Lighter thoughts: I am compiling a little zoo for us. So far we have a mountain lion, a bobcat, 85 chipmunks, and of course big bucks. Anything else?
Did they or the daughters have any dogs or cats. Fish a bird? I am not sure. ? IMO

Not that I know of, but Barry had a pet raccoon. You can add that to the list.

I sure hope the AA will have a lot more on the Broomfield job.

It makes no sense at all.

How did he get this job in Denver when he works in the Salida area?

When did he get this job?

What was the scope of this job? It sounds small and very limited.

Did he go back and do more work there after Mother's Day?

LS uncovered a lot in Broomfield awhile back:

He had a pet racoon? Oh my God, it keeps getting worse. IMO You talk about pest.

Does anyone have those results ? IMO
Is this the same morning he was at MG place? Originally 4 then changed to 5? If so that means he went her direction, does that shorten his time for disposal and give a direction?
MGs 4 am or 5am BMs truck idling outside was 5/10.

I am speaking the afternoon of 5/9.
Between chipmunks at 2:44pm and the reboot of the truck history around 5:30 pm.
The time the Spa Store alibi is right in the middle of.
And west is the less populated direction.

A skunk. I haven’t seen it, but I sure can smell one.

Question: Why do you think BM was down by the creek?
He says he was looking for a turkey one of his daughter's shot. She shoots a turkey (why) and then just leaves it there?
What a stupid response.

I think he was washing away the blood evidence.

I really hate to be picky, but I thought it was 83 chipmunks? IMO

How about this area. West of the Morphew home going up Monarch Pass. Check out the date. Wonder if the volunteers worked this fire?
It’s an old ghost town. How appropriate would that be?

It was a different Bobcat. AFAIK, while LE went to that site and did some digging, they did not impound or inspect that Bobcat. It's possible the noise heard by the neighbor at that site (which is on the edge of Salida, miles from Puma Path) was something completely unrelated. And she wasn't sure if it was Friday or Saturday night.

I'm now wondering if LE thought it strange that Barry's own Bobcat had a brand new shiny blade on it, almost as if he was trying to make sure that the blade contained no evidence. Actually, I'm pretty sure that LE must have thought this. But I have always wondered why they didn't impound that Bobcat to take a look at where it had been recently, through soil and other analysis.
There was definitely a different skid steer on that job site. What actually caught my attention was the trackhoe. It has a bucket like a backhoe. It can dig deep down and fast. So I've wonder ever since if LE examined it.

BM is a ginormous donkey's behind, does that count?

I'm not sure what the policies are of admitting an animal into a zoo. But, I would assume, you would have to admit the whole thing. IMO

It’s in BM’s interest to appear thin and frail.

Precisely. That's what I was alluding to, about the forlorn widower thing.
Also won't appear as though he could physically do certain things, which he was capable of doing in May 2020.

I still think it's due to no steroids (to me, he had some typical steroid use features) but, even if that's not so, he'd be encouraged to look like a whimp. And he's probably not liking that.
But, defense gotta do what they can, to try to fool a jury.
