Maybe in some sort of spiteful reasoning since she seemed upset that Barry had so many women friends himself, on FB?

Defense is asking Grusing about the multiple "cordial" texts and phone calls between Barry and Suzanne in the two days after Suzanne texted him "I'm done" on the morning of May 6.

She does not want to set him off.

12:02 a.m. and 12:17 a.m. incoming/outgoing calls the morning of May 10, 2020 on #SuzanneMorphew phone. Agent Grusing said according to Verizon there were no calls or text messages during this time. The LAST REGISTERED CALL from Suzanne phone was on May 9 in the afternoon.

If the bull elk were crossing the street they would have been moving upward or downward on the mountain, not left or right on the roadway.

Nielsen is showing that #BarryMorphew was in his truck when he made numerous calls on Sunday, May 10 in Broomfield. The state is saying that his phone could still be synced to his truck when he isn't in the truck like when he was inside his hotel room & truck parked nearby.

That seem an odd thing for the defense to argue as the HIE cameras confirm without a doubt BM was in his room. This smacks of desperation.

Grusing says Barry told him it was b/c he saw elk and wanted to see if they were shedding antlers. Barry said he went to Garfield turnaround and then onto Salida. Barry told Grusing this may have been around 4:30 a.m.

Im not sure how his specific model of truck works but we have this same phone sync feature in our Toyota SUV.

It connects via Bluetooth. Airplane mode kills Bluetooth, thus severing the connection.

Things are getting clearer.
