Yeah it is a PH and so far I've seen nothing that indicates a murder. To your points:
1. a missing towel that Suzanne was sunbathing on----
How does this prove bM murdered her?
2. fresh fingernail scratches on BM left shoulder---
Those were only interpreted to be fingernail scratches. No expert was called to verify. Since it was 3 days after SM was reported missing, bM could have got them while searching for SM on some branches.
3. lots of unusual late Sat night/early Sun morning documented manouevres by BM----
The phone signals could be misplaced. bM couldn't run 40mph thru walls, the phone pings may have drifted, bM could have been following elk down the road.
4 and 5.
- their marriage was on the rocks, with Suzanne being done with it
- BM being very edgy on Saturday morning, couldn't focus, and needed to get home
I'm combining these because he could say " Yeah I was edgy and couldn't focus because my wife said she wanted a divorce. Who wouldn't be on edge? I went home to see if we could reconcile and we had a wonderful night. We even had sex! I left the next day and she just vanished.
As for your last three yes they are true but those don't prove bM killed his wife. None of these do. They only prove that SM mysteriously vanished. There's not one thing on your list that links bM to a murder. And that's the problem. You can't go to trial with what has been given so far. It would be a waste of time and money. The defense will laugh this stuff out of court. Again, I hate that because I do think he has something to do with it, but based on what has been entered as evidence. barry is going to be sitting at home tomorrow night enjoying a steak diner and his new found freedom. It makes me sick but the prosecution did nothing to move the case forward. I hope I'm wrong, I really do.
