they're trying to show that the boyfriend came to the house. That SM unplugged the cameras in the past so he wouldn't be detected. Then, even if the state shows she was killed at the house, they can say the boyfriend came back and did it. (JMO)

Interesting. So BM knew about it.
I am trying so hard to catch and by the time I post this it may already be known. But big question, when did Barry know about the affair and did he tell LE he knew. That may be one of the big tells - did he tell LE (and he knew) when she first went missing or keep it to himself or did he find out from LE about the affair??

Yep he sure did…doubt he slept at all that night…not until he got to the hotel.
Just a few hours after he said he was going home to go make the wife "happy."

So the defense is showing that it was likely Suzanne who touched the cable. Now they are talking about a blue cable to see if Suzannes DNA was on that cable. What about the Power Cable... DNA mixture of two. Likely Suzanne and an unknown male individua

The defense team has provided the state packets of their exhibits which are 624 pages. The state including Walker is reviewing the packet.

The defense is going over the log of activity of Barry Morphew's truck. Example: when the door opened and closed.

Dang they can even see when you open and shut your doors?! So if he got out and then opened up a different door to take something out? Yikes

Now some doubt being raised by Morphew's attorneys about an alternate suspect. DNA on the glove box of Suzanne's Range Rover came back with partial profile which matched 3 male profiles in CODIS (prison database)who were involved with sexual assault. Barry Morphew's DNA excluded

IS that why they are trying to say that SM was the one who disabled the cameras?

I understand why they are going down that road but to me its missing the key point. Barry has said he knew the cameras were not working.
I believe the cameras were not working since they moved in. Old system needed to be professionally monitored and BM would rather update with cheap, IMO.

According to page 41 in the arrest affidavit, Walker wrote, Barry Morphew's bobcat doesn't appear to be connected to Suzanne's disappearance.

Well, that would make it the second type of bobcat that is unconnected to SM's disappearance.

Wish wish wish this JL had come forward of his own volition. It had occurred to me early on that this marriage was on the rocks in more ways than one, and that a cross-country move might have been connected to wholesale fresh starts. Relationships are often all kinds of messy, especially when they're long-term and impacted by serious illness and other crises. Infidelity does not excuse murder.

Wow, is judge worried he may lose his T-time at the golf course?
8 witnesses and 450 exhibits in 4 days. That is tight, they need to move on. D would love to run out the clock.

My car dealer’s DNA would be all over my glove box, just saying.
