If there are messages from Jeff trying to get ahold of Suzanne around Mother's Day, and those prove he was elsewhere at the time, no brainer.
<modsnip> Jury selection will be key, I guess.Like it or not, if there’s no evidence of BM having an affair, and solid evidence that Suzanne was having an affair, this, along with the daughters continued support of their dad in the court room, will garner some sympathy for BM by some jurors.

Lauren Scharf:
On May 10, from 2:47 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. Barry Morphew took steps in disposing of evidence according to activity on cell phones and truck. Neilsen is referring to Page 2 of the arrest affidavit.
they took the #BOBCAT?
Too?
I usually agree, but I'm thinking the prosecution has something that will completely strip any Barry 'sympathy' that might have gained him.Like it or not, if there’s no evidence of BM having an affair, and solid evidence that Suzanne was having an affair, this, along with the daughters continued support of their dad in the court room, will garner some sympathy for BM by some jurors.

Welcome!Greetings all, I have been lurking since day 1 this case, finally decided to join. Don't know why I picked today, just seemed like the thing to do.
Some very interesting twists and turns in the case already...
I must say that I'm very surprised that this was noted in the AA.Lauren Scharf@LaurenScharfTV
According to page 41 in the arrest affidavit, Walker wrote, Barry Morphew's bobcat doesn't appear to be connected to Suzanne's disappearance.
Same Fallis playbook, pure time domination to establish them as the narrators of the situation.Judge is appearing to get annoyed
Prosecution says burden of proof is on them and they would like the defense to wrap up so they can get to their case. Judge tells defense he's confused why they're not understanding what he is asking of them.

Yep he sure did…doubt he slept at all that night…not until he got to the hotel.Oh man, Barry got an earlier start than I thought.
Why is the defense bringing this up? Are there more bombshells coming??Oh man, Barry got an earlier start than I thought.
<modsnip> Jury selection will be key, I guess.
I don't understand how the two are connected? Why does it mean Suzanne was still alive at 2:47am?Nielsen reads the prosecution's theory from the 129 pg Arrest Warrant Affidavit that investigators used Morphew's Telematix report on his truck that "From 247 pm 5/9 until 537 am 5/10 he took steps to dispose of evidence of Suzanne’s disappearance and death.
"This means that the last known time that #suzannemorphew was alive was 2:47 on Saturday May 9th, 2020. It's a sad moment in the courtroom.

He must have pulled an all nighter. No wonder he needed a nap at the HIE.Oh man, Barry got an earlier start than I thought.
Wow, is judge worried he may lose his T-time at the golf course?Ashley Franco @AshleyKKTV 1m
The argument about time for questioning continues. The judge says if defense needs to call Commander Walker back at the end to tie up loose ends then they can, but they are going over their time limits. Nielsen argues he is the lead investigator and a critical witness.
They're very sharp.I suspected E&N were going to pull something like this after twice motioning for "equal time" during the PH. This is clearly to get out front with their own story. They want a plausible reason for doubt to be the headliner. That was their strategy very early!
