He was only entitled to half of their joint interests, not any stocks or potential other inheritance held assets in her name only. She beat cancer twice and he'd waited long enough to cash in and then she had the audacity to try to kick him to the curb? THAT *****!
IMO

@marylamby..ITA!! The gull and presumption on his part, like it's all his to give to her?? MOO

But he could produce the lie about the white shorts and string top. moo

Now w a google image search, I am enlightened re the wide variations of "string top."

Today was quite the day. Not exactly what I was expecting. I’m not even sure what I did expect. Maybe a smoking gun?

I didn’t see any direct evidence but all those quotes from BM were priceless! He really thought he could make things up as he went along and everyone would fall for it.

Msybe he was used to always getting his way. Suzanne and the girls had to let him be in control. I’m sure he has manipulated his own mother and sister. I guess all the good old boys who were hunting buddies were so used to his bs that they never made what he said an issue.

Then he ran up against some LE who were just a whole lot smarter than he gave them credit for. They saw his bs immediately.
Just listening to all his stories and contradictions would make you realize how guilty this guy is.

I really want to see that AA.

And LE had, by Sunday night??, already received the tip to look for the bible, the Al Anon book, and the journal? They already had a strong witness alerting them to evidence.

According to Grusing, #BarryMorphew said all he had left in his life was hunting. Barry had hunted since he was 7-years-old. "If I have to live this life without her, at least I can hunt."

Yeah, it’s not like he had two daughters or anything.

WOW...insert another foot in mouth !! These poor girls..imagine hearing this on top of all the other damning, stupid and callous comments he has made:(

Well that the problem isn't it? We haven't yet seen any real evidence. There is reasonable doubt dripping from just about everything the prosecution put forth today. I hate it but I'm just calling it like I see it. There's shady stuff that barry did for sure but unless they come up with something BIG tomorrow and I mean something substantial, I fear Barry is going home. There is reasonable doubt that SM quit communicating w/people because she was having a great day/night with barry, having sex, eating a meal and hiking. Remember it doesn't have to completely make sense it just needs to raise doubt and everything that has been brought up has had a reasonable explanation. If this goes to trial, the prosecution will get obliterated with what they have IMO. Again, just calling it like I see it.

We still need some kind of evidence about the tampering/moving of a corpse and his attempts to influence public officials.

I think the police made a BIG mistake not photographing barry's cuts until a few days after SM went missing. I think not securing the hotel until two days later is a problem too. If they recovered anything from the garbage runs NOW would be the time to introduce it!
I don't think there is any reasonable doubt about whether she took a bike ride that day or not. I think there is plenty of circumstantial evidence pointing to it being a planted bike and and made up story.

It was Mother's Day---why wouldn't she have answered calls and texts from her girls? Are you saying her magical night with the one plate steak dinner prevented her from doing so?

Why would she change everything about the way she usually takes bike rides, on that specific day? Doesn't use her car, goes on a more steep route than she can do safely---doesn't take her water or gloves, bike is found with no evidence of a crash?

I disagree with the reasonable doubt of her ghosting everyone in her life on the afternoon of the 9th. Why would she. Even if it was true that she was having a great night with Barry--why not tell her best friend she'd talk later? SM was supposed to take part in a wedding the next day---why would she just stop talking about that and just not do so?

I don't see a lot of reasonable doubt ---the so called explanations for the hinky things make no sense. JMO

The third person in Broomfield. His name came up with MG’s during the crazy rumors during the Salida beach house search.
The third person? Wow I need some sleep.

I thought there was just JP and MG. Did CC show up? Guess I need to go back and read the media, etc. Thanks MassGuy

Carol has some great observations coming in tonight, about BM and the daughters.
So, from they day. IIRC , In the dryer, they found shorts and a shirt that resembled what BM was wearing that day? And the sheets from his Daughters stripped bed and tranquilizer dart
some kind of cap? Of the Morphew's home 9 days?

Damn Boy! do your Laundry! Part of the doing laundry, is taking the clothes out of the dryer. Over night tops. 9 days?
I bet they only found one sock. IMO.

This is a probable cause hearing. Is there enough evidence to say that BM probably killed his missing wife.

It is the totality of the circumstantial evidence. And, for me, these things include
  • a missing towel that Suzanne was sunbathing on
  • fresh fingernail scratches on BM left shoulder
  • lots of unusual late Sat night/early Sun morning documented manouevres by BM
  • BM was the last person to see Suzanne alive
  • their marriage was on the rocks, with Suzanne being done with it
  • BM being very edgy on Saturday morning, couldn't focus, and needed to get home
  • No-one has seen or heard from Suzanne since 2:47 on Saturday afternoon
  • Suzanne hasn't touched her bank accounts, her phone, her ID
  • BM did not report his own wife as missing, he didn't even personally check that Suzanne was missing (had not left a note perhaps) before he had a neighbour very quickly report Suzanne's absence for him

Yeah it is a PH and so far I've seen nothing that indicates a murder. To your points:

1. a missing towel that Suzanne was sunbathing on----

How does this prove bM murdered her?

2. fresh fingernail scratches on BM left shoulder---
Those were only interpreted to be fingernail scratches. No expert was called to verify. Since it was 3 days after SM was reported missing, bM could have got them while searching for SM on some branches.

3. lots of unusual late Sat night/early Sun morning documented manouevres by BM----

The phone signals could be misplaced. bM couldn't run 40mph thru walls, the phone pings may have drifted, bM could have been following elk down the road.

4 and 5.
  • their marriage was on the rocks, with Suzanne being done with it
  • BM being very edgy on Saturday morning, couldn't focus, and needed to get home
I'm combining these because he could say " Yeah I was edgy and couldn't focus because my wife said she wanted a divorce. Who wouldn't be on edge? I went home to see if we could reconcile and we had a wonderful night. We even had sex! I left the next day and she just vanished.

As for your last three yes they are true but those don't prove bM killed his wife. None of these do. They only prove that SM mysteriously vanished. There's not one thing on your list that links bM to a murder. And that's the problem. You can't go to trial with what has been given so far. It would be a waste of time and money. The defense will laugh this stuff out of court. Again, I hate that because I do think he has something to do with it, but based on what has been entered as evidence. barry is going to be sitting at home tomorrow night enjoying a steak diner and his new found freedom. It makes me sick but the prosecution did nothing to move the case forward. I hope I'm wrong, I really do.

So what does this mean was it a top with spaghetti straps, a tank or a halter? BM has now admitted to saving his hiking boot shoe laces and Suzanne had a top with strings? I’m not sure whether the image of him strangling or containing her via strings or laces is better than suffocation by pillow? I fear this is way more violent than predicted and I hate to imagine exactly what BM put Suzanne through in her final time. IMO

Pretty sure it's meant to be a spaghetti string tank top. Probably didn't approve when she didn't wear a bra so that easily came to mind.
Doubt she wore white shorts to bed either but then she didn't get to go to bed that night.
After all, she was just a 'lump' on the bed. She was snoring. He saw her breathing. He's the last person to see her alive!
UGH.
IMO

I’m wondering if it even registered with them. I think they one hundred percent believe him and think LE is likely lying.
Breaks my heart.

It's exactly because of the extensive digital tracking and still no sign of a body. I would have a hard time with that, as a juror. We all know that lawyers complain about the "CSI Effect," where jurors expect to "see" everything. In this case they have all of the tracking in the world, yet nothing to show for it. That, in my opinion, is going to be a huge problem.
I don't know how huge of a problem that will be. The jury may be thinking much the way I am about it---who better to hide a body than a commercial landscaper with all the necessary equipment and job sites to hide a body very deep and well camouflaged . I am not at all surprised she is still missing.

So I have a short memory. Who is CC? Thanks.

It was MSM for a brief time
Barry, Puckett, and Gentile have said a third employee, Cassidy Cordova, was also hired to work on that Broomfield job. Cordova has declined all interview requests, but did send the following text message, after being asked to share his side of the story: (his side is in the link below)

Cassidy did end up engaging in other discussions, just not MSM. He presented whole different side in contrast to his MSM impression, IMO

Lol. And we might just get to do that while JL reads SM's text, "You're just the sweetest thing...." Gonna have to put the handcuffs back on ole Barry.
I will feel sorry for JL’s family. They didn’t expect or deserve this. I do believe the AA was sealed to protect him and his family from the backlash.

I don't know how closely you've followed this case or the last three days of the PH but there's still one day left.
Those chickens ain't hatched just yet. AND, I've no doubt this will go to trial where the real fun begins.

Now speaking about prescription drugs found in the #Morphew home and Walmart surveillance on May 6 at 12:30 p.m. of Suzanne picking up a white paper bag at the pharmacy but none found in the home for that date.
https://twitter.com/laurenscharftv/status/1429863188871499778?s=21

if the RX was one of the items thrown away and it was somehow located - that would be very bad for the husband. We have the “I’m done” text to him and the pick of the RX - I believe she made up her mind and got her meds

I thought that too but didn’t know if I could post it on here. I am old enough to be his mother and I just can’t see how his own mother can believe all the lies coming out of his mouth.

Did she not care for and love Suzanne? She sure doesn’t seem like it.
I am sure Barry trash talked Suzanne to his mom for many years.

Just finished the video about the prelim on the Unmasked YT channel. Some nuggets in there we didn't hear from our tweeters.
